Wow the pizza was good but the service was amazing. They have a young waitress named Mary that treats customers like family. Great deal on the price too. We got a large supreme for $17+ and a large meat lovers $5! The drinks were free for dining in. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable and truly enjoyable when Mary came around. read more

BAD BAD SERVICE WE TOOK OUR KIDS FOR THE BOOK IT REWARDS THAT PIZZA HUT SENT US 3 SEPARATE EMAIL CODES FOR OUR 3 kids. First they didn't brink us drinks for 10 minutes, 2nd we confirmed that the rewards could be used to waitress, she said yes. We went ahead and order 3 personal pizza with and 1 LARGE pizza. 20 more minutes later the waitress said we couldn't use the rewards that our kids read and completed the required reading goal. I asked manager to come out, he continued to say after 30 minutes or kids pizza were still not made and we couldn't use the rewards code. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I love pizza. I can't give a 5. They cook their pizza too hard and too brown for me. They used to have very good pasta with broccoli, but they have discontinued that. I was very disappointed. They also used to have more toppings for the salad bar, but they cut way back on that too. I noticed on tv that they are cutting down on their inside eating. Horrible service by Lyndsey (or so the receipt reads- but that could be wrong- she was not wearing a name badge). Very rude and uninterested in doing her job. She did not even speak with a greeting- just glared. I had to speak first. She had a mad attitude from the start. This represents this restaurant and management. Will not return... ever. read more

For the third time in a row my order is either wrong, or it took an hour to get my carry out order. When I ask to speak with a manager I'm told that isn't possible. The people working there are rude and could care less about customer service. I'll gladly spend more money in another pizza place rather than go back to this location even if it means driving all the way into Longview. It will be worth the gas not to be treated so rudely. read more

We went here towards the end of the night, after most people had finished eating. The food was still hot and tasty, but I found a serious problem with their menu. They serve wings, a traditional side/appetizer for pizza, but not in an appetizer/side size. You are destined to feel weight-conscious if you go in and want to order wings and a small pizza or pasta and wind up having to order the equivalent of two meals. Had they had an appetizer or side option for the wings, I would've ordered it. But because they didn't have an option like that, they lost a few dollars. Now, this is not why I gave them four stars, although it does contribute. The main reason was that I ordered a single-trip through the salad bar, but found that nearly a third of their options were gone. Now, the saving grace here was that it was only because they were training a new employee, but it would be nice for them to have someone constantly reloading the salad bar, instead of occasionally. Otherwise, an excellent visit. We will definitely be back! read more

Waiter was sweet considering. I've got a carryout from here before, no seasoning on the breadsticks and they forgot to put the marinara in thr box even though I specifically asked AT the window if it was in there and I was reassured it was. Then today, I ordered breadsticks and asked the waitres if they stopped seasoning the breadsticks before I ordered them again, and she said it depends on who's working back there, but today the person back there knows how to cook them. So I ordered breadsticks with marinara, and was served two ice cold marinara cups. I asked the waitress it i could please have some hot marinara like it's usually served. She said they hadn't warmed any yet, mind you this was around 1:30 pm. So I asked if she could microwave it, but they didn't have a microwave. I said "so there's no way I'm going to get hot marinara sauce today" and she gave me a helpless look. It wasn't her fault, but finally she came back when I had just boxed up the breadsticks and cold marinara so I could take them home and use a microwave, and said they're running some marinara through the oven if I can wait like 5 mins.
