Well....the niece decided this was the place for lunch today, out here in Delano. I'd checked the Yelp...ugh...it just seems like fabricated pizza, certainly no dough throwing here today. Menu was take home size, impossible to read it was taped to the plexiglass. No menus on the flat screens...hum remitments of a salad bar, no salad offered on the menu or the specials board. The large pizza is 14" that was a medium In my day Toppings were generous but the cheese string stretch didn't happen. Having ordered the pie as a thin crust we got just that more cracker than bread. oh well The chicken wings in a garlic Parmesan sauce were okay, good size on the wings but the sauce was quite oily. Alright, nuf said it is the Denny's of pizza house's in my book and I'll just as well keep it there. This review is based solely on the Cinnabon mini rolls, the cleanliness and costumer service. I was totally caught by surprise when I saw the commercial for the mini rolls! I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to order them and when it finally came I initially purchased 2 boxes but I learned they were less than $8 a box I ordered one more to make it 3! They were a hit! I loved them, they were soft and full of frosting! When I got to Pizza Hut the place was super clean and the girl working the register was so friendly, the manager came out and chatted with me for a bit and told me they'd had the mini rolls for a few months now. My friend was having a bad day and my supervisor and I decided to surprise her with pizza since her husband did not exactly pack her lunch and she also had a rough day the day prior. I created an account on the Pizza Hut website and saw a deal - $7.99 for a three topping, large pizza; I thought that was a great deal. However, it noted that that site was no longer accepting that deal. I called Pizza Hut and inquired about that deal and a gal named April reported that I should not click on the deal on the website and suggested that I put in the code when at checkout. I asked for the code and she did not know it. I tried to figure it out on my own, but did not have any luck and time was running out. I knew my friend was going to go on her lunch break soon. I called Pizza Hut back and was glad that I spoke to April again. I settled for the two topping, two medium pizzas for $5.99 each and she shared that that was the best deal for what I was looking for. I asked if I pay for the pizzas over the phone and she said yes. I provided her with two credit cards for payment and she was very patient as she took my information. I also asked April if she could write, "Happy Anniversary from George, Laurel, and Mel," on the box and again, she was patient and even made sure she spelled all the names correctly. April went as far as to ask if I wanted her to write that message on both of the pizza boxes, but I told her one was fine. SHOUT OUT TO APRIL! SHE IS THE BEST! April is the most awesome pizza worker I have ever spoke to on the phone. Delano is my hometown and it makes me proud and happy when I encounter a worker such as April who go above and beyond for their customers. My friend was very happy and loved her little surprise. Bad experience. We ordered our pizza an hour later not only are the Patriots killing the Chargers but our pizza has not been delivered. When I called they said their was an error and our order was not placed. I was told they didn't get our number, which is one of the first questions they ask when you place an order. I spoke to the manager who had placed the order and made an error. So we we ordered our pizza and what he gave us for the inconvenience was to free ranches. Really, what a joke. Placed an order for carry out and when I went to pick up my order they claimed to never have received my order. I replaced my order in person, no biggie. They charged me for ranch, again NO BIGGIE but when "Oscar" gave me my change it was wrong! He shorted me my change. I brought it up to his attention and he was extremely rude! Completely Disappointed. My Husband Ordered 2 large pizza over the phone 4:24pm with Jaclyn. He told her we were going to dinning in and he was going to order more once we arrived since we were on our way (8 min drive). and she say ok pizzas will be ready in 15min. So we arrive at 4:40, my husband order 12pc buffalo hot wings, 1 half pitch beer,4 medium drinks and a pan of pasta total came to $78.30. We sit on our table and one of the workers (april) i think but not sure. brings our cups for the soda, cheese and my husband's half pitch. Well after waiting around 15-20 minute ( at 5.07pmIm) i'am like WERE IS OUR FOOD . by this time its been 40 minutes since we order the pizzas over the phone, so we should be eating pizza and just waiting for the rest of our order to be serve. But not, well i go to the front desk and i ask. " how much longer do we have to wait for our food?" One of the ladies that was doing boxes and packing the carry outs looked at me and say " It my take a little longer since we have lots of carry outs." i was like Ok! and a little pissed. I went to my husband and told him what they just said and probably 40 second later after i sit, the same lady asked us what name was on our order, my husband said his name and she started laughing and responded "its being here all this time they not just put my 2 pizzas on carry out but the rest of the food we ordered. Seriously!!!! HOW STUPID CAN A PERSON BE OF SERVING YOU WITH DRINK AND PUTTING THE FOOD ON A RACK TO SIT THERE FOR 40 MINUTES. My wife loves the pizza! I can say I really enjoy the friendly and polite service offered by the gals.

We first tried to place an order the old fashioned way about two hours before close: by calling the store. This resulted in the phone ringing for a solid two minutes. We tried calling three more times before looking online to see if we could get them out of their holes the Internet way. I swear we're not normally this obsessive about ordering pizza. In any case, the Internet claimed they would show up around 10:15, and around 10:30 we tried calling again. No one answered! I guess my only suggestion is to fix the phone. read more

Aweful service! I placed my order online and they failed to fill the order, although they clearly received it. I had to wait until it was finally filled 30 MINUTES after it was supposed to be ready!
