I usually come here because it's the closest from my home town. Something funny is always going down in fast food places which I'm sure most of us have seen but that's from costumers. This was the first time I've seen such unprofessional behavior from staff, shift lead or manager surprisingly. Me and my siblings sat down to eat while Alex(I believe is his name) came back from a break. As soon as he walked in he was confronted in the worst way possible by shift lead. Simaran(shift lead) with the worst tone possible started yelling at Alex regarding his cup for all costumers to hear. Alex put water in a soda cup which me and my siblings seen and the shift lead was NOT too happy with that. To defuse the situation Alex apologized and even offered to pay. I mean that's the best thing he could've done in that situation after all. All costumers can tell he was embarrassed which should never happen. Especially since it made all costumers feel uneasy. I understand that it may be a rule but for a solution to be offered and her handling it that way is UNPROFESSIONAL. I manage a shop and would never take it that far, being pulled to the side and communicating is way more effective and professional. You can clearly tell all workers on shift were watching their step around her. No one should be in such an uncomfortable work environment. Is it possible to make worse wings than Wingstop? Are there any worse sauces available? Wings are supposed to be somewhat crispy outside, and moist on the inside. Wingstop makes them soggy on the outside and inside. Their sauces are terrible too. A better idea is to make them at home, in your oven, cooking the wings on wire racks. It takes at least 1.5hours, but well worth it. ALWAYS apply sauce AFTER cooking. Otherwise the wings stay soggy, just like Wingstop. read more
