Terrible service! I don't know why we keep trying to eat here. Disappointed time after time. No one acknowledged us, they definitely saw us come in. Sat down and waited a good 10 to 15 minutes and nothing. Not a hello, not a menu, not a thing. Don't waste your time. Food was amazing nice and hot like it's supposed to be our server (Denisse) with the glasses was amazing and kind she went out her way to make sure me and my wife felt welcomed. Ordered a pizza on a Friday night for my nieces and I. I got a cheese stuffed crust pepperoni and cheese pizza, along with a veggie reg crust. The cheese stuffed pizza was amazing. That veggie pizza had the worst crust I've ever had in my life! When I was asked how I felt from Pizza Hut, I responded that it was horrible. I waited for a response and got nothing. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never experienced such dissatisfaction from a restaurant ever in my life. I work for a company near by and we decided to order pizzas for our late meeting, we ordered online for pick up. I had to ask for napkins which Megan,who had a disgruntled attitude, reluctantly gave us. I asked for two small condiment containers so I could sprinkle some crushed red chiles and cheese to go. I was given the containers by another employee and went to a table where Megan abruptly and loudly (in front of other guests) stopped me. She said those were only for dine in customers. I asked if we could at least sprinkle our pizzas before we left, forfeiting the containers completely. We were rudely told no. I will never return to this location, ever. I will be sure to let everyone know NOT to order from this location. I'm not a Pizza Hut man, my father was not a Pizza Hut man, my father's father was not a Pizza Hut man, we are not a Pizza Hut family, so you must forgive if a Pizza Hut with a sports bar was a completely new concept to me, so much so that I had to see it to believe it. Indeed it is a Pizza Hut with a sports bar, one that serves beer and has lots of Televisions playing sports, as any proper sports bar should, yet it also serves items from the Pizza Hut menu as one would expect from a Pizza Hut restaurant. They've got a buffet, but I recommend ordering from the menu as the buffet is small and only features their most basic pizzas and not the exotic new stuff you see on TV, also no wings on the buffet. I like this place, I don't think it's going to turn me into a Pizza Hut man, but I'll give credit where it is due. Football season means lots of pizza and wings and its nice to see there's a place where you can get your football, wings and pizza without making a mess at home. read more

Wah wah wah... disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. There's a lot of room for improvement, but if they could get it together, this could actually be one of the coolest Pizza Huts in El Paso. The inside of this PH is really cool. There's neon lights everywhere, a marquee with upcoming events posted, plenty of TVs, lots of booths and tables, and tons of sports memorabilia on the walls. They even have a separate bar area. You'd think a place like this in such close proximity to the Outlet Mall would be poppin'. Alas, there is no "poppin'" vibe at this PH. Our waitress was really nice. A little ditsy and totally cussed when she realized she screwed up my order, but generally an okay waitress in all other areas and she kept a positive attitude throughout our whole meal. So I ordered a simple pepperoni pan pizza and breadsticks. First cheesesticks came out... not a fan, so those were sent back. Then the pizza arrived while we were still waiting on the breadsticks, but I totally get why it would've came first. I took one look at it and thought aloud, "Did they seriously send out a hand-tossed pizza? I know she knows I ordered a pan pizza because she repeated it back to me." It looked flat and hard. I picked up a slice and saw the little holes on the bottom of the pizza that you typically see on a pan pizza, but it looked like how you think it would look if it was still frozen. And all of the grease was just pooling on the bottom of the pan (I know pan pizza is greasy, but this was to a whole new level). So to put this into a real visual for you... it had the genetic makeup of a pan pizza (heck, it was even in the pan), but it didn't look anything like a PH pan pizza. No beautifully golden and glistening crust. I called the waitress over and kind of explained the issue I was having with the pizza... you know, it just wasn't for me. Had this been Tinder, I would've swiped left... it was a pizza, but it wasn't the pizza I wanted. She looked at the pizza and agreed that it looked funny so she took it back and had another made. Then my rock hard breadsticks arrived. I ate one. A whole lot of nope. And why wasn't it properly coated in buttery-garlicy-parmesany goodness? Sent these back and told the waitress that I suspected they were cooking the pizza and breadsticks at too high a temperature so it might be time to knock it down a few degrees. I ended up letting them know I didn't want the pizza any longer. I just couldn't trust them anymore. Originally they tried to charge us for the pizza and breadsticks. I scoffed at this. The breadsticks, fine... I ate one, got it. The second pizza didn't even make it to the table and the first one didn't ever make it on to a plate. So at that point I needed the waitress to come back over because if you're going to charge me for a pizza, I'd like to choose what comes of that pizza. I brought this up and then the waitress took it to a manager to have it comped (not sure what happened to the pizza, but I have a feeling that had I stuck with demanding to have the pizza boxed up, they would've had to make another). I really like PH, but I don't know that I'll be back to this one anytime soon. It's a cool set-up and a good place to watch some football or UFC, but the kitchen doesn't have it together. read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Slow service. They didn't bring out buffet pizza. Refused to make more breadsticks and past. Got my order wrong again. Wow, how horrible can you get? I've been traveling all day and just got to my hotel. Cold pizza and a salad with no dressing and no fork to eat it with and a bill for $35, and to top it off a weak delivery driver with tip in hand, who stated, "What do you want me to do, go to the store for you?" Pizza is always good, but service is always bad. It had been at least 3 months since we had been there, and were happy to see a new staff when we walked in. We received the same BAD service. I think management needs to change. Staff needs better training. read more

Let me begin by being clear that my rating is specific to the Pizza Hut (PH) location at the Outlet Mall (7049-A Desert Blvd 79932). I am a huge fan of PH and was excited after a day of shopping to enjoy dinner here with my fiancé. I gave this location 2 stars only for the waitress who was understanding and made every effort to make our experience pleasurable. Thank you! Let's begin..... The pizza was not a deep dish as we normally get but rather looked like a hand tossed pizza. We believe the kitchen may have been cooking at too high a temperature and not allowing the dough to rise. The same can be said for the bread sticks. They were flat and hard as well. I also ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich which was served on a stale tasting bread and the chicken was like overcooked nuggets that were hard and presented no favor of chicken at all. The cooks need to really perfect the menu and they need to give the waitress a raise before she moves on to a place where tips are easy when the food is good. Luckily we tip well because we recognize it was not her fault. We were not surprised to see the place pretty empty on a Friday Night. Absolute worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Our order, which included 2 pizzas and wings, exceeded $40 dollars due to the fact that they had to charge us an extra dollar for 1 extra cup of sauce to go with the wings (the only sauce provided was on the wings with no extra). Then, as we waited for our order, which was almost 30 minutes in a practically empty restaurant, no one bothered to offer so much as a glass of water while we waited. We then tried to play a video game that was in their restaurant, but could not due to the machine eating our 3 quarters. When brought to the attention of the Pizza Hut staff, they all preferred to hide in the kitchen then address our concern. Several girls directed me to the manager. However, she would not come out of the kitchen so the girls gave the excuse that they machine was not theirs (even though it was in their facility) and could do nothing. The final straw was when we got home and the wings order was wrong. Beyond a shadow of a doubt the absolute worst Pizza Hut ever, which explains why their restaurant was better than 3/4 empty even though basketball games were on practically every monitor. Their mediocre food was completely overshadowed by their complete lack of customer service, which unfortunately was due to the general attitude of the staff evident by their young and untrained ages.
