It was okay. Salad bar with iceberg lettuce and a variety of toppings. The canned mandarin orange had been out there a while ... Pizza was a medium crust. They just needed more garlic and basil etc to make the pizza more flavorful. Overall it was okay. read more

The food was good, the staff were bizarre. I didn't realize it at the time, but we were overcharged by $30. We paid for food that didn't come out, then they said they hadn't actually charged us for it. This was after leaving a very generous tip. We asked for cups for water, and later when I questioned the price I had paid that they said didn't include the forgotten items, they informed me that they charge $1 per cup. This really didn't sit right with me. And even with the $11 they charged me for paper cups, there was still a large amount of money unaccounted for. The workers were very unprofessional, the manager was clearly super stoned, and the girl was the only one really working. She looked super uncomfortable and embarrassed by the weird behavior from the manager. At one point she asked one of the guys to do something and he flipped her off. If you're tired of good food and decent service and would like to punish yourself for being hungry, this is your place! Who needs eye contact, accurate orders or even attention; it's overrated. You can have a pizza you didn't even order with rubber cheese in just over an hour. A unique culinary experience for sure. I'll be back next time I feel self-loathing. read more

The food here is good- very similar to the other Pizza Factory restaurants I've been to. It's not wood fired good, but certainly it's as good as most pizza places in this part of the U.S. Lots of bad reviews on service and my experience has always been the opposite- both dining in and take out. The other day we ordered 2 XL pizzas and 2 twisted breadsticks and when I went to pay the young man's checking me out totaled it up, told me the price and said to hold on. Apparently what I ordered was on special and he deducted $14 from the bill. That was pretty good service. read more

The service is very friendly and food prep gets done quickly. Should be your #1 go-to for good pizza cheese! They're generous with it and use the really good, stringy kind of mozzarella that's satisfying to bite into. For once, the food actually resembles the commercials! Breadsticks come lightly sprinkled with parmesan cheese and could use a smidge of garlic seasoning or something, but I tend to dip them in an ocean of ranch and don't notice anyway. read more

I have eaten here several times. So it's time for a YELP elite review! I'll just sum everything up here. Ready? Pizza Factory is located in down town Orofino directly across from the post office and perpendicular to where the cop car usually sits. It's a happy place from the outside. The exterior is pizza worthy. Cheery. Clean. Upon entering through the front door I was greeted by perfume of the Gods. Ahhh yes. Pizza! I ordered the Greek pizza for myself. My gluttonous male accomplice ordered a savagely large sausage sandwich. I ordered the bread sticks and we were both going to order the salad bar. It was not quite 6 pm yet. Dinner time. And I was told they take down the salad bar so they could "get out of there " sooner. Pretty sad if you ask me. Why would any business take down the salad bar which takes away literally one third of the menu offerings in the middle of dinner??? I'll just shake my head at that. So we got our food which was served at the same time by a lady who appeared to be having an incredibly rough day. The pizza was excellent I thought. Good taste fine presentation very nice to look at. This the photo I took. Robert ate his sausage sub with glee. It was well put together and in his words " very tasty". The bread sticks did make me snicker and if you look at my photo you will see why. They were pretty common tasting. Nothing to rave about. Mostly hollow. The garlic made it better. We did play one of the arcade games. The rest of the games had quarters jammed in the slots. The claw machine also proved to be unhappy. Claw machines are rare and this one had the stuffies so jam packed that there was no way to get the claw into the prizes let alone win anything. The only reason that I am giving five stars at this time is because the food was well put together and decent. I will never understand why they take the salad bar away in the middle of dinner. My advice to those who wish to visit - get there by 12:30(noon ) to get any of the buffet. They do not refresh it and they take it down a half hour before advertised time. Do not go after 5 pm and expect a salad bar or a full menu. I do hope they get that arcade area working. read more

Driving through Orofino and decided to stop for gas and a late lunch. Saw the sign for Pizza Factory as we drive past and thought pizza sounded good. Went inside and stepped up to the counter to look at the menu. I had decided what to order when I was informed that they couldn't make pasta and they were out of wings. That's okay. I wanted a Western BBQ pizza. Oh... and no bbq sauce. So I went with the fiesta pizza which is a makeshift taco style pizza. It was okay, but we waited an incredibly long time just to get two mini pizzas. The service wasn't really great, either. Wish I had explored other options in town instead. It was just okay pizza. Good luck if you are trying to place an order over the phone. The "kids" answer the phone and immediately place you on hold and never come back to you. I would normally just chalk it up to "they must be really busy and forgot about me", but this has happened repeatedly now. I waited on hold for ten minutes today before hanging up and my wife held on for 15 minutes the time before that {different day). I think without a responsible adult manager on duty the kids pick and choose when they actually want to work. Too bad... The place used to pass for okay but not so much now. On 5/2 I called in an order as we were 20minutes out. Upon arrival, we paid and we were not offered a receipt. We were told it would be just a little bit longer as there was a large order ahead of ours. After waiting 30 minutes (50min since calling in), I asked an employee where our order was. He asked another employee and all she said was "I don't know go check over there"- he asked the two guys working on pizzas and they responded with "the tickets somewhere over here." They then told me it would be done soon even though they didn't even find my ticket. I informed them this is why I called it in 20mins to my family's arrival. An hour after we had called in the order, they finally brought our 2 pizzas out with an excuse of "I'm sorry for the wait we had a crap ton of orders" that seemed more annoyed than apologetic. I asked for a receipt which she promptly came back with. During our wait, we saw many people walk in, place their orders and walk out with their pizzas. We were put on the back burner. When we opened the pizzas, the pepperoni pizza was hot and fresh while the fiesta pizza looked more like a salad with the giant mountain of lettuce and tomatoes and lack of every other topping and it was cold like it had been sitting for the last hour. Major disappointment as we have never had an issue at this location previous to this. The tables outside were not cleaned off and dirty napkins were getting blown about by the wind. There was also miracle grow next to the table. The whole experience was lacking. I did contact the business via email and received a response - that he would refund us for the pizza and send it to our address as we live out of town. We never received the refund and when I followed up with an email stating such, the manager never responded. If you want to go to a Pizza Factory that actually cares, is quick and courteous, go to St. Maries. read more

Only have 1 star because can't give less. After getting many orders wrong we had given up on them. After a while we tried them again and they got 3 orders right in a row so we thought maybe they got there act together. The last order I made was 3 pizzas and one was the bbq chicken and was suppose to have tomatoes, it didn't. Tonight we ordered from them and I was very clear that my wife's pizza was suppose to be Alfredo sauce and pepperoni (this is her regular pizza) , they read back to me. I get home and it has red sauce. I call them and they want me to bring it back to them, so to waste gas and more of my time for their mistake! Took the family here last night. Pizza here is great. Good wings too. Staff is super freindly, albeit a little distracted. The pies here are hand tossed and you can watch them make it from your table. We didn't care much for the meatball sub, ..the bread seemed old. We'll be back. read more

This place is hit and miss. They once again didn't have order ready in a timely manner. I was told 30 minutes and arrived in 40. They did not even begin making the order. The response from the cooks was "I just didn't make it". I heard CJs is better and cheaper or even the Shot Glass bar. This isn't the first issue with this restaurant. Wanted food delivered to our hotel room. Called for over an hour just hearing a busy signal. Finally had son walk over there (he was with friends at VFW across the street) and order food. The Lasagna was good, granddaughter liked her Calzone however, Ceasar Salad arrived undressed! I thought oh well maybe it's in the bag (although who has Ceasor on the side?) But no. No dressing. So here I sit with a clam shell full of romaine covered in powdered parmesan and croutons. I should give it more than 3 stars after all 2 of 3 items were good. read more

For me a great pizza starts with the crust. The crust here is hand tossed, and it comes out looking fairly good. But the texture of is mildly chewy and and the flavor non-enticing. We got two topping types, veggie on half and Greek on the other. The veggie pizza toppings were generous on the black olives, mushrooms and cheese. Tomatoes about the right amount and light in the green pepper (which is fine by me as I don't like it much on pizza.) The tomato sauce was fairly bland and uninspired. The Greek was almost completely indistinguishable from the veggie side. Only the mushrooms were missing and a small container of feta was provided to sprinkle on top. No Greek olives were used, only black. Perhaps they are hard to come by during this pandemic but they should state that up front when ordering. Overall it was ok if you are hungry but if you want a great pizza this is not it. It was one of only 3 or 4 food options that were open in town on a Sunday afternoon. read more

We ordered three large pizza and three minis. We were told it would take an hour and a half. We arrived promptly and had to wait 40 more minutes fir our pizzas. Half of them got cold while waiting. The good is delicious but we were all ready to faint if hunger waiting for them. Fake your time when going to pick up your pizza. read more

Saw this place while in town for work. The pizza was average, staff was friendly, not an extended wait, they hand toss your pizza where you can see it. The acoustics in the place was pretty bad. Other than that, not a bad place. read more

From moment I walked in it had been horrible took forever to order when pizza came out and not what we ordered and it seems like people working there either don't care or know what they r doing been 45 min still have not got chicken wings WOW!!!!! I've had the pizza here several times and I feel like I may as well have been eating card board. The sauce leaves a LOT to be desired which is sad because there's a lot of flavor in the sauce. We love pizza! Of all the pizza we have eaten anywhere........this is the Worst! Over the past couple of years we have tried this Pizza Factory 4 times and each time Yuk! Very little pizza sauce on the pizza, toppings are poor and I can.t describe what happens to the cheese. In fact the sun dried tomatoes on the last one (a week ago-Which is our last- forever!) were so salty they couldn.t be eaten. Folks, there is no worse pizza on planet earth than this place. The pizzas are skimpy and tasteless. The sauce tastes watered down and the meats, cheeses, and veggies don't seem to be fresh....I have never had a more mediocre pizza. Thank God a new Pizza Parlor is in town now (Monty's)! The people that worked there seemed to be more occupied with everything but the customers. Will never go back. read more
