Terrible service. I called in an order for a sandwich for pick up. When I arrived 30 minutes after I placed the order I still had to wait 10-20 for my sandwhich to be made so 1 hour total for a sandwhich and when I got my drink there was a bug in it. Pizza Factory has such great potential to be Le Grands one and only hot spot, but with such poor management currently operating the facility it'll just continue to be neglected through its mediocre quality food, service, and ambiance. The employees watched my family go in and out and couldn't even pass on a simple greeting. Whatever happened to welcoming your customers instead you receive an aurora of judgment or gossip. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches and was told they were very busy so it would be 45 minutes. ( 45 minutes to make 2 sandwiches REALLY? ) I went to pick them up after 30 minutes and the sandwiches were ready. When I got home and I found they were cold. Employees don't greet customers when coming in. Attitude is given when coming in late 8:30 when they close at 9. Hold phone calls are long and forgotten about. I had my food delivered to me a week ago worst service ever. I called to complain and they told me I can't talk to manger and that I can get a free pizza. This place is ok. The pizza is ok, and the place is clean. The staff are friendly. Pizza Factory is not my favorite pizza, but this and Marco's Taco Truck are about all there is in LeGrand. Most times I elect for the taco. The sandwiches are pretty good here. read more

The food is excellent, some of the best pizza around! Its pricey, but I wouldn't mind paying this price, if the service were decent. But the service sucks. I usually call in when I leave Fresno. No matter what, when I call in they tell me it'll be 40-50 minutes to pick up my order, which seems like a lot. I don't mind, because like I said I have to drive from Fresno anyway. But I have never, not one single time, actually walked in and picked up my order. I always have to wait. The commute from Fresno to here should be plenty of time to make a pizza! It could even be patient, if they were busy. But I've rarely seen it busy enough to justify this. When I call in a pizza it's because I've had a long day, I'm too tired to cook, and I want to go home. But here I sit. Perhaps if they hired an adult to supervise, it would be better. But the kids that work here wander aimlessly from task to task, in slow motion. No wonder it takes so long! Move with a purpose! AND THEN!!!! When I asked for cheese and pepper and plates for my to go order, they just handed them to me, loose and separate. Can you put them in a bag? So I can get them home in a useable state? A little over priced for everything. The Pizza is pretty good. We've eaten here at least three times and the ingredients are always the same freshness level (pretty standard) on our supreme pizzas. The wings and the salad bar are fine. If the pricing for everything was a little bit lower we'd come back. The dining area has a nice ambiance with lots of televisions; it's great for families with kids. The noise level in here is pretty loud and great for loud families. Try the pizza and salad bar and even the wings at Round Table just down the road. That place gives pretty good competition to this place. read more

Horrible. The service and the food. Please look at these photos at what was served to us. What's sad is it's a pandemic and our only option is to confide in this restaurant and trust that they will make our food to its expectation as we leave their establishment because the only option available is 'Pick Up'. Pick Up should not even be an option for this place. They will not treat your food with care and make it with expected quality. Believe that they will definitely half make your food since you are ordering take out. If you don't believe me here are some photos. Aside from the food being such a disappointment their team is extremely rude and whoever owns this establishment seriously needs to either reconsider their team or implement higher rules. Like cooking food to appropriate temp. Our pineapples look like someone tossed a can on top last second and the toppings completely fell off. Whenever we want to have a pizza party at our school for our teachers the staff from pizza factory always comes through with great service and give great satisfaction to their customers! I called placed an order for delivery employee stated it would take about an hour for the food to be delivered. After 2 hours I call they say we are waiting on the driver he was out doing 3 other deliveries and was waiting for him to get back to bring mine and for the inconvenience they would send extra items. 3 hours later delivery comes, mind you waiting this whole time and there was no extra items and order wasn't even correct. If there could be a lower rating I would give this place one. The last 2 times I've been in they have had issues with my order. One time they burnt it so badly even my dogs wouldn't eat it (they had items stacked at the end of the oven where the pizza comes out so my pizza was blocked from being able to exit the oven). The next time I ordered a thin crust all meat with pineapple and mushrooms added. They gave me a regular crust pineapple and mushroom only. No meat. Then they couldn't remake the pizza because they had turned the oven off. They write my name down and said I could come in another time and get my pizza. The kid even joked that at least I was getting a free pizza. I told him "no, I've already paid for it but I'm not getting it when I want it". They send texts about 20% off when you order online, but the code never works. Their response has always been "sorry", but no discount given. Very poor Customer service. From the minute I called to check what prices were, all the way until i left. The place was dirty and there were only 3 people working. The Latino guy working there, was the only one that seemed to want to be there and took pride in his work ethic. When i first called the store to put the order in, i asked if I could have it ready at 8:15, she informed me, that even though they're not supposed to close until 9PM, they couldn't do dine-in. The reasoning was because, "Since it's slow, we will close earlier, we will be all cleaned up, and ready to go by 8. So would you like to do a carry-out?" So why doesn't the hours information say, "Based upon business"? When I called to put the order in, the price was $18.68. (I ordered 1 large Pep & 2 Medium drinks) I specifically asked to be sure it was after tax. The lady had informed me it was. Then we get there, no changes made to the order, and now the total comes to $21.17. Then the lady forgets our drinks. When I go back up, a guy in front of me is ordering. Which was not a problem. However, the problem I had was that after he ordered, this lady went and talked to another lady. Which if it looked related to an order I wouldn't mind, but, her and her co-worker were giggling with eachother for about 5 minutes. It wasn't until the younger Latino guy came back to the kitchen, he pointed out to the lady I was up there. Then when asked for the drinks I ordered, she gave me a dear in headlights look. Like I gave her some complicated math equation. She starts looking through the computer, then informs me she doesn't see the drinks on my order. Now the one employee who paid attention (Once again the younger guy) knew without looking at the computer that it was 2 medium drinks. Then, you'd think "Mhmmmm well i just ordered 1 Large pizza, like anywhere else i should get atleast 1 small cup of ranch, and if i want more I'll pay for it." NOPE! Its $0.50/Cup of ranch. And Finally to the conclusion of this horrible experience. I asked for 2 small boxes to put the remainder of the pizza in. One for My friend that came with me, and one for I. The girl that actually grabbed the box for me, actually rolled her eyes, while her friend just gave me a nasty look. Mind you I never said anything about the poor experience to them, because I believe it could just make it worse for other customers. I don't know who managment is, but you need to take a long hard look at your staff from Monday June 24th from 8:00PM-9:00PM. The 2 girls that were working just poor attitudes. The younger guy working, that's the true definition of "Great Work Ethic". He's the only reason this got 2 Stars. Those 2 girls alone get 0 Stars. And that guy gets 5 stars from me. Le Grand Pizza Factory has the worst service for a small town where everyone knows each other. Every time I call to place an order for pick up or delivery I always get put on hold. I don't know if they actually have a hold button because they just lay the receiver down and I can hear whatever is going on. On top of that they forget you're on hold. I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I could have gone longer and should've just to see if they would remember. Today was the third time it has happened to me. I call back to let them know and they speak to me as if it was my fault. Rude, frustrating and disappointing. For the food, it's okay nothing I have to have, but in a small town where every order, I'm sure counts, this experience made me drive to Togo's in Chowchilla where I was greeted with a smile and served promptly. My advise to the owner is be around at night and train your employees better because you are loosing business to Marcos tacos, whom by the way always gets your order when they say. Excellent hand-tossed pizza with a crust that has great texture--not soggy and not too crisp. That's the key to Pizza Factory--fresh dough tossed and stretched when you order. It's not like the pre-shaped frozen dough they use at those $5 pizza chains. The fresh veggies really stand out when paired with the meat toppings, but even a carnivore such as myself enjoys their vegetarian pizza. Their tangy tomato sauce complements the cheese blend so well that I've eaten a few cheese-only pizzas there. My favorite is the Bulldog, named for the local high school mascot, which is a combination pizza with pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, and shredded ham. Since the new owners came in the quality of the pizza dropped drastically. To make it worse the prices shot up. The sauce is spread paper thin and the ratio for pepperonis per slice is three:one. Absolutely the worse service I have every received. There is obviously tension between the employees and makes the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. The prices are way over priced and the employees are stingy giving out cheese and hot pepper flakes. The pizza is disgusting and oily. I can tell that the whole hiring process is based on a who is friends with who bases. I remember going to get ice cream when the factory opened and my cup was full. Now you'll be lucky to get a full scoop. The managers are by far the rudest people I have ever encountered. I watched Yoli and Noel degrade their employees for dropping something as little as pizza sauce. I ordered a cup of water and the manager made it a huge issue by rolling her eyes and making it a point to charge me. If you so happen to stop by Le Grand, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stop by there and give them your business. I highly recommend stopping at Marco's Tacos by the gas station or better yet going to the Rancho Market and grabbing a bag of chips and soda to hold you over to the next town. read more
