I have to start with this location is, AMAZING!!!!! It was the day of our basketball league's end of the season party. The local Round Table in Madera doubled booked their party room. The manager decided to cancel our event a few hours before the set time. We were devasted. All pizza locations in Madera were booked for that Saturday. We took a chance and called Mountain Mike's Pizza in Chowchilla. We told them the situation, and they said we will give you the biggest party room we have. Due to us being with Madera City Basketball Youth League they said no deposit needed. They also gave us an incredible package for the food. By the way all the food was delicious. On top of all of this the HUGE arcade was a bonus for our team. Mountain Mike's in Chowchilla will be our future location for all of our events. I stopped here on my way from Yosemite back to LA and wanted to pick up dinner on the way home. I called ahead, placed my order, and they told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived in 10, and told me my order would be done in 5! The pizza tasted phenomenal. The crust was crispy with a perfect thickness of dough - not too thin or thick, and very light. We ordered 3 cups of ranch, but they only gave us 2 initially - so they made up for it by bringing out an extra one. So kind of the staff. We also got checked on 4 times by the cook and one of the servers, I was so impressed by the level of service for a pizza chain. In terms of ambiance, the place was super clean! They had 4 TVs with multiple forms of content so there was a little bit for everyone. There was a great kid area with arcade games, as well as an indoor merry go round. Our server had a ladybug painted on her face, and she let us know that every weekend they have someone come in to do face painting for kids! It also looked like they had leftover Halloween decor and I saw a sign saying "Cowboy Christmas" so it was great to see how involved this Mountain Mike's is in the community. My only feedback was there was no soap on the bathroom but that is easily fixable :) thank you for a great tasting pizza and a relaxing pitstop on the way home! read more

Wow, what difference a year makes. 2nd picture is today, first one was a year ago. I didn't mind paying premium price for premium pizza, but this last experience will be the last time I come in. I purchased 1 medium two topping pizza and one large one topping. Along with that was a salad bar and 4 drinks, one beer. $83.00 was the price. Seems pretty high to me. Finally got around to trying our newest business in town and I'd have to say my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Our cashier was very nice and attentive. Our pizza was brought to us quickly and it tasted great. I'd say it's the best pizza in town. The decor was modern industrial and there is plenty of seating and a few large TVs for the sports enthusiasts. They have electronic games for the kids and a good line up of beers on tap. We will definitely be back for more of their great pizza. read more

Ordered 2 mountain pizzas for pickup. We live in the country 30 minutes away so no delivery. The pizzas were burnt We called the manager to get a credit for the next day because it was already late. He wouldn't do it. Said he would remake them but we had to pick them up in 20 minutes. So we're driving back at 9:45 pm on Sunday night to pick them up. It was a $94.00 order. We've never had bad pizza here in the past. Manager needs more training. Guess we'll start checking pizza before we leave if we ever go back there read more

Well, we thought to give them another chance after the experience last time was bad. This time we decided to call in and pick up the order ourselves Instead of delivery. After a call at 4:37 ("It will be ready in 20 minutes") and waiting until 5:30 to pickup (expecting it to have just been ready) they forgot to make 1 of the 3 pizzas ordered and had just put it in when we showed up, so we're waiting again after showing up well past the expected time. We ordered 2 pizza one pepperoni with half with mushrooms on one side the put it on the whole pizza my nephew and niece hates mushrooms! Plus the pizza had no flavor the 2 pizza was supposed to be a chicken luau! Not sure what we ended up with un-cooked dough with pineapple. It also had no flavor except for raw dough so out of 2 pizzas we ate 3 slices and the rest ended up in the garbage can where it belonged. No I did not call back to complain! The pizza is absolutely amazing, it has plenty of cheese and the costumer service is amazing I don't think it deserves 1 star at all as a matter of a fact if there was a super star for how delicious and espectacular this pizza is I would definitely vote, the flavors melt in your mouth and the pepperoni is cooked perfect the thickness is the right size, this has to be the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life! I would definitely recommend visiting this place, you won't regret it at all!! read more

I went to the chowchilla mountains mike and realized when I was ordering pizza this couple that was working the gentleman went to the restroom and came out not washing his hands and was touching his private area and was touching the dough and making pizzas. The young lady taking phone/take out orders on Oct. 20th needs to be written uo and or terminated. I called at 4:25 and was told it would be 55 minutes for our de!ivery. I thought this unusual because they've been consistently at 35. I'm a regular customer averaging about $150 per month there. I called at 5:33 to check on the order. By the way young lady that is 68 minutes! When I stated this her answer was quite rude,. "it will be another 15 minutes as we have 30 mountain sizes to deliver" was her unkind response. Way to make a regular customer feel unimportant girl! Here's another surprise ma'am:. The pizza was cold!!! That is what happens when it sits for 30 minutes after coming out of the oven.
