The food is the very best Mexican food from North Carolina to California. I can eat here at least 3 time a week. The employees are so wonderful. They take their time to put in a personal touch. The Quesa-Birrias (I had it with corn tortillas) is absolutely incredible, fast service and a nice ambiance. I sat outside on a beautiful day and enjoyed my lunch with a friend. The ACP is usually my go to and I recommend that as well. Great prices and even better food! read more

This place has the best pork tacos in town! Extremely juicy, tender and delicious. The chicken was great as well but didn't think the birria was as good. The hard tacos were more similar to soft in my opinion but were very fresh and cooked on a flat top grill. They have a quick and efficient food preparation system, similar to chipotle where you move down the line and a different person handles the taco shell, meat, and vegetables. I just ate a burrito the size of a premature infant and it was awesome! For Mexican, this place just became my local go-to spot. It reminds me of Baja Fresh, back in Florida. But much fresher, cleaner and more authentic. The service is cafeteria style. So they prepare it in front of you and it's fast. Yes, they have the tip options on a touch screen, and/or a cash tip jar. So it's up to you. But personally, I think it's worth it. read more

AMAZING. Got their Guac and it was SO GOOD. Normally, mexican places have super bland quac that's pretty mediocre but that was NOT the case here. I could literally just eat the guac it's so good. I got the bowl with steak which was PERFECT and my husband got the Birria in a burrito and he loved it!! The salsa is absolutely delicious as well!! Salsa verde is great here, but it is actually spicy so fair warning if you're sensitive to that! I got a bowl, which normally mex places (*cough* Chipotle) dump rice in there and hardly give you anything else, but here my bowl was very well balanced and absolutely delicious. We're only passing through Asheville but will DEFINITELY be coming back. 11/10!!!!! Phenomenal!! read more
