Do not patronize Domino's. I have received coupons in my email for purchasing products in Belton. The latest fallacy is that your points can be redeemed. The thing is, their coupons DON'T WORK and lead to dead corporate links. This has happened before, but now I am done after the store manager wouldn't talk to me and told me to call corporate. I asked for the corporate number, and the guy on the phone said the manager told him it's on the website. During these pizza wars, where the chains are nearing bankruptcy (MOD, Papa John, etc), this excuse of: IT IS CORPORATE'S PROBLEM does promote positive advertising. Yes I understand you're busy but at least acknowledge the customer and not make them wait 5 minutes of waiting at the counter to pick up their order. While waiting I observed an employee drop a delivery food box and then place it back on the delivery shelf! My response from a manager when I brought it to their attention was- we usually will say something unless we're busy. I had a horrible experience with the store manager on 12/31/2020 @ approx 1:30 in the afternoon. I placed an order with an approximate delivery time of 28-38 minutes according to the delivery confirmation email. While I understand orders can run late due unforeseen issues, however the store manager, Roxanna was very rude, dismissive, and argumentative. I called to check the status of my now late order of an hour. I watched the tracker patiently as it said my order was out of the oven being "quality checked" for well over 30 minutes at this point. I was told that the order was ready but they were short handed with only 2 drivers. That it was not her fault that people don't want to work. I asked how much longer it would be, as my order was already cooked and sitting under a heat lamp, and was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. This was not acceptable. I tried to explain to Roxanna that I wanted hot fresh food not something sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour and a half. She was dismissive and argumentative stating she would remake the order and let it sit there for the 45 minutes until a driver could get back to deliver it. In the end, due to the argumentative state of the phone call, I cancelled the order and told Roxanna I will not order from Dominos as long as she is the store manager. She was quite fine with that and tried to change her story on what she said to me during the course of the call after I asked to speak with her boss. Fifteen minutes after talking to the store manager and canceling my order, the driver shows up with my order, with no idea that the order had been cancelled. So either the store manager lied about the food still being at the store, (possibly already with an overloaded driver) or she didn't cancel the order and let the driver waste his time delivering a canceled order (could have been delivering the other "7" orders the manager said were waiting to be delivered). I did contact the district manager and he offered me 2 free pizzas and 2 free sides as compensation. Although a generous offer, I cannot and will not return to this location as long as she is the store manager. If and when that changes I will happily update my review. read more

Constantly messing up my orders, understandably they get busy but still come on. My bottles sodas normally come flat, always usually something with my order is normally jacked up. I'll gladly drive to Temple to get Marcos or even better to drive ip to Papa Johns. read more

When I placed my order online, it showed that the order should be ready for pick up in 17 minutes. I got to the store and it was showing 45 minutes. I went inside after about 20 minutes more at this time it was about at 35 minute mark and they told me another half hour. Ended up being 56 minutes to get a medium pizza and then when I got it the crust was burnt in the middle and dried out and cold. I know they cost more, but I'm going back to Papa John's. When they tell me 20 to 25 minutes it's ready in 20 to 25 minutes. And I have yet to have one burnt or miss built. I guess I can chalk this up as a learning experience read more

So I called last night at , 10:00 pm they couldn't do contactless carry out and then he said it would be 1hr 30 minutes for me to get my food when I was literally 2 minutes away on 1st Ave, I think if you're going to offer a service you need to do it, don't promote contactless carry out and I can't utilize the service. And seriously hire more drivers if your gonna have wait times out almost 2 hours! They said I needed to go to a gas station and break the $50 because they didn't have change. We're new to the area and live in Salado. Have always been a fan of Domino's, and this is the closest location to us. We've ordered twice for pick-up, since we're not in their delivery radius. Both times they have forgotten something or made a mistake with our order. Unfortunately, we didn't find out until we got home. 1st time they forgot the extra sauces that we ordered for our wings and cheesy bread. The second time, tonight, they did not put mushrooms on our pizza (though it's indicated on the box tag) and they forgot the extra sauces, though my wife asked about those before she left the store. I told the guy that I wanted plan cheesy bread with my order and he even asked me again if it was plan I told him yes but when it gets here not bread the guy calls and talks to the manager and mind you I can hear the lady on the phone and her tone towards what he was saying was rude. But she wanted me to make a new charge to my card just for the bread. Not going to happen so when I called up to the store myself to say something all they still wanted me to make a new charge on my card so that is not going to happen.
