    Garlic Cheese Bread
    Heather D.

I hate to say it, but the chicken Alfredo and garlic cheese bread were EXTREMELY disappointing. The chicken tasted as if it was either frozen, canned, or both. It was over cooked and tough to chew. The garlic bread was well buttered and cheesy, but it lacked garlic. The next day, I reheated the leftover pasta to not waste food... the sauce separated and made a huge grease blob. I'm thinking that heavy whipping cream might not be used in the Alfredo sauce. I wanted to love the dish and side. They smelled so good! Sadly, it was a huge let down.

The BEST pizza I've had out here in Killeen. Fresh ingredients, sauce made in house, hand tossed, and outright delicious. Been to a couple of other places around and I was disappointed to get my pizza and see that the mushrooms were from a can, but not here! Friendly smiles when you walk in, clean tables and floors.

    You charge $17 for this?

First I want to apologize for not taking a picture before I started eating, so bare with me (and my poor photography skills - we can also give that 1 star). But c'mon, you call this a pizza? And you have the audacity to charge $17 for it? There's virtually no sauce...and the grease on it..holy cow. Outrageous amounts of grease. The first time I ordered from here I got pepperoni so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But nope, 2 terrible pies in a row. There was literally a POOL of grease (you can kinda see it in the corner there). And the SALTINESS...I've never had a salty pizza before. Probably stood out so much from the cheese because there was no sauce, too much parmesan, and not enough mozzarella. Lastly, to whoever cut this pizza...you must've had a rough day seeing that you forgot your glasses and all...sorry bud.

This is only 1/2 of the order for their steak and cheese sub (the other half is safely resting in my belly)

I visited this place with a friend who recommended it as a hidden gem for pizza in downtown killeen. The restaurant had a very comfortably vibe to it, like a place you know you can relax in and count on the staff to give you the right amount of attention and privacy all at once. You could see the cooks (I think one of them was Joe himself) really getting down to business making their pizzas and calzones and such. I ordered a spinach calzone after my friend recommended giving one of them a try as an introduction to the food. Let me tell you, the portion size was great, but the flavor was what really sealed the deal for me. The cheese was melting and oozing with greatness. The bread was crispy, soft, and nicely topped with melted butter and parmesan. Now that I know about this place, I'm looking to come by more often and invite more friends to also give this place a try for themselves!

Whatever you do don't order through their website for delivery (slice). I never got my food. It was never picked up by a driver.

Great pizza at a great price. Here you can still feed four people for $20. That is a crazy thing to say in 2024!

We came in at the tail end of lunch, so the restaurant was steady but not overcrowded. It was the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a meal with family. The spinach and artichoke dip is great, as is their Alfredo sauce. The shrimp scampi was okay as far as dishes go, and everything was fine. It's not top of the line quality, but it's still good enough that I fell asleep in the car the moment my husband started driving.

All four receipts received a gratuity fee totaling $17.31 which I did not select as an option. The cashier, Aiden V, was nonchalant when I disputed the gratuity fee. Aiden stated, "I didn't add the fee you probably did it. I don't know what to tell you. Speak to the manager about it." Although, the food order was correct I was not satisfied with receiving a gratuity fee. I tip for service whenever I dine inside the restaurant not for pickup orders. The manager was busy resolving issues with two other customers. I visited the same restaurant on 11/15/25 with no surprise gratuity fee while dining in with others.
