    Not right portions

The first time I got food, I found feathers in my chicken Katsu, but I didn't find them towards the end. It was like fried into it. If it happens again, I'll make sure to take a picture. The second time I ordered BBQ beef, it said online that she had 6-8 ounces, but it turned out to be 1 or 2 ounces. I sure did get plenty of rice. Not sure if the workers try to take extra food home. At Turlock, they do it right, but this place might need more time or new ppl. I Im gonna give it another try, but no more after that. 3 strikes and you're out lol

Food was good and tasted just like the other Ono Hawaiian locations. The staff was nice and professional, So no issues there at all. Food came out fast. 5 Stars here However, the layout of this new location is terrible. They have two long tables in the middle, and people end up lining up right beside you either in the middle or on the right side of the tables. While we were eating, my back was basically touching a stranger. It felt way too close and in my personal space. They really need to move the line to the back area, away from the tables, or rethink the table layout completely. Great food and great staff, but the setup makes the dining experience uncomfortable.

I am glad to see a new franchise on the west side of town. The service is good on the takeout line. Tight squeeze, they really shoehorned the franchise on small piece of land. I ordered the Island Fire Chicken. The portion was large. I wasnt wild about the taste though. Los Banos needs a good Thai restaurant.

When I got there, there were still some empty open tables, however, as I was leaving, it seems like they're just about all filled up. I got the Mr. milkman cocktail and it was pretty tasty, although I did notice how it appeared, as if there were a lot of wines and other beverages that they were out of. Even with my cocktail, they had to substitute the base with soda water, although it was still tasty. There was probably about 7 to 8 wines/sakes that were crossed out on the menu. Food came out fast, and the service was decent on that chefs end. I got the Korean Stone bowl dish, and It was pretty tasty, although fairly expensive for what it was... rice, veggies, and a little bit of beef, but I do like the concept of having a hot bowl that progressively warms up the rest of the food inside. I really do wish there was more meat inside for the price, I feel like only two or three bites had beef. One thing that I really noticed (and I think I noticed even more because I was sitting at the bar) was how servers and the bartenders spent a lot more time conversing with their friends (who were sitting at the bar) then checking in on some of the other people. Someone did approach me to put in my drink order, but I flagged down the server to put all my other food orders in. I don't think anybody came and asked how my meal was either. I do enjoy the overall ambience of the place, dim mood lighting, a minimalist esthetic, and a bar that really nicely displays some of their high end liquors.

We were greeted right away and seated immediately, making for a great start to our visit. My wife ordered the Orange Chicken, which came with chow mein and fried rice. While both sides didn't include any meat, she said everything was flavorful and the orange chicken itself was delicious. I ordered the Sizzling Plate Combo with shrimp, beef, and chicken, served with broccoli, red and green onions in a savory black pepper sauce. It was packed with flavor and made for an excellent keto-friendly lunch. The service was friendly and efficient, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the prices remain very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. This continues to be one of our go-to spots for a consistently enjoyable meal. We'll definitely be back.

The food that was supposed to be warm stayed warm and the cold rolls stayed cold. There were plenty of soy sauce packets, chop sticks, napkins, and fortune cookies provided too. Everything tasted great. The food was super fresh fresh, saucy, and flavorful. The rice was perfectly fluffy. Insanely delicious! When I ordered at around noon on a Saturday, it was super quiet and empty. I was literally the only person in there. It was rather dark in there with some subtle music playing. The staff were friendly and quick to check me out. I do appreciate that there is 15 minute pick-up parking directly in front of the door. Can't wait to go back!

I like how the vegetables were soft but not mushy and over cooked or drenched in oil. Last night I almost ordered the tamarind baby back ribs. Since I am staying away from pork, I went with the waitress's recommendation of sizzling beef with red bell pepper. Excellent! We came here for the pad thai and it was so ordinary. I should not trust a person who doesn't like seafood. How am I going to share a meal with someone that doesn't eat fish? My whole protein diet is based on fish and red meat. You come here to drink Thai Tea with extra cream not a shot of whiskey for $6.00. It was a good business meeting but I am going to have to come back here with someone who really enjoys food. This is the second time I have gone to eat with someone who kind of ruined the experience of a new restaurant for me. It is not their fault. I had a headache and now I have a low tolerance for people who are not on the same vibe as me.
