Someone needs to come in and teach the staff how to clean properly. The floors were extremely sticky all through out the restaurant. The women's bathroom was really dirty and needs a good scrubbing. The toilet and sink were the most alarming parts. Can't say anything about the men's restroom because it was out of order. read more

Absolutely terrible service, we were hoping for better restaurants in our neighborhood but this is not going to do it. I sure hope the management will get their act together. New location opened a couple weeks ago. We tried it after it was open less than a week. Food was piping hot and done fast. Only downfalls were the slightly sweet crust that we never encountered at other pizza huts and my chicken and mushroom pizza was space on toppings. But considering it was a new open with new hires I get it. Will definitely try again once they have had enough time to get the kinks out. So if your in the area and want pizza hut. I said like the name, and he said to spell it. I said no, I'm good. If they can't spell simple name how can I trust the can read to understand how to cook something I will eat. It was my first time eating Pizza Hut in years, but after they decided to build this one closer to my house, thought we should give it a try. My girlfriend and I ordered and got our food super fast. We'll definitely be back to get some of that pizza we remember from our childhood. read more

Honestly, what the crap. My husband ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings on it with a Pepsi. He got it delivered, and I don't know who the manager is at your crete location but you need to explain HOW and WHY whoever took our delivery order had to transfer us 4x to 3 different locations only to be transferred back to crete location. Couldn't find my address when you can find us in the strip mall literally from the STREET! read more

This Pizza Hut always gets the order correct and it's ready on time. Food is fresh and tasty. If I had to name one complaint, it is that they put expired coupons on the pizza box. Coupons should be available to use if they are giving them out. Otherwise, AOK. read more

This store quite possibly has the worst service I've ever encountered. On two different occasions, I was told delivery wasn't available. Today, I was able to get delivery but my order was so messed up, I sent it back with the driver. The manager was completely unwilling to try to make the situation right. He actually became quite hostile, raised his voice and told me it couldn't be helped, as the employees weren't fully trained. Not a single time since it opened have I had a good, well made pizza. They are always undercooked, soggy and lukewarm. The past three times I have ordered pizza there it has took more than an hour to even show up. I'm writing this now after spending almost TWO hours by the door waiting for my pizza to come.
