Also a hardworking and previously restaurant worker as myself, I understand wait irritation, but it soon dissipates when tasting something reminiscent of my grandmother's cooking, knowing it is not only delicious, but healthier than any fast food chain or frozen and thawed half way cooked food you get served elsewhere.
