Ordered sausage pasta and cheesecake for delivery. Delivery was fast and their driver was professional. The presentation of the dish was nice. Pasta was served in a covered aluminum pan inside a small cardboard box and accompanied by 2 small rectangles of cheese pizza/bread. Sorry no pics. The pasta was fresh, hot, and tasty. I added red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese to cut the tomato flavor of the marinara sauce. Loved the sausage and melted cheese! The cheese pizza/bread had a thin crust. Love the concept but it tasted a little like the cardboard box it was served in especially as it cooled, and turned hard. They sell Cheesecake Factory cheesecake (plain). It was delicious!! I've eaten this pizza before and it was okay but this time it was awful. I ordered the pizza online and got a message saying that the pizza was being cooked so I was very happy about this thinking that I was going to get a hot out of the oven fresh baked pizza but about less than 15 minutes later the pizza delivery guy was already at my door and handed me a barely warmish box of pizza then reached in his pocket and pulled out a handful of Parmesan cheese & crushed pepper packets. The pizza was loaded with meat and vegetables but it was colder than the box was. It was as if it had been under a heat lamp and the crust was hard & chewy especially the bottom part. The whole pizza was full of sodium so much that it was hard to eat it especially with it being stale and not fresh. I was so disappointed because I ordered enough to last me 2 days and I was stuck eating that disgusting Pizza yuck. I will likely never order from here again even though I've had their Pizza many many times back in the day but it sucked bad this time & the only way I was able to keep eating it was to eat it cold which seem to help reduce the sodium taste and improve the texture of the dough. I had a great experience at this location today. I was a totally annoying customer who called to change my order twice and not one time did I feel like they were irritated with me. They accommodated my last minute change with no hesitation. When I arrived every staff member at some point asked me if I had been helped and checked on my order. The guy who took my first order (unaware of my change)stopped everything to make sure I wasn't missing the pizza I cancelled. The girls at the front were sweet and had great customer service skills! This was my 2nd time ordering in 2 weeks and both times were great! Will be going back regularly for our pizza nights! And I guess I should add that the food was amazing!! We ordered on the app. It was horrible, needs an update. But they got the order correct in the store. The place is very small with like 4 chairs to sit and wait. On a Friday night you can expect to wait longer than usual. Which it was the case. My pizza took a bit longEr than the expected wait time. I don't mind. It was actually really good pizza. The Italian meat sausage prices are huge and kinda too big. The crust was just right and tasty. I'm glad they kept reminding me that you can get a soda or ice cretic you spend or $20. I forget since I was waiting for my food. Then kids of course want ice cream as usual. Will be getting there pizza for times to come. Great location with great food. It is also tasty on the next day for lunch. Maybe next time I try some desert as well. read more

I ordered directly from Yelp and it still took a while to get my order. I got there about 20 mins after placing my order and they still had not started it. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall. It has a very small waiting area and no dining area. There is just 2 chairs that you can sit and wait. I got the all meat pizza. It was delicious. the meat was huge and plentiful. The pizza was satisfying and filling. They have more than just pizza too. They have wings, sandwiches, and breadsticks. As an added bonus. It's just disgusting. Rubbery and stale the 2 times we've tried it. It will say it's "out for delivery" 25 mins before arriving which means it's stewing in someone's car--and it tastes like it. To start, their online ordering system is super easy to use for placing orders. Their menu is vast, and the website features easy to navigate categories with pictures of each item, as well as special deals. Pizza Guys offers pizza (duh!), as well as flatbreads, wings, pasta, appetizers, salads, desserts, and more. Their menu features some unique specialty pizzas, including their tuscan garlic chicken, artichoke fiesta, and more. They also have a build your own option. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Pizza Guys is the variety in options, including some unique sauces and toppings that aren't routinely available elsewhere. Some items in particular that caught my eye were their pink sauce, serrano chili sauce, taco sauce, rosemary potatoes, gorgonzola, and impossible meat. The options are endless. My personal favorite topping is their cup and crisp pepperoni which is crispy and delicious. Whenever I order for pickup, the time quoted has always been accurate and the staff is friendly while I wait. They also offer a pickup special perk where pickup customers can grab ice cream or soda for free while in store. The best pizza from a chain I've had in a LONG time ! I was prompted to eat here from a Yelp event. Before then, I didn't even know this place existed, much less knew it was right around the corner from where I lived. I called in to order expecting a long hold time and to my surprise the call was answered fairly quickly ! The friendly voice over the phone assured me my order would be finished soon and I started to head over! Free ice cream with a check in and order over $18 ! Uhhh yes please and thank you. There were tons of workers when I arrived, all busy taking orders, making pizzas, and helping customers in the store. It was well staffed and probably a huge reason why my order was finished so quickly and my call answered without any wait ! Awesome ! You can tell this place is about efficiency. The location is small. Just enough for you to be able to grab your pizzas and go. A kind worker quickly came to help and showed me my pizza which was waiting in a delivery bag to keep it warm. I got half garlic lovers and half pepperoni. Seriously, the pizza looked better than the photos online. I eagerly took the pizza home. Soooooo gooooood. The crust was crispy. There were tons of toppings. The sauce was amazing. I really can't believe I hadn't tried this place before. There are tons of local coupons for this place too so the price is more than fair ! This is some advice. When you sign your receipt and write in a tip, make sure that amount is what gets cleared. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery and wrote in a tip amount. I guess the driver didn't like it and added an extra 10 dollar tip. I called the store and talked with the manager, and he said he would refund me my 10 dollars. I told him that whoever changed my amount should be held accountable. But all he said was it couldn't be the driver since he has worked for him for 7 years. So does this mean he has been stealing from people for 7 years. And check bank, and instead of a refund, they charged me another 10 dollar. Wow read more

My wife and I would like to write about our experience with Vacaville Pizza Guys last evening. Our family been going to this establishment for several years. We have rarely ever had problems with ordering or things being wrong. We routinely use the online ordering system and have always been pleased with our service. Last night was a rare occasion in which we ordered our dinner only to discover that it showed "delivered", but we never received it. I am not sure if the delivery person brought it to the wrong house or if there was some other problem but we called and spoke to the employees at the store. They could not have been more courteous and customer service oriented. They were very apologetic and immediately made it right. I cannot say enough good things about that staff and the employees who were working that night to correct this mistake. This should be a model for all businesses on how to keep their customers. They immediately remade the pizzas and brought them over super quick and gave us a great discount for our trouble. It ended up being a very late dinner but I felt appreciated as a customer and will forever patronize this location. Great work Pizza Guys Vacaville! read more
