**BEWARE ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS LOCATION** The service? Horrendous. The staff? Also horrendous. I love to hear the staff talking about how they are purposely going to give delivery drivers (such as DoorDash and UberEats) the wrong food for the orders because they simply don't care and say "It's just a dasher" when really the customer is the one getting ripped off on top of the deliver driver for having to sit there and wait, knowing the order is done but just won't get any help from the staff. How this place is still in business amazes me, due to sanitation and attitudes from staff. For delivery drivers, good luck getting the right order after waiting 20 minutes. For online customers, good luck getting the right food since the staff can't make pizzas...which is their whole business. read more

Good pizza, terrible service. I always wait forever before somebody to notice I'm there and get my order. Today, they helped the people who came in behind me first, even though I had been there 10 minutes without being greeted and my pizza was marked at ready before I got there. The woman seemed to know them. I asked for napkins and was told to reach behind the hostess podium and grab some. Just awful customer service. read more

Pizza Hut is not what is used to be. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. The stuffed crust was really good but the pizza was rubbery.

CHOOSE ANY PLACE BUT HERE! Not only were pizzas delivered hours after order, but I called to see what was the reason for the delay and to retract my tip. I was placed on hold of over 10 minutes for a "manager" and eventually gave up. HORRIBLE!!! read more

This Pizza hut has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The man answered the phone and hangs up on you. Then treats you like you're stupid when you call asking for an update on an order that says delivered 30 mins ago. I believe he is the GM (has a raspy voice). I placed an order online and got confirmation of the order. I drove to the location for pickup. As I turned into the location I got a phone call. I was told my order had been cancelled. I called the location and was told very rudely by the manager John that my item was no longer available. He said it was not his problem that is was still listed on the website. Instead of trying to substitute for a different size. He was extremely rude. I was told by the employee at the drive thru he was always rude to the customers. Why is this John who is the GM still working at this location with so many complaints. I was told they ask every one to complain but he is still the manager. I Have never been talk to so rudely. I ordered two of the new MELTS one for hubby other for me. Those things are just nasty. There was little or no cheese, or pepperoni. The crust was over cooked. Never buy one of them. Just nasty. They also have put more options back on their menu. We are no longer in the pandemic. Get real. This is why there is only one family when you go in to eat. Their quality has gone right down the toilet. I don't expect them to be in business much longer. read more

I'm sitting in here on a Sunday afternoon waiting on my carryout . I was forced to walk here bc an EXTREMELY rude man answered the phone and said they were busy to use the app. And hung up on me. What I want isn't on the app. I love their apple pies. So I get here and placed my order and asked to substitute in a dinner box and was told flatly no. I asked for extra sauce on pizza and sugar on my apple pies. She didn't even acknowledge me. I'm not expecting five star service and I love the food here but there needs to be a serious shift in service. I come here sometimes twice a week. There is one blond waitress. she's awesome and courteous. That man is flat out rude In person as well! He has no business working with the public! If the service was better this would be a 5 star pizza hut! I will keep coming here because the service doesn't outweigh the quality of the food that's why this restaurant got three stars. The pizza was AWFUL !! Cold dry and almost nothing on it, not to mention the hour it took to get it and the absolute runaround just to try to order it. Only ate one piece. Though the delivery guy did brave the rain it was pretty good guy so I left him a pretty good tip. And when they try to make things right they just sent me to a bogus email like everybody else. read more

If I could them zero I would! 1. It took forever to get the pizza. It was close to an hour later than scheduled pick up time. 2. They told me 5 min before I was supposed to pick it up they were out of my type of pizza. 3. It didn't have the correct toppings on it. 4. IT WAS LUKEWARM WHEN I GOT IT FINALLY. As far as "fast food" pizza goes, Pizza Hut is my preference. I really like the value for my family of teenagers. Often, cost outweighs quality when you are trying to feed a mob of teens. This pizza hut is slow on delivery, so I'd rather use carry-out. While the building is pretty "new", it's not very clean or well-kept. read more

Abosolutely one of the rudest nastiest managers. I have ever encountered. I asked the server could I see the manager and all I asked him was why they charged for soda water. He was so nasty and said most restaurants charge for water up to $3.00. I said I have never been charged for water. He said I am not going to argue about this. My husband just went thru drive up after ordering wings and small order cheese sticks. Husband truly loves their bone in wings No doubt! But their cheese sticks are terrible and they were made by the manager! They had very little cheese on them, and so much seasoning on them I couldn't eat them! Cheese sticks are Not meant to be salty!! Just pulling cheese sticks apart I got so much seasoning on my hands it was unbelievable. I couldn't eat them! They were horrible just horrible. Tasty food is almost impossible when drivers are reckless and dirty..and they forget your drink you've paid for.. offering me cash in exchange for a drink and saying I can drive down the road and buy my drink circumvents the whole reason for delivery. Would have given them zero stars, but that was not an option. First, wasted several minutes entering my order online repeatedly only to get "Opps, something went wrong, try again ". After giving up trying to order online, I called the Arden, NC location to place my order. I first told the guy who answered the phone that I had attempted to place my order online but the software did not work. (You would think that he would be interested in knowing that his store maybe loosing business when potential customers couldn't place their order). This guy shot back in a very hateful remark that he did not write the software and it was not his fault that it did not work. I did not place an order today and it will be a long time, if ever, that I order from Pizza Hut again. read more

They took my order and made suggestions to save me money and get more pizza. Ready for pick up in 15 min at the contactless drive through. Recommend adding garlic and Parmesan to the crust, and the classic pan style is a consistently delicious pie. read more
