I am beyond surprised that this location has a 2.5 star. The manager Kyle had such an amazing personality and made our experience eating in at 100%. My dad made a call to this store and a woman answered. My dad started an order and asked for a couple of large pizzas. When my dad asked to speak to someone else due to confusion on how much topping he wanted, she hung up. That isn't even the problem. When my dad called back she told my dad, "This is the first time I'm talking to you." when it absolutely was not. She should've simply apologized for getting disconnected. That was not professional. Maybe some quick customer service training is in order. They couldn't find the pizzas for a while when my cousin went to pick it up... and then they came with very little amounts of toppings. Waited waited waited approached counter repeatedly. Waited over an hour as we watched family after family eat and leave . I finally approached counter after waiting over an hour to be told we never got a ticket for your order. I pulled up bank receipt showing they were paid, after person searching for ticket found said ticket never apologized for loosing ticket and insulting and insisted they never received payment ...refunded money as we left hurt tired and still very hungry...not recommending in good conscience. read more

The pizza Buffett is not very good. Old and cold food. Should have known, when there was no one in the place. There were 2 pizzas up and both were half gone. No fresh ones coming out until those were gone. Highly unlikely, as we were the only 2 people in there. Buffett table was a little messy, drips and crumbs all over. Pieces of food floating in the pasta sauce. We have been to many other pizza huts for the pizza Buffett and they have been great. Regretfully, this was not one of them. I ordered a supreme pizza from the Fort Mohave, AZ store yesterday and it was not even cooked properly. I even waited 10 minutes more than the estimated delivery time. The crust was still gooey and the vegetables weren't cooked. Absolutely the worse pizza I have ever ordered or eaten in my life. I have been eating PIzza Hut since the late 1960's and this is a first. The pizza was not even cut properly. The slices were twice the size they should have been. They were in such a hurry to get it out the door that they didn't cook it completely or cut it properly. Not a happy camper. They were 10 minutes past the estimated pickup time also. Awful service, asked for a menu and the kid on the phone, at the count pointed to the counter, never even came to our table to take our order. We went back to counter to order, only bottled sodas ane no bottled water, we asked for Ice and never got a responce. We will not be going back. This specific location added a tip to my credit card after I wrote $0 on the receipt and handed my driver a cash tip!! I guess my cash wasn't enough for him so he added an extra $5 to my credit card recipt! This is completely unacceptable and I want everyone to know there is dishonest people stealing your money working at this location. Sad how pathetic the service is at this location. Ordered 2 pizzas and only received one. When I called to ask about the missing cheese pizza I was told I would have to wait two hours for it to be delivered or I could come pick it up. I asked for a refund and was told they do not refund credit cards and I have to drive down there to pick up the money they owe. This location has a looong history of incompetence. Their staff could care less if they screw up your order or rectifying their mistake. I have avoided them for 2 years but gave them another shot tonight. I'm so over this place. I'm not sure what's happened within their operation in the last few months but things have really gone downhill. My food has been getting delivered cold and hard more often then not. We had a driver apologize and tell us he was the only one working and had to go to the parkway before us (we're in Mohave Valley) a couple deliveries ago. We're pretty easy going so we just heated it up and dealt with it. But this last time the pizzas were both inedible. Giant bubbles on half the slices where there were no toppings. Spent $30 on food & could only eat part of it. Called & complained (I NEVER DO THAT) and we're credited $30. Today I ordered food & opted for pick up, thinking that would eliminate the cold pizza problem. I get to the store after waiting 20 mins (per the email) and they said there was a problem & it was in the oven for 5 more mins. 15 mins later I'm still sitting there. I finally get my pizza, & because I'm so frustrated after sitting there I just take it and leave without checking it. I get home, and what do you know... giant toppingless bubbles again. I still have like $20 credit there, and enough points for an additional free pizza and I'm so over this place I don't even want to use it. They could care less about their customers. Last 2 times we ordered takeout, 1st time got home and no cheese on the pizza, the other night ordered on Thursday night again got home and there wasn't any sauce on the pizza. Both times notified PIZZAHUT and never a response. Have been a customer since day they opened about 18 years ago next to my office. Both times had to throw out the pizza.
