I ordered from pizza hut app and paid for my food to be delivered at 7 pm. The time i ordered was 3:43 pm. The app said my order would be delivered between 7 & 710 pm. 730pm still no pizza. I called the store and the employee was rude and didnt even give me an explanation of why my food wasn't getting delivered. He just stated that we're closed. I asked about my refund and he stated that it would go back to my card. And hung up. My child is here hungry and im tired after working a 12 hour shift. We are from out of town and walked in for pizza. lunch ordered. Went to sit down. The table was absolutely filthy. Asked for soap and water and towels to clean the table so we can eat there. People walked in after us and ordered food and got their order before us. Grabbed some napkins and took it back to the table. We were a quarter of the way done with our lunch and the manager came over and told us that they did not have dine in. So we can't finish our lunch? And she goes no ma'am. We actually had to get up and leave with our lunch and eat in the car. Stopping in for to go pizza on way to JAX. Friendly service. Salad bar wasn't bad but very limited. I've never seen one without blue cheese dressing. I settled with Italian. Lots of ranch tho. Well it happened again. Out with the wife and kid for a meal and a movie. Went to pizza hut Cordele, according to receipt the order was entered at 5:53 and we got the second pizza at 6:55. Sad part is there was on one other couple in there when we got there and they had already finished there meal. Would like to say it was because they where catering to the call in orders, but don't think that was it. Spoke with a gentleman as I was leaving and is 15 minute wait was nearing 40 minutes. Don't think anyone in the restaurant was satisfied. Felt sorry for the one waitress that looked like she was having to do everything while her manager stayed in the back seemingly unaware (or not caring) what was going on in the restaurant. read more

Kind of surprises by all the negative reviews. It just goes to show that people tend to review more when they are unhappy. By the number of people in here, I'd say it's probably a popular place to eat. The food is good and plentiful. Service seems a tad slow but maybe that's because you get your food so fast (since it's a buffet) that it's hard for the waitress to get drinks out before you're sitting down with a plate full of food. I'd eat here again for sure. read more

The restaurant gets a fair to poor for cleanliness. The service was friendly. The breadsticks were excellent and were served quickly. They have a buffet for lunch but we didnt come for lunch. The pizza tasted good. The chicken on the alfredo pasta was disgusting. read more

Took an hour to get the order placed to begin with. Order was finally placed at 7pm, lukewarm food did not arrive until 8:40pm. And the order was incomplete so I immediately called back and let them know what was missing. And hour later and we still had not received the rest of our order. By now it is 9:40-9:45pm, I call back and ask to speak to the manager. They kept me on hold for approx 10min and when the manager got on the line she told me every excuse for why they were behind on service. I told her the wait for the food didn't bother me, but not getting all that I ordered after waiting and then waiting another hour and still not getting my food was what was upsetting to me and that I didn't want it now. Her response was to say that she would tell the driver to turn around then since he was on his way but we said we didn't want it. I told her just give me a refund for it because if it hasn't showed up in 2 1/2 almost 3 hours it's never going to get here. Horrible customer service and don't order pasta unless u want to eat it with your fingers because they do not bring plates and forks even tho u order from a hotel and put in the comment section 3 different times asking for paper plates and forks.. ugh Update: was told by manager that my account would be credited but full amount was charged to my credit card read more

Service at this place is sorry. Order from here online 3 out of the past 5 Friday. Each time put order online # 5 to pick up at 6:15. Get there at 6:15 to pick up food and had to wait everytime. While there I watched the ladies ( not wearing gloves ) making the pizzat touch everything around her including her cloths and not once did she wash her hands. Ordered 3 times and never again. Every time the delivery driver "just happens" to only have enough change to get a nice 4 or 5 dollar tip. Never bring hot pepper and Parmesan even when I explicitly ask for it. The ordering process is another whole nightmare. read more

The service here is horrible. Today I walked in and it took several minutes before I was seated even though there was plenty of room. Terrible service!!! I placed an order to be delivered at a nearby hotel. When I orders they said that we could expect an hour wait. That's a long time but we had a long trip and didn't want to go back out. An hour and a half later- still no pizza. We called them then they put us on hold for over 5 minutes then we finally hung up, then called again and got an immediate response for a takeout order. After multiple times of repeating my name and phone number I finally hung up because they didn't act like they cared wether I ordered or not. read more
