Placed order at 5:25pm with estimated delivery of 20 minutes. Confirmation email said delivery would be 6:00pm. At 5:50 got a text saying the delivery was being transferred to their partner DoorDash. The driver updated at 5:53 that he was waiting at store for order. At 6:19 I called Pizza Hut to find out why the order wasn't ready. The lady said they got busy then she double checked and said the cook only put half the order thru the oven. So they would make the other half now. Mind you the rest of my order is sitting there getting cold and rubbery. The order was finally ready and the driver left with it at 6:43. That poor driver had to wait for almost an hour! Pizza was delivered at 7:00. It was horrible! Like I said cold and rubbery. And the dessert cookie was burnt on the edge and hard as a rock. Wasn't cut and was so hard I couldn't cut it with a knife. Totally unacceptable. I have tried to call and let them know and they won't answer the phone. I will absolutely never eat Pizza Hut again! We spent over $80 on inedible junk!!!! read more

My wife and I stopped here to eat after going to the Carlsbad Caverns. We both love Pizza Hut and we were hungry. There's not a lot of restaurant choices in Carlsbad. I can say this is the worst Pizza Hut I've been to. The service was very slow. Our waitress had her two sons (age 12-13) at the restaurant with her. The boys were chasing each other around at a dead run around all the tables. A man came in and had a long loud cell phone conversation, never ordered, then left. The pizza was typical Pizza Hut pizza so it was good. The menus were so old they were almost illegible. All the tables were dirty and our waitress had to clean ours before we sat down. I certainly wouldn't recommend this Pizza Hut and we won't be going back. read more

Worst customer service. Went to dine in after church, had to seat ourselves and waited to get our orders taken, 2 family's after us were seated and given menus while we were still waiting. Went to Pizza Hut after finding out the Chili's had an hour long wait. We had been driving for 7+ hours so anything tasted good at this point. The service was ok. First, an obligatory note about Carlsbad, NM. Your dining options are limited. Many of the promising ones are not open on weekends. Seriously. The busiest parking lot is Chili's. Seriously. A waitress was training another employee, she was in the middle of the isle i had to walk around them. She was complaining about working so much, she was loud so all could hear. Staff needs to be better trained, and managed. Stars are based on food. Take out might be your best bet. read more

Service is spotty, most often once your order is taken they ignore you until the food comes out. Once it comes out they go back to ignoring you. Usually they are out of chili flakes and Parmesan at the tables. And the appetizers always come out with the rest of the order. The food itself is fairly typical if a Pizza Hut. read more

This pizza saved us from another not so great meal in SE NM, the pan crust was vey good, nice quality of ingredients, medium size with 4 toppings only $15.00, but the item amount = 1 topping of quantity, charge more for toppings and add more stuff and it would be 4 stars. Called to get it to go and got the pizza hut call center, they got ours right but a woman ahead of us at the cashier would have a different opinion, they should cut out the middle man and let the locals do they're own mistakes. read more

DO NOT GO. On April 1, 2021, we had traveled all day in an RV with a 4- and a 7-year old. As we got close and saw it was dinner time, we decided to order pizza rather than cook in the RV. We called and spent 15 minutes TRYING to place our order. Yes... 15 minutes... because the person who took the order seemed to have no knowledge of the menu. And had not entered the order in the computer. That meant we had to start our order again. At some point thereafter, the manager got on the phone and after a half hour our order was placed. We were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived to pick it up in that timeframe. 30 minutes later the order was ready. Wait ... one more thing...the pizzas were not accurate. But we were happy to have dinner. All we wanted was an easy meal after a long day. What we got was total frustration and 2 hangry children. Again I say...DO NOT GO there. Apparently Pizza Hut just had a "menu change". Well, their pan pizza looks a whole lot like a thin crust. I would hate to see how terrible their thin crusts look! Other things to note. They apparently don't do BBQ sauce on pizzas anymore nor can you get the drizzle anymore. Bad customer service. The guy that always runs the cash register most nights is rude and sarcastic every time I place a carryout order. When I dine in, I'm standing at the front waiting 10 minutes to be seated, and then another 10 minutes just to get a drink. My husband and I order pizza and wings usually every time and our wings are always forgetten, not to mention, so is the garlic crust I specified I wanted!
