Does anyone make decent pizza any more? You WON'T find it here. The toppings were non-existant!! Want tomatoes? There were 3 grape tomatoes cut in half for an entire pie! Mushrooms? I counted 5 small pieces total. Same with all toppings! And taste? It was just "bread". You couldn't taste anything - canned mushrooms, olive pieces so small and practically no sauce (after ordering extra). It was a huge waste of money - and time to drive over for pick up. Placed an online order with this location recently and 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I got a call from someone a few streets down saying that our pizza was dropped off outside their door and the driver has already left. I spent over an hour trying to call the store and even tried calling their call center and having me transferred to the store that way but no matter what it would ring for a couple of minutes and then disconnect. Ended up getting a ride to the store and they tried to say they delivered to the right house (it was the same street number but a completely different street) and wanted to remake the pizzas - over 2 hours had passed at this point since we were supposed to get our pizza so I had asked for a refund. After looking back on my bank statement today I realized that they kept about $8 of my money...the exact amount of the tip on the order for a driver who delivered to the wrong house for a pizza that I never got. I purchased a Pizza and some drinks. The drinks were over priced and they got me the wrong drinks type and size. When I tried to call the store in order to get them to correct the order they never answered. So I called corporate and talked to their complaint line due to poor communications with the store. I told them I followed all the dispute resolution before calling them. They told me that they would have the district manager call me in one to three days and make it right. That never happened. I am looking at Alaska Pizza now which has a much better review then this company. read more

Ordered a pizza and 2x garlic sauces. Garlic sauces did not arrive. Tried calling location when I realized the hiccup. Went straight to automated message telling me to wait and the deals. Then clicked, and disconnected. Thought it was a fluke, called again, and it disconnected twice more! After the 3 disconnections, I gave up as it was obvious they were screening calls close to closing. I am upset that I paid for a product I did not receive. Additionally, I paid a tip ahead of time and my order was not correct. I work in a hospital overnights and we order a lot of delivery. Not only will I not order from this location again, I will discourage coworkers from ordering as well. There are multiple other options that have employees that will answer the phone when customers call. It is unfortunate they weren't able to fix their blatent mistake. If I was the franchise owner, I would really take all of the 1 star reviews to heart and realize that this is a time when the customers ARE right, and this Pizza Hut location is obviously doing something wrong. read more

Not happy with the experience. Placed an order at 1030, was told the pizza would be delivered at 1113. Got outside of the Hotel room (due to them not entering the hotel during COVID). After not hearing anything by 1130 I called and was told to wait another 5-10 minutes. The pizza did not arrive until 1150. Thought this was a fluke so ordered again a week later. Get the order right the first time so I don't have to wait nearly 2 hours for the next time I order. Well that's IF I even decide to order from this location in the future. I ordered 2 pizzas online so I don't see how there can possibly be a miscommunication because the order is typed up CLEARLY and set so the chef could see exactly what I ordered in DETAIL. I understand if there was a misunderstanding through a phone order. However, that was NOT the case this time. The first pizza I ordered was a medium pan pizza with marinara sauce, standard cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, and mushroom. When it arrived it had NO sauce AT ALL. The second pizza I ordered was a medium thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, garlic crust, olives, mushrooms, pineapples, and Italian sausage. This one was terrible when it arrived because there was ZERO pineapples and olives at all. Instead, they put jalapeños on it! I didn't even order jalapeños on it! I called the location from where the pizza was ordered from and all they offered was to do a "rush" order to swap it out and that took 50 minutes. At the end of the day the service was poor and I wasn't even compensated anything for the inconvenience of being given the wrong pizza and not having the food delivered in a timely manner. We ordered 4 medium 2 topping pizzas, all of them were doughy and undercooked. My cheese and mushroom pizza had the bare minimum of cheese on it. Our pizzas were luke warm, and the buffalo "drizzle" was barely even noticeable. The delivery driver was clearly a tweaker and had a frantic persona. I called and complained about it being undercooked at 7pm, was told 2 of them will be re cooked and rushed out for delivery...did not receive them until 8:15pm. And this delivery driver tried to hustle us. He pretty much said we could keep the old pizzas if we tipped him like"$5-$10". Seriously? Never ordering there again. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Lets start 2 days ago when I successfully placed an order through their call center. They called me back 5 minutes later saying that their system was down and I had to wait 10 minutes and call back...no problem. I call back and the call center transfers me to the store and they dont pick up the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they were busy I chose to do something different for lunch. I call tonight and I immediately get transferred with the same result. I call back and the gentlemen had an attitude when I asked him what was going on. I ordered a medium hand tossed meat lover from this Pizza Hut and we ordered it as pickup since we were a few minutes away and hungry. We ordered online and well when we got there 5 minuets later the pizza was done. At first that sounds good but it rose suspicions that the pizza could have been undercooked or cooked before and heated up in the oven real quick. It turned out to be really doughy in the middle of the pizza and the crust. Also when we went in we didn't get service for many minutes as they were just laughing in the kitchen until one came out to check who knows what. Another this is that many people are worried about coronavirus and when we went they had to hand sanitizer for those who wanted overall service at this Pizza Hut was bad and would recommend going to a different Pizza Hut if you want some pizza. read more

I get its Pizza Hut so I don't expect the best quality but to the point of chewy, cold dough is ridiculous. We called and ordered and we were told it would be a 45 min delivery time. Over an hour later we call and see, the pizza was cold and under cooked and then we were told they wells 'exchange' the pizza in under 30 minutes. Almost an hour and 15 mins later it was delivered undercooked, even more so than before and cold to the point we threw it away. Wish I could give negative stars. The last time we ordered from this place they gave us the wrong pizza, had to drive back to get the correct one which was cold by the time we got home. Got a call from a manager, tried to call back, he never returned my call after that. Tonight placed an order online and it told me if paying by card I had to enter my info, had never had that before but figured they had changed their process as many places require c.c info for orders. I get to the store to pick up and ask to also get a soda, the girl doesn't tell me that it'll cancel my first order but still hold it in my account and then I see there's another transaction I didn't authorize for $34. So now I'm out almost $90 for $50 worth of pizza and the rude manager rolls her eyes and says she needs to run my card again. Excuse me? No, I'm not paying $150 because you can't get your s**t right. I understand how banks and cards work, what's frustrating is that she took zero responsibility for the fact she had messed up and as I explained to her I now have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money released back to my account and that her rude behavior was not that of a manager. She gave me a phone number for a "main office"....its a cell phone and no one picks up. I am NOT impressed with Leonard, if that's his name, at this location. He is rude, argumentative and does not right his mistakes. We ordered 2 large pizzas went to pick them up and they made 2 medium by mistake. We asked him to fix it but he wouldn't and then proceeded to argue. Told us that 2 mediums cost $36 but he was going to "give us a discount" and charge us $20, which is the price for 2 mediums. Leonard confirmed for us that we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, instead we'll order from Milano's across town. Horrible. Our pizzas were raw! Not just undercooked, the dough was completely inedible, like the raw dough you get out of a biscuit can except slimy and runny from being warm. The shredded cheese was even still separated pieces. Called to get new pizzas which took 10 mins on the phone, mostly waiting on hold for some reason. Then she proceeded to tell me the pan pizza is a thick, doughy crust like I don't know the difference between cooked and raw food. Then asked if I wanted the pizza ran through twice. No I don't want overcooked, burnt pizza! Finished the order and even though we were getting a "rush" order she reminded me it would be a while because it's a Friday night even though we live 10 mins away. It took 1 hr and 30 mins and my pizza was so overcooked the dough was now cardboard and crust was burnt. She never even apologized or offered a discount or coupon. And they had me give the driver the bad pizzas like an exchange. I hope they checked to see how bad it was. I should have just asked for a refund. If I could rate it a 0 I would. We placed an order at 6:05pm, order was delivered but was incorrect. We called and they apologized and would rush our correct order out to us. An hour passed so called again to ask status, was told it was out for delivery 15 mins ago. 30 mins passed and still nothing. Called again and was told it was still out for delivery and if we did not receive our order by 8:45pm to call. Then called yet again to check status and was told by the call center that the second order (corrected order) was never placed. I asked then why would they tell us that the order was out for delivery? He said, we are really busy and don't have time to ask questions, do you want your refund or not. Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer indefinitely after the horrendous service we received last night. Called in a order of two 8-piece wings. The wait time was a hour, which was fine so we went ahead and ordered. We were able to track the status of our order online and were pumped when after a hour it said it was out for delivery. This Pizza Hut is right down the street, so when 30 minutes past with no delivery driver I called to check on our order. I was told that or order is delayed and it will arrive in 20 minutes and that they would give us a 10% discount. Our food finally arrives 30 minutes later (two hours after our initial order.) imagine our disappointment when we opened the boxes and saw that the "wings" were the size of chicken turds, had almost zero sauce even though we ordered honey BBQ and Spicy Garlic (Literally there as a tiny drizzle and thats it), and there were only 7 pieces of chicken per box, not 8 like we had ordered. They gave me a 10% discount, then literally took 10% off our food. I called Pizza Hut and requested a refund, the number you call is a generic one where you get a operator who connects your call to your Pizza Hut, the operator Lewis told me he would put me through to the manager at the Boniface location. The manager, Kierra answered who was very rude and condescending. She told me I could get pizza credit - told her I wasn't interested in credit since I would not longer be a customer. She then told me that if I wanted a refund then they were going to come to my house and take the food back. Let me get this straight - I just waited two hours for a wing order that wasn't even correct, and in order to get my money back you are going to come back to my house and take my food at 9pm? If the wait for you to come the first time was already two hours, do you think Im going to wait another 2+ for you to mosey your way back over here after my family has been waiting to eat two hours? And what exactly are you going to do with the food you confiscate from me? Throw it away? Give it to another customer? Eat it yourself? Whichever option, that is a disgusting policy Pizza Hut abides by. If I wasn't a customer before knowing that, I sure won't be now. I told Kierra that if she wasnt going to work with me then I needed to speak to her manager. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then the line picks up and I hear a HUGE, LONG annoyed sigh on the other end of the line before Lewis says "Hello?" I told him I was still awaiting my refund and he went on again to tell me about Pizza Hut policy to take food back for a refund. Eventually he gave me the number to the corporate office in Anchorage, in which I had to call the next morning to request a refund. Had to call twice before I could get through - You choose a extension and the line drops, but eventually was able to talk to someone. Corporate didn't even care to hear what happened, although she did say they would issue the refund and that it would take 5-7 days to hit my account. We will see if that actually happens. read more
