This was the worst customer service ever!!! We ordered me pizza! At 530 and the closet time was 6 so we picked 6 o'clock the pizza finally showed up at 620! Not only was it late but it had beef on it when we ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple only with stuffed crust and light sauce. When I called the lady who answered the phone answer the phone with can I put you on hold please I said no. She then got an attitude and took a deep breath and passed the phone to another employee without saying a word to me. The next employee that took over the phone call got rude immediately continued to tell me that I was wrong and that we ordered it with beef on it when I told him we did not and didn't even know what the mystery Bernie was he continue to try to argue. Then I asked him for his name he took a deep breath and told me he would give it to me when he was done filling my order so I asked why he couldn't give me his name while he was typing and he very rudely gave me what I believe to be a fake name. Then on top of that he made it a point to let me know that we had added the mystery meat on the app and that we were charged for this extra burnt meat then proceeded to tell me he would send me a new pizza but I would be sending the old pizza back and that's the only way he would remake the order that I messed up is what he said to me. I ordered online but the store didn't recognize my work address so I called in. I ordered exactly what I saw online and the guy was like yea that's online but not here....(pause) I was like well if your menu isn't the same I do not know what to order but that's what I want. I don't know why he couldn't piece together what I saw online which he ended up doing after I kept after him. he was rude didn't know his specials or his menu and really made me worry about the quality of the food that I would be receiving. shouldn't have to get confrontational to get some guidance through the ordering process-especially if what im ordering isn't what you have and im asking what you have and how I can just resolve his issue with my selection. they have really went down hill and I wouldn't be mad if they vactated and let someone else move in to reclaim some pizza territory for belton. read more

Horrible, first I call and give my address. I'm told I'm not in their delivery area, mind you I live 2 blocks away from them. The girl didn't know or comprehend what I was asking when I asked where their location was. She literally lowered the phone and yelled "Where are we? Like where is our location?" I wasn't on hold or told let me find out, nope I got a girl yelling into my ear. The manager then gets on the phone after I ask for him since she can't seem to find my address. I usually enjoy Pizza Hut but this location was extremely disappointing, I stopped for lunch and ordered the buffet, the selection was very poor, I asked for a salad and was told it would be extra, this has not been the case in my normal Pizza Hut or other locations. So, I ordered 3 pizzas this morning to be picked up at 11:45 for a bday party at 12, I get there and one of the workers asked if I was there to pick up an order, I said yes, and she said their system was down and didn't make my pizzas. Chalondra was on the phone and she signed to me to wait, my mommy instincts are starting to go into panic mode, then Chalondra tells another worker to go ahead and make my order all while she's still on the phone, clearly with a tech for their computers. She then asked if I would be paying in cash, which I wasnt, but I said I could go get cash. My family and I have quit going to the one on Neil in Belton, Tx. Our order has been wrong nearly every time we went. Customer service is not any good either since new management came in. I fact that's when our 5 star service dropped. When we did go, we almost always had the same person, I believe she was manager of some sort. She would see us come in, have her little pad ready and knew what we wanted, and how. Now that she is gone, we don't go in. As I said in the beginning service went downhill. read more

The employees at this location are extremely rude. I ordered a pizza online and asked them to email me when the pizza got here, as I do not have cell phone service in the building I am in. I went outside and realized I had a voicemail from them. I gave them a call back ready to give my information, but the lady who answered the phone made me feel incredibly stupid and said that they cancelled my order (after I had already paid, mind you) and put it on the buffet, so I would have to re-order. The situation could have been handled much better. I am very disappointed. Also, the Pizza Hut deliver instructions do not allow enough characters to give thorough instructions. read more

I don't know how this place stays open!! Ordered a pizza for pick up. They said it "disappeared" from the screen after the order was taken. So, I waited 40 minutes. I finally had to ask why it was taking so long. A lady with a huge scorpion tattooed on her neck opened the warmer and found it. I asked why it was in there while I sat waiting for it. She said, "I don't know, but it's still warm so here ya go", while shoving the pizza at me and walking away. Rude! I saw one other patron experience a similar problem. Pizzas in the warmer, while she sat and waited. But, that's was the least of my worries! While I was waiting, I was sitting where I could see employees who were making the pizzas. I saw some of the most disgusting acts by employees, scratching their head while standing over a pizza they were about to cut, no gloves were used by anyone! A male employee picking at the seat of his pants and handling a pizza right after. Ugh!! Seriously, A female walked out to the register and announced to her coworker that she had just gotten back from the bathroom again and her diarrhea had gotten so bad that she was going to have to go home! I swear I'll never go there again! I had already paid for my pizza so I just took it and left! Shame on me! I should've said something then! Came in during the evening last week and had a good meal. Pizza was well prepared and the service was great. The place was empty and the manager ended up seating us and taking care of us, not sure where the waitress was. He took care of us the entire time there and had zero problems. He was courteous, friendly, and the fact that he was willing to get his hands dirty by doing someone else's job shows his commitment to running the place that night. I will be returning here if I want Pizza from a Pizza Hut in the future. read more

Saturday night, 8:00. Not a soul seated in the dining area. We should have walked out then. A long 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Another 10 minutes-literally- later, our four drinks arrive. Our waitress takes our order of one large, half pep, half cheese pizza. The phone was ringing off the hook, others were coming in and experiencing the sake wait time as we did. 30 minutes later, our order was delivered, and it was cold. We knew they were busy with deliveries, but this was ridiculous. We will not be going back. No efforts were made to apologize. Bathrooms were also in need of attention. read more

I ordered the Pizza from the Belton Pizza Hut, 254-933-3333, because their ad was in the hotel room at the Best Western Plus in Salado. The girl who took the order was rude, kept getting the information wrong, and gave us a 35 minute delivery time. At an HOUR, I CALLED TO COMPLAIN. I was told they attempted delivery. The delivery guy had tried to deliver to the wrong room. Did not call my cell number. Went to the front desk, but the delivery guy did not have my last name so the hotel manager could not look up the correct room. The hotel manager wanted to speak to the manager at the Pizza Hut and the driver did not want him to and left without delivering my pizza. The female manager, Jennifer, was unpleasant when I complained and insisted they called me, but my cell phone never rang, nor did the phone in the room ring. With my Bluetooth on my phone there is no way to miss a call. I canceled my order because we were getting the run around. We talked to the hotel manager who was also displeased. After speaking with the hotel manager my husband decided to call back to complain further. We then called back and this time we spoke with a manager named Ron who apologized and asked to send our original order without charge. At the moment of this writing I am waiting. However, in the interest of holding the store accountable, I am still posting this bad review. read more

This pizza hut is dirty, the food gets messed up alot, and their is terrible customer service. If you try to call they will never answer because they claim they are understaffed. The delivery time was good but the overall taste of pizza and breadsticks wasn't good both were cold.They both seemed over cooked and stale we ended up throwing a large pizza and a order of breadsticks away couldn't chew.Normally i would've given a good review but not tonight.I will order again hopefully we'll get a beter experience. read more

If I could give a minus 5 rating, I would. No fountain drinks, okay, not a big deal. Pizza and wings ordered, ten minutes later the waitress comes out and says the wing fryer is just then starting to heat up so it will be a little while, so okay, not happy, but will deal with it. Both my husband and I asked her to bring the two pizzas we ordered for our group and we would wait for the wings. She said the pizzas were almost ready and she would bring them out - - - she lied, because fifteen minutes later, one pizza and the wings came. My daughter-in-law thankfully saw that they took our other pizza to a different table, waited a few minutes, and then brought it to us. I am beyond aggravated at this point, I am livid. It was obvious I was mad, so the waitress came back out to offer a free pizza at a later time. I told her no, absolutely not, and told her that we would never be back there, so, no, I don't want anything from her. We live in Belton and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER eat there.
