I'm not normally here at nights, but I think they're open until 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and then 9 the rest of the days. There are so many good things to say about this place, I'll try to keep it short (no promises): Having been coming here daily for a year, I've had the pleasure of watching the place and the staff grow. They had a couple of things going on when I first started coming here, but they've really branched out. Trivia on Fridays, WSU football games are live streamed. Open mic on Saturday nights, there's usually live music on Saturday mornings. Bingo on Thursdays just started. The owner supports local everything, including artists, authors, and musicians. There's a whole shelf full of board games and crafting supplies as soon as you walk through the door, so there have been multiple times I've been here with my kids playing board games and I've seen others do the same. The best part: Pet friendly. Beyond pet friendly. They sell puppy birthday cakes, kongs, pup cups, and quite few other dog related treats. There are multiple dogs that just hang out in the front with their owners, but there is a nice area in the back complete with booths and a barrier to allow friendly dogs to be off leash. Coffee and human food are amazing. Staff is lovely, supportive, and just overall amazing. This will forever be my home coffee shop as long as I'm in Pullman.

I like that they tend to have new things to try each time we stop by. They frequently have wine tastings on Thursdays (4-7pm) but we haven't stayed for any yet. Maybe next year. We used to frequently also buy lemonade here but sadly they stopped selling Fentimans Victorian Lemonade several months ago. They have 1-2 other similar options but we don't like them as much. I believe we've met two employees and the owner so far. Everyone has been really nice.

Although open, only a few tables were filled, and it was mostly empty at that time. We were seated and a young waitress promptly took our drink order and brought us some kettle chips. The kettle chips are to die for! We were hungry so that might've contributed to the fact that we gobbled them down quickly. These were never refilled during our time there although I wish they were. (We didn't get a chance to ask.) Our appetizer order of the pretzel bites were tasty, but there were so few on the plate for the 3 of us to share. Our waitress said the salads would be out first and then the meals. Unfortunately, only one salad came out and the waitress didn't say anything else when dropping off the single salad. The one salad was finished while the other two of us were twiddling our thumbs at the table for a decent enough amount of time that we were trying to get her attention to ask about the salads. The Caesar salads we had were pre-dressed and the dressing wasn't that great. The burger was OK, but they served it dry. I asked for ketchup, but I apologized to the waitress for the ketchup request as she seemed to be very busy with the dining room filling up. It was a very uncomfortable feeling to ask for anything because of the vibe. The best thing on the table was the kettle chips, and the side of broccoli that one of my daughters had with her steak was fabulously seasoned. We made it a point to complement the broccoli and asked how it was prepared at the end of our meal when we were offered the check . Our waitress was kind enough to find out for us but the answer that came back seemed to shield the seasonings as a proprietary secret. In all it was an OK experience and we might return next time we're in town to give them another chance. If anything, I'd order the delicious kettle chips and broccoli.

She said give us 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the nose, I had food in hand and out the door! No pictures from this order since food in to go boxes are not that sexy and I had hangry diabetics in this group so maybe on our next visit.
