Absolutely horrible experience! We ordered online and then called the location just to be sure our order was correct and taken care of. Then, when the delivery guy gets here.....all of the sudden we have NOT paid online and owe cash, even though we have a reference number and called for verification beforehand. The delivery guy was extremely nice and accommodating and called his manager who insisted we still needed to pay. So, we did. But we wanted a call from the manager to explain why we had to pay cash. The food was at least hot, but all the sauces were wrong. So we had to eat everything with ranch instead of the sauces I specifically ordered. When the manager calls back, he could not explain why "the online payment" said we did pay, yet his location was showing that we dis not pay. Either way, it would take 48 hours to get at least one of our double payments back. We asked for the district manager's phone number.......and then he hung up on us. In a nutshell.....Mountain Mike's Pizza is much better tasting, cheaper, and at least knows the meaning of customer service!!!! read more

I love their pizza! I have been ordering from them for over 5 years now. I usually take delivery and forfeit the free liter of soda or half pint of ice cream. Just so you know the coupons for the free soda or ice cream are usually good for pick up only. I only order pizza but they do have other things on the menu. My favorite is pepperoni with black olives and mushrooms which comes with the tastiest red sauce. The pizza bread is always perfectly cooked and never soggy. If you like the end pieces like me know that they are tasty too. It normally only takes about a 20 minute wait once you order (I order over the phone). If they get backed up during peak times like Superbowl, they will let you know. This place is just a kitchen with no seating (not a full restaurant) inside a very interesting strip mall. read more

The two young men who helped me today were kind, professional, courteous and helpful! I had an issue with my order and they both jumped in and helped to fix the problem super fast without any attitude or making me feel like I was causing a problem. Just fast, helpful and efficient. Although it's what I call budget pizza (nothing like Round Table or Mountain Mikes) they have great prices and pretty good pizza with some great incentives. I ordered online and when they delivered my pizza it was not how I ordered it. I called them and let them know and they said the next time my pizza will be 1/2 off. So the next time I ordered a pizza online I went in to pick it up and I mentioned that it should be 1/2 off but the guy said that he couldn't do it because I paid online, so NEXT time don't pay online and they will give me 1/2 off.....really? lol OK so the NEXT (next) time I ordered my pizza over the phone and went in to pick it up it was 1/2 off. We wanted pizza delivered for the Super Bowl, but after our recent bad experience with Cenario's pizza we wanted to try somewhere different. Thankfully, the masses of coupons in my mailbox came to the rescue, and we discovered that through our local branch of Pizza Guys we could get a medium 2-topping pizza, chicken bbq wings, and a 2-liter soda for about $18. Perfect! Ordering online was easy, and Pizza Guys had a wide variety of toppings, plus the option of different toppings and sauces on each half. There was an option to delay delivery (which we did) to a certain time, as well as to put tip on your credit card. Our pizza came right on time at the start of the game, and our delivery guy was very friendly. The pizza wasn't anything spectacularly memorable, but it was good solid pizza and had a nice, soft crust. The buffalo wings were quite moist and delicious. My wife and I ordered a Luau Pizza, a salad, and a got a free pint of ice cream for ordering online. We both enjoyed our pizza, normally we get Papa John but wanted to try something new. Their pizza was not as chewy as papa johns and was a bit more crunchy. The toppings where fresh and we would order Luau pizza again. It is like Hawaiian pizza but more awesome. The only reason I rated it down was because my salad was lame and they forgot my dressing. I expected a little better salad since they have all those toppings lying around. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! (FOOD WASNT GREAT BEFORE BUT ATLEAST THE SERVICE WAS DECENT) I am very disappointed with the management and staff at this Vacaville location. We live right around the corner and order pizza almost weekly from this location. Since there is a new owner we have seen a change in the staff they are disorganized, rude and don't seem to know what to do. Our order is typically wrong now and worse we have been accused 3 times of ordering pizza and not picking it up. Both times the staff/manager was VERY RUDE to us, then retracting his statement saying it was someone else! However this last time he accused us again. My husband asked for the manager and he insisted that was him. He then insisted that there was no one else we could talk to and refused to serve us. The lobby was full of people looking at us like we had done something wrong - embarrassing! We liked it when Ty was there - he seemed to have a good crew and took care of customers. We have no reason to not pick up a pizza. After this awful experience we will no longer go there! The food quality has gone down and the service is AWFUL. The Friendliest, most reasonably priced & consistent 'takeout' Pizza in Vacaville. I've long since moved out of the area but will always make a trip when in the area visiting family (Football, UFC's, Pacquiao Fights, etc...). The worker (I believe his name is Ty?) always remembers me when I carry-out (who can resist a free 2 Liter for pickup?). Anyway, I've yet to be disappointed & I've gone to this particular location dozens of time. Quality + consistency + great service is more than deserving of a 5 star rating.
