What a disappointment. About 90 minutes ago, I ordered a pick up order online. Shame on me for not fully checking my order in the store. I only checked the tag on the bag and ensured my name was on the bag and it had the correct number of boxes in the bag. It all checked out and i took the bag and drove home. So when we opened the boxes at home, i was shocked how wrong the order was. I was supposed to get 15 bone-in wings with half with original hot sauce and the other half with Habanero mango sauce. My wife ordered 10 bone-in wings with half mild and half original hot. Both our orders had issues! In both orders, the wings that were supposed to have the original hot sauce were just a dried out wings with a red color/tint on them. There wasn't even any wet sauce on the paper around the wings. Wings were also very over cooked and dry. The other wings in my box were supposed to have habanero mango sauce had absolute zero sauce. Just dry wings! My remainder of my wife's wings were supposed to have the mild sauce but actually had a sweet sauce on them and the skin was rubbery and chewy. All the wings were so bad, they had to go in the trash. They really need a real manager in that place. While i sat in the store waiting on my order, i kept seeing the guys in the kitchen joking around and constantly pulling out their phones. I would give this location 0 stars if possible. Not sure what's going on with management but I was not comfortable being in the building. Saturday sept 7 I went inside to pick up a DD order and overheard a manager, I believe, degrading employees and running around the kitchen like a hyper aggressive person. He's rather short, bald, Caucasian male. Yelling and belittling employees as there's a rush. It made me uncomfortable and I don't even work there, nor was I eating inside. This evening I did an online carry out order. I ordered the 10 piece Carolina Gold wings and 2 piece Hawaiian tenders with bleu cheese. Avoid Eating at Copperas Cove Texas Wingstop at all cost!! Went to Copperas Cove Texas Wingstop for a wing night with family for a Birthday celebration. Arrived home terribly unhappy and unsatisfied!!! We ordered the combo 30 pc crew pack. -Negative.....Dressing container filled with less than 1/4 full on each of 3 paid for containers!! - Food was soggy and cold even though we arrived way before 15 minutes., was told 25 minutes - Bad customer service, staff took 15 minutes to ring up 4 pre called in pick up orders. - I ordered our food in advanced to go. upon arriving only 1 terminal was working to take debit card/credit cards. Due to this , it took them 15 minutes to ring up 4 people's to go orders that were all placed previously. On top of that they ran out of ranch which wasn't a huge deal. They offered blue cheese dressing which I said was okay with me. When we got home and unloaded everything, I opened the containers which were weirdly light. It turns out they put less than 1/4 of ranch in all 3 dressing containers which I was charged full price for!!!! Mrs. Texas and I generally love Wing Stop, but this one served below par food, as far as saltiness. We ordered the 15 piece for two, and I also ordered a side of Cajun Corn, and cheese dip. My Cajun Wings were excellent as most locations are, but Mrs. Texas' lemon pepper wings were super salty. Mrs. Texas does like salt, but these were too salty for her to eat. Wing Stop used to use an oil based lemon pepper, but these were a dry rub that was mostly salt. The Cajun Corn has a very good flavor, but it was pretty salty as well. The fries were good, with just the right amount of salt. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. Minus three stars for the dehydration of our bodies from the abundant overdose of salt. read more

Went to Cove Wingstop tonight for dinner. It took over an hour to get my order. When I went in I got unsweetened tea. The tea had started to sour. When I asked the girl at the counter for a new cup, she took her time dumping it out, and I had to ask for a new cup. When I did receive my order, which I had to ask for, my fries were cold, and I did not receive my blue cheese or ranch. Some of the food handlers were not wearing their mask at all, or wearing them under their noses. This location has a great staff. They're friendly and attentive to orders. I usually order online and the estimated order times are accurate but usually you can get your order quicker than the estimate. Only pickup and takeout is allowed (no dining room due to Covid) but it's easy to order online or over the phone. Management also has some good foresight--Super Bowl the whole crew was available to help with heavy order load--same for yesterday which had a full crew for taking orders post-ice storm. The cashiers there are very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. When you're done, you leave your trash at the table and they clean up after you.
