Removing room service from the café and closing off half of the dining space has significantly changed the experience for guests. People are on vacation, they are hungry, and they should not have to stand in line for an hour just to get food. No one wants to wait an hour standing in line when they could be enjoying their stay. It is very disappointing to see how far the café has gone downhill. Café Aquarius should be an enjoyable and convenient part of staying at the Aquarius, not a frustrating experience that leaves guests waiting and wondering when they will finally get their food. Please consider making meaningful changes. Open the entire café like it used to be, bring back room service, or implement a reservation/ordering system that actually manages the crowds. There needs to be a better solution than expecting guests to stand in an extremely long line for an unreasonable amount of time. We have enjoyed staying at the Aquarius, but the current café experience is taking away from the overall quality of the stay. Please listen to your guests and fix this before Café Aquarius becomes something people simply avoid. We would really like to see the café restored to the level of service and convenience it provided for so many years.

The cheesesteak was pretty good and fries were good as well. It was the wings that disappointed me. First off, they didn't get my order right at all. I had some sort of weird buffalo sauce the first third, and two thirds completely different flavor profiles than anything garlic. These wings weren't cheap, either, but luckily there was a deal for Thursdays for most of the cost. Service wasn't too bad. The time it took to seat me wasn't long and the rest was not half bad. Again, this usually isn't the BWW way, usually I'll come here and everything's in order and great in general. It is Bullhead, so it gets busy and I'll give the mediocre service a pass. Inside was just like any old BWW restaurant. Booths and tables in the masses, TV's everywhere, loud music, massive space... all the things you'll find here. Sometimes I would be asking the waitress something and then the loud music would make it harder to even speak a clear message to her. It makes up for this in cleanliness, not a single crumb on any table anywhere. Overall, BWW did not live up to the expectations like they usually do. I've never gotten this incidents ever, so I hope it was just a one-off thing. I think I will give BWW a second chance because this is not the usual experience here. Maybe next time!
