I was nervous to order here because of the reviews but honestly my food came out great. Maybe they have new management or people working there now but nothing was burnt, everything was hot, the wings were actually pretty good and not super fatty. I was really impressed. The girl at the window when we picked up was kind of just blah and didn't really greet us but I honestly don't mind that. She was civil enough. I would order here again but try delivery next time and see what the differences are but overall it was a great experience for my family. We ate here yesterday and it wasn't worth it at all. I had 3 adults and 2 children. They wouldn't give us any cups for the kids. Not even for water. And the pizza bar was terrible. All of it was dried out and thin crust. Drive a little further to pizza inn or save even pre money and get little Caesars. Also bathrooms were really dirty. read more

So on the biggest night for pizza (super bowl Sunday) we ordered from here. The pizza came and I knew as soon as we opened the box it was going to taste bad it was burnt cheese pretty much. The pizza itself was so thin it had a crunch to it. We call back and they nicely enough said they would send us another pizza which I appreciated. The second pizza then arrives and we open it up to find the same situation!!! Burnt thin hard pizza. It was so bad my husband had to spit it out and I couldn't even eat mine. Came for the lunch buffet with some coworkers and we sat for 50 minutes past when the food was supposed to be out before we just left. None of the staff ever visited our table to apologize or explain why, and when we asked we were just told that they had a big order come in. We should have at least been told before we sat down of the delay or given updates while we sat. read more

Ordered from here at 4:40 today, called at 5:50 to ask how long till the pizza was here that i ordered over an hour ago. She decides to tell me there was no drivers here but since it was online couldn't inform me, yet they have the number because when i called they asked me my number to check the order... so they could have called to inform the wait. So i asked again how much longer till it would be delivered she said the pizza was already made and the delivery guy should be taken it out soon we have been keeping it warm. So My next question was, was the pizza made an hour ago and it's just sitting there. She said uh probably.. i said so the pizza will be old and cold when it got here? And she said we will make you a new one it will be there in twenty or thirty minutes. I said okay. That was that. Got the pizza at 6:15 it's cold ‍ good job guys. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! ----------------------- I decided to visit this place for the first time on July 26. I come in, pay, and can't find a clean table. Only about four tables are occupied. ALL the others are dirty. Next, there are three pizzas on the BUFFET! I asked a cashier to clean a table, and she did so with apologies. I wait for fresh pizza about 15 minutes.. While sitting I can see the two cooks. The guy in the back is making pizzas with NO GLOVES. He wipes down the counter with a nasty rag, and puts his hands right back into the ingredients, and continue making pizzas. But here is the best part. THE MANAGER....her name is Tracy, and has blonde dreads, is also making a pizza. She take it out of the oven, cuts it into slices, and heads to the buffet. She drops a slice ON THE FLOOR, licks sauce off the ungloved fingers, bends down, picks up the slice, put it back on the pizza, and puts it ON THE BUFFET!!! I saw it, and so did another lady. The lady before me got up, said to the manager "I saw what you did, and I want my money back!" I fell right behind her, and got mine too. Next thing you know, there's a line of customers at the counter getting refunds!!! The entire experience was HORRIBLE. I FEEL GROSSED OUT!! read more

I ordered food for pick up at this location. When I walked up to the window, no one was there to greet me. There were two girls standing around the dine-in desk and never said anything to me after standing and waiting for at least 10 min. I had to walk over and ask where the person was at who should be working the pick up window. After that, it took another 10-15 min for the person to help me.. All the while there's a car that pulled up to the drive thru and you can hear the bell going off, signaling someone has pulled up, but none of the hostesses budges. Customer service is so terrible. Hopefully with the renovation going on they get better management and a better team. read more

Went with my family tonight. My garden party pizza came out cold and soggy. It didn't even look like a personal pan pizza. It looked like 4 pieces of left over pizza, disguised as a garden party. The waitress said they would make another one. It came out after the rest of my family was through eating (except for finishing up some breadsticks that came out way after they were through eating, also). The second pizza was hot, but was loaded with olives, which are not supposed to be on there, and I never eat them. (I didn't realize what they were to begin with, so I did eat some tonight). My granddaughter and I got salads. The waitress had to go through a large stack of bowls to find two clean ones! When she was told about the lousy service, she blamed the staff in the back. Well, the same staff in the back appeared to do a great job on two other large parties, as I observed pizza after pizza, with breadsticks being served, before ours was brought to the table, and we were ahead of them. Just wondering if the staff in the back hid my pizza so the waitress couldn't bring it to me hot. Needless to say, we didn't leave a tip and will not return. read more
