I like vegetables on my pizza and Pizza Hut's 3 topping pizza is delicious! It is cheaper than Little Caesar's vegetable pizza. Besides, Pizza Hut is closer to where I live. I've been a loyal Dominos pizza customer for years however, Pizza Hut is the only place that offers stuffed crust. I live 5 minutes away... I ordered pizza one day for delivery, tracked it saw when it went out for delivery and it was 30 minutes late. I called and they just said that I wasn't the only delivery. Another time I ordered, pizza was a few minutes late and I got an email from corporate where they gave me a $10 credit. I ordered pizza twice where they have delivered soggy, nasty pizza! They have also sent the wrong drink. I called the 1st time and they gave me a 9 dollar credit. Today, I actually drove back to the store and returned their nasty as s pizza. Despite other reviews I always seem to get exactly what I ordered. I don't order anything fancy. I am always pleased with my deep crust pizza with sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms with a side of que papas! :) I order online and pick up or have them deliver. Used to love this location a couple years back, but as of late the quality has dropped to the point it is hard to justify especially in the way of the amount of dough used and amount of toppings. Today was the day that I threw up my hands and decided to rate this place...after going through the same kind of issues previously, always returning to think 'This time it will be different..." Well,once again it wasn't, so here I am! I ordered on line and got an email a few minutes later saying my order was being made, and would be ready within 17 minutes. After 15 minutes, I got in my car to go get it and the cell phone rang on my way there..they were calling to say that they didn't have any Pizzones left for the day (it was about 1pm) and would be want to substitute the 2 Meaty Pizzones for a large meaty pizza, and the Pepperoni Pizzone for a medium pepperoni pizza? I said no, but we'd take a large pepperoni and a medium -or small- ham and pineapple pizza. I was told no, they couldn't do that, sorry. I said ok, we'll just take the wings. I got to the place and waited in the reception area, listening to people laughing and talking (gossiping, not work related stuff). Two people had walked by the doorway and had seen me, neither one bothered to greet me. After about 9 minutes, a guy came out front and kind of grunted at me. I told him I was there to pick up an order. He didn't ask my name, just walked out the door and a few minutes later a lady came out and asked me what I wanted to substitute for the pizzones. I told her I would like to get the large pepperoni and medium ham and pineapple instead, she said, no, we can't do that. I said, "It doesn't make sense to me...you don't have what I want, and you won't even give me--in substitution--what I want?" She said, "Yeah, sorry about that." I took the wings and she asked me about the weather. This happens all the time with this restaurant...last week my daughter ordered bread and they called her to tell her they didn't have the "regular" bread, so she'd HAVE to take the skinnier bread. So! This is an adios for my family because this Pizza Hut wouldn't know good service if someone handed it to them on a silver plate. Worst customer service I've ever had. ***CORPORATE OFFICE DOESN'T CARE*** I ordered Pizza Hut online (I wanted Domino's my family wanted PH) it came out to almost $60 dollars. We were told it would be 30 minutes. My wife called 50 minutes later wondering where our order was. She said the worker was rude. "What can we do for you what will make you happy", in an impatient tone. She was told the manager will call back which we both found very odd. No one did. The driver came an hour and 5 minutes after we ordered. The food was luke warm. I called and spoke with CLAUDIA an assistant manager. She offered WINGS! I told her I didn't order just wings I ordered almost $60 dollars worth of food. After 10 minutes of trying to explain I wasn't happy and I will call the store manager. I called the store manager CHRISTIE and after 10 minutes of trying to explain the luke warm food and the service she offered me $20 dollars worth of credit. At this point I was thought are you serious? I asked for the corporate number and she was very reluctant to give it to me. She gave me the number to the district manager named WILL. After 10 minutes of talking with him I finally got frustrated and I told him this is ridiculous I shouldn't have to fight for this so much. He kept asking me what I wanted. Um, hello I just got through telling him my food was luke warm and I'm calling the district manager. He doesn't know what to do? He doesn't know how to handle this? First you apologize, then you just replace it. So I told him I wanted credit. He said okay let me call the manager. He has to call the manager??? He called me back and told me he'll give me credit and thanked me for calling- bye! I called him back and said you know what? ***KEEP THE CREDIT, KEEP THE REFUND I'm done with Pizza Hut!*** He said okay but can I ask why? I said you did even apologize.
