She also suggested I try their bacon bourbon topping on the ribs. I'm usually a dry-rub guy, so I asked for the sauce on the side. When my food came out, I actually got four ribs -- and let me tell you, they were amazing. Probably the best ribs I've had this side of Memphis, Tennessee. I ate them dry but dipped into that bacon bourbon sauce every few bites, and before I was done I was tempted to lick the bowl clean. It was that good. The slaw, on the other hand, wasn't quite as tangy as I'd hoped -- a little underwhelming next to those incredible ribs -- but overall, the meal was fantastic. My waitress, Chloe (I hope I've got the name right!), was friendly, attentive, and kept my Dr. Pepper filled the entire time -- which always makes me happy.
