Fast, friendly service. Waitresses are almost always attentive. They keep you updated on the status of your food if it's taking a bit longer than anticipated. They work hard to ensure your order is accurate. If it isn't, they promptly make it right. The dining area & bathrooms are clean. The prices are reasonable and match those of every other Pizza Hut we've been to. This just happens to be the nicest one we've experienced to date. The only real complaint I have is that they don't offer local delivery. read more

This pizza hut has clearly given up on the dine-in experience. We came on a Sunday evening and they were out of sausage, pepperoni, green peppers. The menu was a shingle black and white sheet in a plastic sheet protector. There were no fountain drinks and all food came out in takeout containers. Very welcome break from driving through the snow at night. This was a very large Pizza Hut. Caitlyn, our waitress was wonderful and very attentive to my family! We ordered the dinner for four or large family dinner. Two specialty pizzas, cheese sticks, a salad, drinks and two desserts. Very affordable and very filling. We received to-go cups and boxes and even a bag to carry everything. Caitlyn even kept our desserts warm for us. This was a good choice, glad we stopped. Thank goodness the pizza was good. But boy has this placed changed there was hardly anyone in the place. Nothing on the tables but one table had ants on it. The menu didn't even look like a Pizza Hut menu. The menu we got was a one page menu looked more like just a take out menu and it was very limited. No fountain drinks just bottled drinks and no more salads. Service was just ok and when the pizza came there still was no plates or silverware or condiments. When the server came back we got salad plates not dinner plates. We won't come back to dine-in. read more

It was a good pizza hut. It has been a long time that I have been to one, and it doesn't seem that they have changed much, lol. Parking is all the way around the establishment. Food was hot and tasted fresh. The wait staff was minimal and were friendly. Showed up at 1130 and got the lunch buffet. Floors looked like they were not cleaned from the previous night. Bathrooms were a mess and the condiment holder on the table was filthy. Was here for nearly 30 min and had only 3 pizzas out for the entire restaurant of 16 people. I'm giving three stars because of the friendly staff and good food quality otherwise I would keep driving by this place and not look back. read more

Lately every time we have ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut it has been really greasy. The grease actually dropped off the pizza our last visit. I'm not sure what has changed, but it use to be pretty good. Hopefully things go back to the way they use to be soon!! read more

The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars when it deserves ONE is because of one waitress you have here who is literally RUNNING around on the floor serving. There are 5 tables seated (I'm waiting on a $35 to go order that has taken the kitchen over an hour to make) I took a moment to ask your ONE working employee what her name was she gracefully made excuse after excuse for the way the place was running and tried to shoulder all of the blame. Her name was Brooklyn. It was CLEAR that she is the only thing holding this place together, she deserves a raise, a management position, or maybe even her own franchise. read more

Super happy we stopped by on a road trip on our way to Cleveland... Very clean restaurant with an incredibly friendly staff. There are even great views of the bridge and lots of greenery all around. My husband and I are always on the look out to find amazing, traditional, sit-down Pizza Huts and this is a hidden gem :) read more

Stopped for a business lunch when I learned they had a lunch buffet. I loved that it was quick and ready. The restaurant was busy, but they kept the pizzas coming! I did have to ask for the salad that goes with the buffet. It would have been nice, if they had asked me instead. I just had the worst pizza in my life. I normally don't complain but can't resist letting Pizza Hut know how dissatisfied I am. I ordered a meat lovers thin and crispy and have no idea what I got. This pizza hut is particularly good at making their pizza and keeping their customers happy. I ran into a few times when ordering online where the product ordered was not in stock, however everything I order usually comes as I order it and is done in a timely manner. While sitting in this store is a casual laid back/ sports bar kind of feel with a family atmosphere all together. This location sells beer however nothing on tap. I would like to see some beer on tap and a wider rang also in the future, but that is just hoping for now. While dinning in the appetizers like bread sticks or wings or even pasta comes out well before the main course of pizza, which is a great thing it gives everyone a chance to eat everything in a timely manner. The only other thing that I have to say about this particular store is that they are always friendly there and try to make everyone feel welcome which is very important for any returning customers. read more

On Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015 at about 4:15 PM, My daughter, grandson, and I arrived at Pizza Hut. As we parked, I commented about the fact that there were no cars on the lot. After we entered the restaurant we were approached by a waitress, who walked us to a table. As we walked through the room, I could see food particles embedded into the carpet all through. I also saw that there were bits of napkins, straw covers, and pieces of food around all the the tables and booths. I asked the waitress why the floor was so dirty. She stated, "Oh, we had a lot of customers earlier." My thought was, why was the floor not cleaned when there were no customers. I also thought that if the floor looks this dirty, how does the kitchen oven, stove and service area look? We did not stay. We have been to this restaurant on occasion before, and we used to see the floor being swept and tables and booths being cleaned. Not so this time. read more
