The food was marginal. The service was unbelievable slow and the conversations we witnessed between the staff was disrespectful and rude. Last we were at this particular store was much different. Even the "Throwback Thursday" pricing will get us to return. You would think they were having to turn business away with the cavalier attitudes displayed. This place has gone down hill. I get that's a little busy but please acknowledge someone when they are standing at the counter. Had four employees walk by as if I didn't exist. It took 14 minutes before someone asked me what I needed. The quality of the pizza has gone down too. Don't trust the app when it says your pizza is done. It will most definitely not be ready. I order on the app and it counts down until it's ready. I moved to Belton and this is the Pizza Hut closest to my house. Every time I arrive and the app says it's ready, it either hasn't been started or just being put in the oven. It's hard to find good employees that will come to work and to perform if they do show up, but they need to either shut this location down, modify their hours or take a look at management for the reason why they can't keep employees. read more

First of all I ordered two large three topping for $10 each specials... ok got it, paid extra for Something extra that I'm not recalling at the moment, that was fine... but my pizza had meatballs (they were out of Ham!!!) olives and jalapeños, and they put mushrooms on there and I'm sorry, if I don't ASK for extra stuff, especially veggies that may cause an allergic reaction (my ex was allergic to shrooms) then PLEASE do not inadvertently add extra crap to my pizza!!! It throws off the flavor palate I'm trying to achieve at that moment, which really Irks. The pies overall tho DIDNT taste the same! The bread was greasy and they weren't piping hot like they usually are when they are delivered. I was completely sad... SO not the normal comfort food yumminess that I've always come to expect from Pizza Hut delivery I DO wanna give props to the delivery guy, who was really cool; even waiting at the end of the stairs to make sure I opened the door to retrieve my pies and thanked me for my order, so thanks delivery guy!! Probably the worst pizza that I have ever tried to eat. Limp, greasy, and barely any topping. Should have known better by the empty parking lot at lunchtime but I was hungry. Another obvious clue that they don't want your business are the brown bathroom towel rolls on the table, they suck to dry your hands on and are truly brutal for trying to clean your face. Scammers!!!!! Called in order for carryout. Arrived 15 min later. Paid $27.96 and sat to wait. Received a notification that I was charged $33.55. Asked about and showed charge to employee and then a manager. Was told I was charged $27.96 and that I was "welcome to come look at it for [myself]". I declined to go behind the counter. I showed him the charge again and he shrugged at me. No resolution was met I was already upset that I was charged $14 for a large pizza. This is outrageous. $5.54 could almost get a large pizza had I been able to order online. read more

Both had very little ingredients; barely any cheese; just down right average pizza. Let me put it another way; Digornos frozen pizza has more taste than the pizzas I purchased at Pizza Hut. I phoned this location for an elderly gentlemen living in a Belton area Assisted Living facility. This Vietnam Era Vet wanted a meat lovers pizza! At first there was some difficulty in getting the pizza delivered for this gentleman who can't drive. I asked to speak to a manager and an exceptional, caring manager named Madeleine (I think I might have misspelled her name) came on the phone. She heard the story of the Veteran craving a Pizza Hut Pizza and found a way to get it delivered to him!! It was WONDERFUL! The Delivery Driver was also TOP OF THE LINE!! Special thanks to these two, and this local business, for doing so much for this deserving gentleman! You have to give a star...otherwise I would not. Ordered for delivery and the driver left HALF the order at the store. When I called to ask for a manager the employee that answered the phone responded "FOR WHAT" and I replied that my order was delivered incomplete. The manager got on the phone and was not very customer friendly. She said she had my order the driver left and would sent it back out. I had to ask her to remake it so it wouldn't be cold by the time I got it. She said she would remake the other half that was left but would be another 30 minutes to deliver. She didnt really apologize or like most places offer any type of compensation for the fact that it was going to take another half hour after our original order was delivered. So am I to only feed half of the people at my home? It was a large order and just the lack of customer care is another points taken off. I asked my order to have LIGHT SAUCE on the pizzas. Clearly it was not LIGHT SAUCE. I ordered cheesesticks... let's put it this way.... it was breadsticks with cheese tossed on them. They were the most non cheesesticks cheesesticks I have ever ordered from pizza hut and looked disgusting. I prefer pizza hut over Domino's or Papa johns and we have ordered elsewhere due to the previous experience from this store. Overall a good experience. We ordered delivery and were a little annoyed that instead of calling us to let us know they took it upon themselves to give us a different beverage. Just ate here last night. I don't eat Pizza Hut that often but when I do it's always the stuffed crust variety. Well, I've ordered from this particular location twice and both times I was disappointed. The stuffed crust I paid $17 bucks for (carry out) was fresh out of the oven but it was either cooked too long or the ingredients Pizza Hut is using is just going downhill. The pizza was very firm and the crust wasn't soft as is typical of the stuffed crust. I honestly think it's the ingredients that are being used because when I say firm I mean I have to relate it to an extremely salty piece of cardboard topped with cheese and pepperoni - the dough is almost non-existent because it's prepped/cooked wrong. I believe this is the last time I'll every choose Pizza Hut, especially when I can get two, or even three pizzas for the same price at any of the other chains. read more

Normally this place has been amazing to us. Lately, however, it's been getting our orders completely wrong. We still eat them cause we don't want food to go to waste, but it wasn't what we ordered. All I ordered once was a plain stuffed crust cheese pizza, only to get all pepperoni on it. Next two times I ordered half pepperoni half cheese, it even says it on the ticket! I'm really pissed. We ordered delivery of a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms and a batch of 6 wings. We ordered on line and included the tip. The person who delivered the order had no clue we added the tip because they are not told, on line so I ended up giving her another tip. Some of the employees that work here are the classic epitome of why people should not forgo education. Just placed an order online and forgot to add a dipping sauce to my pizza rolls so I called them about it. First person who answered, told me that it would cost $.50 each, which dumbfounded me. I thought the sauce was part of the deal, but whatever. After all, she works there, I don't. Anyway, looked up the order on the website and it states in plain English, "Served with your choice of Marinara or Ranch dipping sauce." Fine, maybe it was an oversight on their part so I called back. Another lady answers and I asked again for a dipping sauce. I had to repeat myself 3 times because she didn't even know what "Stuffed Pizza Rollers" were (duh - it's on YOUR menu, hello?) and then when it came to the dipping sauce, she said I had to pay extra for them. No, girl, just no. I told her what the website said and she proceeded to deny and argue with me that it wasn't free. She then placed me on hold for a few minutes and then finally relented saying she will give it to me free of charge. Like, oh really? Stay in school kids. read more

This review is being written based off of the fact that I've only ever been here once but have ordered food in about three times. It's a Pizza Hut. So the five stars is more based on customer service, efficiency, general decency & quality of delivery more than anything else. As I said, I've only dined in once and I went about midday with my grandmother. The server who sat us and took our order was so sweet, being incredibly patient with my grandmother (who, as someone who doesn't typically eat pizza, had about a million & two questions) and even made her own suggestions about how to maximize our order while spending less money. While money wasn't really an issue, it was nice to meet someone so sweet and honest. Not only that but the restrooms were very clean and the decor wasn't half-bad which isn't something I'm used to in a Pizza Hut. Lately I've been ordering from Pizza Hut ever since another pizza delivery place in town screwed my last order up beyond recognition. I get the same thing each time I order - 12 piece garlic Parmesan traditional wings, an order of pizza rollers and an order of their apple pies with a thing of garlic sauce & icing. After tip, this order typically rounds out to be around $32.00 or so. I don't have any experience with ordering over the phone as I always order online but I have had to call in after I order each time to inform the delivery driver of which residential hall I'm staying in on campus and they're always so friendly and efficient over the phone. They write down my location, confirm it twice and give me a delivery ETA which has, at most, been two minutes off. Once there was an issue with my card being rejected (because I was ordering with one of those Visa giftcards) but the person that called me over the phone to let me know was so sweet about working with me and let me know as soon as the transaction was approved that my delivery was on the way. Speaking of delivery, I love their delivery people. Online I give them my cell number and in the note section, ask them to call when they've arrived. They always call when they're a few minutes out which is nice because it gives me time to throw some shoes on, get downstairs and meet them when they arrive. I've also been encouraged to double check my order by every delivery driver while they were still standing there to ensure it was correct and have never felt rushed. This is nice since I typically order within 30 minutes or so of closing - I've never encountered an attitude or rude driver. All in all, this is a pretty great Pizza Hut. Nice food, great delivery and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be ordering from here rather than anyplace else for a long time coming. read more

After I waited 50 min for my pizza that was to take 20-35 min and app said it was being made, I called them. They told my order was canceled. Said I want in their delivery area, even though the app said I was, and have ordered many times before. They did not call me to let me know they were not coming. Ever wonder why you see very few Pizza Huts anymore? Poor infrastructure and lazy management. I live 3.1 miles away from this place across i35 and they can't figure out how to get to my house. Some kid on the phone got confused w/ the computer (even though he was a local and knew where I lived) and called over the manager. The manager, instead of looking into it, simply said, "We don't deliver there. Hang up." Lazy. And also, don't be lazy when you have really shitty pizza. I was ordering from here for a bunch of kids because it was close and easy, not because you have quality anything.
