Last night, I came to BWW for a nice little sit-down dinner and it left me satisfied but also questioning what went wrong. This is super unlike BWW. I ordered the Beer Cheese Cheesesteak with fries and some wings of three different flavors, those being Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic and Spicy Garlic (a new one I have never tried). The cheesesteak was pretty good and fries were good as well. It was the wings that disappointed me. First off, they didn't get my order right at all. I had some sort of weird buffalo sauce the first third, and two thirds completely different flavor profiles than anything garlic. These wings weren't cheap, either, but luckily there was a deal for Thursdays for most of the cost. Service wasn't too bad. The time it took to seat me wasn't long and the rest was not half bad. Again, this usually isn't the BWW way, usually I'll come here and everything's in order and great in general. It is Bullhead, so it gets busy and I'll give the mediocre service a pass. Inside was just like any old BWW restaurant. Booths and tables in the masses, TV's everywhere, loud music, massive space... all the things you'll find here. Sometimes I would be asking the waitress something and then the loud music would make it harder to even speak a clear message to her. It makes up for this in cleanliness, not a single crumb on any table anywhere. Overall, BWW did not live up to the expectations like they usually do. I've never gotten this incidents ever, so I hope it was just a one-off thing. I think I will give BWW a second chance because this is not the usual experience here. Maybe next time! read more

Did a mobile order and set the pick up time for 8:10pm, it is currently 9:08pm and the order still hasn't been given to us with only 1 "update" being "it's not ready" completely getting ignored by MULTIPLE employees as they just pass by and see the amount of people piling up not trying to get anything sorted out. Nobody is even getting an apology for the long wait or any sort of compensation. It's absolutely ridiculous. To top it off this is what our TWO side orders of wedges looked like. We came out to Laughlin for the weekend for a birthday. After swimming all day, it got late and we realized it was dinnertime. We were originally headed to a barbecue spot, but when we pulled up, it turned out to be a bar and since we had kids with us, we needed to find somewhere else to eat. After searching, we found Buffalo Wild Wings in Bullhead City. Honestly, we were hesitant because of the bad reviews and because the one in our hometown isn't that great either. But since it was one of the few places open late, we decided to give it a try and I'm glad we did! When we arrived, I told the host we were a party of 14. He was super friendly and found seating for us right away. The restaurant is pretty big, and every table has its own TV, which was great because there was a UFC fight on that night. Our waitress was amazing super nice, very attentive, and handled our large group with ease. The food came out hot and in a timely manner, and she constantly checked on us for refills and sauces. They even came out and sang for the birthday boy, which made the night extra special. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised! Great atmosphere, great service, and delicious food served hot. I honestly had high hopes for this BWW when I found out that they have a separate fryer for gluten free foods so that a Celiac like me could have chicken wings and tater tots. I've never been a fan of BWW before my diagnosis but when we had to come here for my husband's work event, I figured it couldn't be too bad. The tater tots were both cold and incredibly overcooked, as if someone forgot them in the fryer and then forgot them after letting them cool. The table ordered the $17.79 House Sampler. The tortilla chips were rancid - not just stale, the oils had gone rancid. I could smell it on the chips and other people tried a bite and spit it out. Nobody came to check on us for us to let anyone know. The manager finally came with our entrees and I told her. She said, "you should have told us sooner!" Ummm nobody checked on us for me to tell anyone. She whisked away the plate but didn't come back with a replacement or knock a portion off the bill. Wings were okay. So I have been really disappointed in the BWW's in Southern California, specifically the franchise in Brea-worst service. (See previous review for specifics). It was so refreshing walking in where the hostess, Crystal, actually sought us out to greet us. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but with this franchise it was kinda out of the ordinary. Our bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and had my drink order before I sat down. Ordered queso and chips to start and they were great. Just like I remembered them. The wings were so good, Jammin Jalepeno, all flats! Crispy skin and flavor bomb. We had the opportunity to get wings at the Bullhead Arizona location and it was super clean. The sauces were good the only thing that I wasn't happy with was that my lemon and pepper dry rub wasn't on my wings. They had a few sprinkles of pepper and the wings and legs were just cooked no flavor so ranch to the rescue. The carrots were baby carrots from a bag I usually get strips but I love carrots so no big deal. The fries did get cold by the time we crossed to Laughlin literally a bridge away but overall the bbq wings delicious 10/10 lemon pepper wings 1/10 fries 2/10. Hopefully next time we are in the area we will have better luck with lemon pepper flavor. read more
