When ordering online from the Subway app you can go back to your order and leave feedback. I left some feedback expressing my dismay and asked for a refund. The Manager on duty called me after lunch to discuss the incident but uneasy with a client and unable to speak to her. I did however call this morning and she answered the phone when I called. She offered to go buy me another sandwich and refund my money. I'm not one to take advantage of people so I asked for another sandwich and it was ready when I got there.
