The place was mostly clean. The only reason I say that is because they didn't empty the garbage cans throughout the night. Probably because they didn't have enough staff. My family and I dined here for 4th of July where we were able to reserve a table for 4 hours before the fireworks. They had family package deals for a reasonable price to feed our family of 9. They have games you can play and win prizes if you download the app that my 4 year olds enjoyed playing. The food was on time. However, they forgot to give us our breadsticks. They did make us a new batch the next day so they have great service. Also the food was good. I have been eating here since the store on E Monte Vista opened and it has been good and when I order I get the same thing, usually the same price unless the price goes up and my usual has gone up 30% since this store opened. As usual, I ordered by phone to pick up and avoid the $6 delivery charge. "That will be $37.60" said the green eyed pizza guy. "Um, ok? " assuming he made a mistake I could sort out at the store. My usual is a $29.99 large pepperoni with extra cheese, $1.63, tax is $2.57 and the total is $34.19. I get to the store and the green eyed pizza guy says, "$37.60". I ask him to break it down for me and he stutters, "show me" He can't. I break it down for him $29.99, $1.63, $2.57... $34.19 "why is my pizza more tonight?" Silence, "ok, ok $34.19" like I just caught him stealing. Watch your back at this location, they are either funding their profit sharing or stealing from us. read more

This is my first time ordering mountain Mike's Pizza. Figured I'd give it a try since Tuesday was 40% off. Large pepperoni pizza was a total of $18 which I thought was pretty reasonable . I thought the pizza tasted OK. The pepperoni had good flavor. Nice kick to it. Cheese was good and the sauce definitely was tasty. However, I did not care that much for the dough . I prefer crunchy dough and found it to be a little chewy thicker than expected. Hard to believe how much the pizza would've cost if I didn't have 40% off. I think most circumstances I would go to Costco for 10 bucks which I think the pizza probably taste just as good if not better. Or make my own. read more

This specific location provides the WORST service. My fiancé and I brought our granddaughter for the heart shaped pizza for lunch. My fiancé ordered it for here to dine in. After more than 40 mins I went to ask how much longer, this was during the hours of the lunch buffet, I was told "we just put more pizza out". I said, No, we ordered the heart shaped pizza". The man then turned around and asked another worker and he pulled it off of the shelf in a box. When I opened the box, the pizza was luke warm! My fiancé went to tell them and they had to come over to feel the bottom of the box, as if we weren't telling the truth. Needless to say, we got a full refund.
