I placed an order online 2 medium pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I thought I put pepperoni as my topping but it was only cheese. I picked up my order and didn't check my pizza which was my fault. I got home and checked and was so bummed. I don't just like cheese. I kept trying to get ahold of store which was hard but it was Friday night so I know they are busy. Finally Omar answered and I explained to him what happened and he was so sweet and told me he would make me 2 new pizzas and not to worry about the old ones. I was so happy! Located right next to Rite Aid and Stater Brothers, this Pizza Hut is a convenient place for locals but please be aware, they are usually running late due to what I assume of being short staff. When I arrived, there was a customer, fuming about her order being late and a worried cashier, assuring her that her order would arrive any minute. Fortunately, my pick-up was ready but it didn't come with any pepper flakes or parmesan packets. When I asked for some, they told me they run out and I had the option of buying a shaker of parmersan cheese. Pizza Hut was never the best but used to be perfectly adequate for a night I didn't feel like cooking. This last time I ordered will be the last time I order. Was gonna order extra pineapple (I know but some of us like it) but $15 pizza was then $20 so I just ordered regular. Hardly and pepperoni, hardly any pineapple, hardly any sauce. Customer service wise: one lady that took our order was helpful and nice. While we waited for our 2 pizzas to be ready, one of the guy employees was polite and kind to all the other customers that came through to place orders. The pizza was made fairly fast. From the time we ordered to leaving, our 2 medium custom pizzas took about 15 min. One of our pizzas with the garlic Parmesan sauce was not cooked throughly. There was a clear layer of uncooked dough, which made us sad because the employees were nice. So we had to cook our pizza a little longer. The flavors were great as always: could be Pizza Hut but we like to think it's because we pick good combination of toppings :-) I personally think customer service is everything which is why I gave 4/5 stars instead of 3/5. I ended up calling them just to let the person who cooked my pizza know to cook them a little longer. Just for their information so they can get better because I really like Pizza Hut over the other chain pizza places. I did this in a calm voice and they were very nice and apologetic about it. Something tells me that some of the other yelpers reviewing this location were not calm when they were notifying Pizza Hut of their problem which doesn't help the situation. I ordered a pizza for delivery while I was at Loma Linda and said it Would be 40 min and a hour and half later it never showers up and I was done. Waited another 30 min trying to get ahold of them and they never answered and I never got my pizza. So that was a waste of time and money. read more

Pizza was hot and fresh. On time and the Manager who helped me was super nice and greet full!!!

Cheese breadsticks were burned. No marinara sauce delivered. Paid premium charges for pan pizza crust yet they came with hand tossed crust. Called back to talk to manager about the problem. Kid answering the phone says he can help me. I told him the problems, I was yelled at and told I was a fool and didn't know what I ordered. He presented himself as a manager. Told me the only fix was to put our order back in que, and it would be 45 minutes to an hour for redelivery. I let him know that was not okay and I would be sure to let corporate know how I was treated. Within 4 minutes of me hanging up the delivery person was back at my hotel room and wanted the food and drinks. I made her hand me the receipt I signed for my card to be charged first. Then handed her everything they delivered. I was absolutely gobsmacked by how we were treated. I'm glad this isn't the "norm" customer service we get from Pizza Hut. We will never order from this location again. Ever. Thirty minutes after the young man at Pizza Hut yelled at me (after I tweeted Pizza Hut about this entire ordeal) I get a call from Sergio. He offered to make our food himself and deliver it himself. Uhm no. After how I was yelled at I could only imagine what your disgruntled and lackluster employees would do to the food. I could care less about Pizza Hut a year ago. They have made some changes to their recipes and it has been for the better. This review is solely based on carry out experience. The pizza I've had the past 2 times is the super supreme pizza. It is absolutely delicious!!' The crust is no longer greasy like it used to be. That was one of the reasons I never cared for it. The topping are so fresh and just plain how they should be!! When I get the carry out I'm there right when my pizza is done and it's hot and fresh! I also bought the new Hershey's brownie tray and it was so yummy! So worth it!! It was even better the day after!! Ok. The pizza is great. So great it turned a Pizza Hut hater into a Pizza Hut lover!! With that being said I want to weigh in on this particular location. They have gotten a bad wrap. I have not had delivery with them so I do not know what that's like but the costumer service I have experienced here is plain average. I didn't not have any negative experience. One reviewer said she waited for 5 minutes? There is a bell to ring if there is no one in front. The place is clean and has one 2 seater bench inside. I'll be getting Pizza Hut again. I absolutely 100% recommend ordering from ANY OTHER LOCATION. Please take a gander and see why they are heavy on the 1 star reviews lol. This is probably the second/third time this place has failed at doing its literal job function. Put an online order at 9:40pm, estimated delivery was 45 mins, called at 11:05, had to listen to Pizza Huts dreadful ads for another 10 mins and still be hung up on. Have fun calling the location, you won't get through directly, unless transferred by a rep. Transferred & only to be answered with the most "slit-my-wrists" enthusiasm! Charming. , right ? "Well we only have one driver delivering" they say - okay, I can understand that (it doesn't hurt to be a littler nicer about it). I get it, staff is limited in many places, people are stressed out a bit. But you can't even regurgitate the scripted words of "I'm sorry sir/ma'am for the inconvenience, my apologies" for the life of you, just "ok well I told you the driver is out delivering?" and when telling him about the estimated delivery time that was given to me on my end, we just just go back & forth on it and then told "ok well then we didn't change on our end" okay, is that my problem or yours? lol. Can't come up with a solution, no extra offer, no apology, just this miserable, unapologetic tone. Way to run your store. Received the pizza finally, by 11:30pm - COLD & INCORRECT (lovely). Delivery driver was at least apologetic. Tried calling back, of course, no answer (as if I didn't already know that). Bad customer service. Manager Noel told me he couldn't do any thing for me after telling me i can't get my food delivered to my home cuz of after hours and the wait was gonna be an hour. Noel said he was the only manager there.. I wanted to cancel my order and receive my money back but he also couldnt do that for me after i told him i needed it so i could order from some place else. I ordered my pizza and pasta online at 10:18 pm and they estimated my delivery time to be 11pm. I called the store at 11:15 pm and they said they were on the way. I called again at 11:45pm and Janice stated she could not get a hold of the driver. Janice then stated she would call me back, but the store closed at midnight, she never called me! Disappointed with my experience here at this location. I placed my order on the app and drove over when it said it was almost ready. When I arrived I tap the "I'm here" feature on the app for my contactless order. It says to call the store which I call the number twice and stay on hold for over 10 minutes both times. After no response I decide I'll just have to go inside. I go inside and approach the counter and give me my name for my order that the app tells me is ready to be picked up. The girl at the front tells me that my order is not ready and it will be 20-25 minutes before my order will be ready. I ask why the app says it's ready and has been for at least 10 minutes to pickup and she says i don't know but we are behind and short staffed so that's all I can tell you. I decide to wait the 25 minutes and see numerous other patrons have the same experience. Final my name on the screen changes to "ready". I go to the counter and they say they cannot find my order and that they will have to remake it and it would be an additional 20-25 minutes. This is ridiculous and the people behind the counter just keep saying sorry we're short staffed what can we do? Now half the food is cold and the other half was messily thrown together. I would fix the app or call the people who placed the order online beforehand to let them know how delayed the orders will be or of course people are going to be upset. You can't even give me 1 ranch when I order wings? Half the fun of wings...is their dipping sauces! Even their blue cheese sauce is all watered down tasting and there are no blue cheese chunks in it at all. Anyways...Their wings are good but on the salty side. My family and I were staying at the Motel 6 nearby on 8-1-15. We couldn't decide between this PH, Domino's (too expensive), or something else... I saw that this PH had lackluster reviews, but we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I didn't want to waste money on a delivery fee. So, we ordered online and I drove over. I should have heeded the negative reviews here, and just gone to a drive-through place!! The customer service is very lax and extremely underwhelming at best. Honestly, they are pretty rude, and very disappointing. The pizza is way, way greasier than I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. The quepapas were almost cold, and not worth the money at all. The pizza wasn't very good at all. The toppings weren't what my family expected, especially not from Pizza Hut. We ordered a brownie plate for dessert, but due to them messing up one of our pizzas and having to remake it, the girl at the front desk kept it in the warmer. When the new pizza was brought out, I didn't realize until I got the pizza back to our room that she hadn't given me the brownie! I had to drive out to Corona to pick up my brother from work. I called them and said I would be back in time to pick it or a fresh one up, and they were like "uhh ok". When I was back near this PH and called when I was around the corner, it routed me to a driver or something. I said I was almost there to pick up my brownie, and he told me "um, well, nobody's there now, so..." and said I'd have to talk to a manager the next day. I brought my receipt in the next day around noon, and spoke to an employee that seemed confused at what I was saying. She didn't seem to believe me since nobody from the night before had left a note about what happened. I asked for a manager and she told me the manager was too busy. I wanted a refund but "all they could do" was either give me a credit for the brownie plate or make me a fresh one. Since we don't plan to be back in the area anytime soon, I opted for the latter.
