I'm torn with this. First of all the owners are amazing! They are extremely friendly. All of the workers are nice. They got rid of the bad ones. The afternoon crew is unmatched. The cooks in the afternoon make the best food. The crew at night is a little lacking. The food just doesn't hit the same as the afternoon cooks does. I love their food! Ridiculous amount of toppings on these pies. Love that. Three slices off an XL and I was stuffed. Fresh toppings and great sauce makes for best pie in general area. The crust was slightly under cooked in center of pizza. Thought maybe a fluke on one, but was the same with all four pizzas we picked up. Prolly a result of conveyer belt oven instead of a real pizza oven. But, for small town pizza, pretty decent. read more

We made a trip to Kamiah Idaho the weekend and was looking for a place to eat so late in the evening and ran across pizza factory, I believe we ate at one in Port Townsend last year as well but we ordered the all meat pizza x-large and was a good one I'd order the same pizza again from here and the staff was awesome as well. read more

The delivery pizza was ok, but they forgot the salsa, sour cream and lettuce for the taco pizza. The breadsticks were uncooked pizza dough. We could not eat it. Called back in and they brought us out some lettuce for the taco pizza and a new order of breadsticks, but they forgot the sour cream and salsa. By this time the pizza was cold. :/ . I dont know if this was just an off night for Pizza factory because we usually have very good pizza from here. But it was pretty disappointing. They did go back and return with the salsa and sour cream. Its not far really but ya know...pizza cools off quick. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience. $55 for 1 cold pizza, 1 small pizza and a medium breadsticks should really get better attention to the details. read more

It would be no stars if possible. Took our order waited for 45 minutes and no pizza. The ticket didn't get submitted from the register. The service is horrible and the manger didn't even offer to make it right away. If your not a local you are not a priority. read more

Great, great pizza! We always get one that we made up: pepperoni, Canadian bacon, pineapple, and olives. Delicious. The breadsticks are incredible as well - especially with extra garlic butter. We've recently started ordering the garlic/parmesan chicken wings. Again, delicious! I just wish they delivered a little further out. Come and get some of the best pizza in town. They are often very busy but the orders come out within 15-20 minutes if not sooner. They have a standard salad bar, fountain drinks, bottled drinks, and a few video games to bide your time while waiting for food. They have bone-in and boneless chicken wings. Pretty pricey for average pizza. The breadsticks or pizza bread are the best value and taste, for my money. They also have a salad bar, a good selection of drinks, pasta dishes (my friend said the alfredo is pretty good), a big screen TV, and some arcade games. Also, patio seating. read more

Same old cute, small cozy space. Reminds me of the times I spent here in my childhood when I lived in Kamiah. I get nostalgic everytime I come back here! We had Chicken Pizza, Spaghetti and meatballs, and Ravioli. Yum! The Spaghetti was cooked perfectly and the meatballs and sauce had awesome flavor. So did the ravioli. The pizza was good but the crust was a little bland. A bit spendy, but I would definitely recommend the pastas. read more
