I've lived near Patsy's for over a year now, my family and I are just now trying in 2025. I must say this was by far the best pizza I've had!! We got the Large Crispy Thin Crust w/ Pepperoni and when I say THE SAUCE literally made me close my eyes on first bite I mean it That thin flaky crust took me for a surprise too!! I have to be honest here. Is the pizza amazing and incredible like other posters have said? No. It's a slightly above average pizza. I stopped in because the pizza looked good on the reviews. I'd say this is a solid 7 pizza. The sausage was decent but nothing special. I've also had better pepperoni. The cheese was the highlight of the pizza. The crust was nice and crispy. The lady taking the order on the phone was very pleasant and welcoming. Would I go back? Sure, but it wouldn't be a must have for me. OMG it took me nearly 5 years to find a pizza that comes close to what I am used too (Jersey). Not that I don't care for the regional pizza but I miss what I grew up with. This place is it!!!!! The cheese is real cheese! The sauce is great!!! The crust is thin but crispy all the way through not soggy in the middle. Nor does it take over an hour (as why should thick crust take so long?? I cannot tell you how happy I am that a friend of a friend told me about this place!!! It's a take out spot with plenty of parking. You will drive right past it so be sure to plug it in it's so small. It's not fancy by any stretch but with the pies they are putting out who cares?!? Very nice guys in the back cooking. While I was waiting, it seemed like the Alfredo sauce should be my next meal as several orders for that came in. I did get the hot wings. I'll have to ask for them fried hard next time as they were a little chewy for my liking. The hours and days are a little wonky but that's with keeping with the busy hours during this time I suppose. I don't understand the high ratings honestly... I'll start with the wings - they were completely RAW... not slightly pink... RAW... bloody and uncooked. When I called to talk to someone about it, I was told he wasn't the normal wing guy... that's unexcepable and dangerous The pizza itself - sausage was very tasty, crust was tasty as well. The sauce was extremely bitter almost rancid. What is pizza without a good sauce? But the staff were incredible! Truly sweet people that I honestly WISHED had excellent pizza! This is a small hidden gem, I've been driving by it for years and never knew it was there until recent. I ordered a cheese sausage and half mushroom pizza on my way home from work to take home and it was excellent, great crust, cheese, sauce and real mushrooms! It was a small clean place with an older couple making the food and taking the orders, the lady was so polite and just genuine, I can't wait to get another one!!! read more

Patsys pizza is a little hole in the wall near my moms house that I have been meaning to try. The first bite was a let down, the pizza looked good and I wanted it to be good. When I first tried it it was bland uhhg! After a minuet though the flavors started to mingle in my mouth and after I swallowed I could feel a little bight start to creep up as the spice kicked in. The more I ate the better it got. While its no Aurelio's, Patsy's turned out to be pretty good. I got a large sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese, a 28$ pie. As far as Chicago pizzas go this is pretty standard. All in all I would definitely order again. read more

Patsy's is an amazing hidden little gem in S. Chicago Heights! I say hidden because I drove right by it twice. The owner is hilarious, he's got that old world Three Stooges slapstick sense of humor. We got 2 pies from there, and the Spinach & Mushroom with alfredo sauce was a big hit in our family. I highly recommend this place. They don't deliver very far, but given the surrounding areas I don't blame them. It's worth the drive if you're out of their delivery zone. read more
