My family came in on Monday night after a game. The pizza was great and the service was too. The manager thanked us and invited us back after I told her how much better things looked. OMG just got pizza from pizza hut in Alexander city. Even my dogs would not touch it. It is so full of grease. Disgusting Pizza.

My coworkers and I went to eat the buffet since they still offer it. We got there at 1:15 and all pizza on buffet was cold. Finally put more pizza out and we were done eating and the employees starting eating all of the pizza from the buffet. Once they had got the remainder of the pizza from the buffet they hollered at us are you ladies done? We said yes. The whole time in the restaurant we were never asked if we need a refill or anything(had to get our own). Other customers they were in there eating were asked several times if they needed anything. As we got finished eating we were sitting talking and they went on to talk about us so we could here them. The staff at this Pizza Hut was very rude, lazy and inconsiderate. We did not get our full order and instead of sending the person back out to deliver they refund it although we wanted it delivered. The lady was very rude when we called to let her know the order was not complete. Pizza Hut nor door dash in which Pizza Hut sent to deliver would not make it right. We ordered a supreme pizza with extra mushrooms and it was very skimpy. We ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra sauce and it was completely disregarded. Called literally told us because we're across the zip code which were only 6 freaking miles from them they would not deliver! Best pizza chain in town the buffet is top notch. At the buffet you can get pizza, garlic bread, pasta and salads. I love the buffet and eating out here. Nobody out pizzas the hut! read more

Having a bad day and craving chocolate I decided to splurge and spend the $5 on the Hershey's brownie. It was the best decision I've made since deciding I don't want to be an attorney. The brownie is ooey, gooey, chocolate deliciousness. I didn't have to heat it up or do dishes to enjoy this dessert. The rest of my order was perfect as usual. If your girl broke up with you buy her this brownie. #yourewelcome I don't agree with the low ratings for this specific Pizza Hut. The employees here are always exceptionally nice. I couldn't leave work one day at lunch and even though their driver didn't show up they sent another employee out to deliver my order. Love this Pizza Hut! read more

Meh... not good but not bad... I probably won't go back since I'm kinda a picky eater. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I ordered takeout this time and the pizza wasn't greasy but it also wasn't exactly good... a frozen pizza from the grocery store would probably taste about the same if not better. I would give zero stars if it were an option! We called with an hour and a half left before closing time. They took the order and got our card number. They then called back and left a message that said our card was declined. We found that odd but just tired to call back and every time they would answer they would say hang on the manager is right here. Then they would hang up the phone. This probably happened about 7 time before we finally figured out they just didn't want to make the order. I just don't understand People. read more

My husband only eats pizza hut so we have ordered several times while in area. Pizza is never piping hot although it was less than a block away from our hotel. They never remembered plates or Parmesan cheese. I actually continued to request it just to prove I would not get it. I never did!! They have problems with credit card orders and a couple times had to call store to prove we paid !! read more

While we were out we decided to try pizza hut again. Big mistakes! Do not eat here! We watched as the waitresses ran around like a chicken with her head cut off rarely paying us any attention, the cook in the back was rubbing her hands on her pants, texting, and preparing pizzas without washing her hands! They screwed up our order, entered in computer wrong and we never got our pizza while dining in! Talking 35 minutes here! It only takes 10 to cook! We got the other half of our order 5 minutes after paying for food. When we requested contact info for a person to report our experience they got even ruder than before and snickered as they told us they had no 1 owner or corporate office contact. Funny we called Sylacauga, next town over and got to speak with a district manager. We will give it a few months and see if he keeps his word to make some changes. read more

I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas to a bowling alley it said 30-40 minutes I ordered the pizza at 7:00pm I waited until 7:45 that's when I called to ask where my food was. The manager hung up on me the first time after I told her my complaint. Then I called a second time 20 minutes later when my food wasnt arriving. The second call the manager claimed the delivery guy "broke his phone" earlier in the day and that they couldn't get in touch with him then claimed he did not deliver 2 other pizzas that day. read more

Ordered pizza 2 hours ago & still waiting. We called the manager & the only compensation offered was a 20% discount. Really!..... That's not the customer service I was expecting. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Finally got our pizzas 2 1/2 hours later and the manager did finally see the light and give them to us for free.
