Food is consistent another other location we have been. Lemon pepper boneless wings had a zesty kick, and you can definitely taste the lemon flavor! Fries are really very good. Nothing really healthy here, but my son loves it. He usually lets me snag some of his food so I get to taste it even though I can't eat much. We ordered through DoorDash and had to wait about an hour for our food and I felt like this was too long...our poor driver was waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes of that time...but, once our wings arrived they were so good that I cannot possibly give a bad review. I can't really fault them for being busy and I can see why. The wings were plump and fresh and sauced generously! The fries were also the perfect temp and cooked perfectly. Ordered food at 7:19 PM, at 8:48 PM, still no food with being told every 15 minutes that it would be "15 more minutes ". I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded was told from the cook in the kitchen who couldn't be bothered to come to the register, the manager would be contacted and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. This was my first time trying Wingstop because I heard good things about it. I got the 15 piece wings, mild, fries, drink. I went into the store to order and the bigger woman with the 2013 side bangs was rude and miserable from the start. I believe her name was Shanda. She acted as though she did not want to be there and took it out on us for simply coming in. She had such a miserable look and way of speaking I almost feel bad for her and want to think it might just be a bad day. I wanted to eat the wings before reviewing to see if they make up for it. The wings are soggy and not very flavorful. The fries and ranch are good but most were burnt. Overall after this the food wasn't good enough to really feel like I would return or recommend going into the Wingstop again. Such a shame, I heard of this place a few times so I thought it would be better. I'm honestly having a hard time even finishing the wings as I type this. Such a major disappointment. After years of waiting for them to open. This establishment is truly a stain on the brand. The food isn't the major issue though, but the service level is the worst. After being shorted on an order, to call and basically be treated as if I was lying about it...........is absolutely absurd. Then for the so called manager to tell me he was going to do a refund, that a month later, still hasn't happened. Let me say this. Wingstop is a great place to eat. This particular location, and the management there, will never see my business again. That goes for the family dinners, and even the company meetings. Then I sat there for another 15 minutes and watched the only 2 employees there wash dishes and answer phones, but no one was cooking anything. First ate at a Wingstop in the Miami/Kendall Florida area. It was delicious so when I seen that a Wingstop was opening right in my backyard I was pleasantly excited! Employees were friendly and greeted us. Got the family pack with 3 wing choices. Garlic parmesan, Louisiana rub, and Hickory smoked barbecue with their delicious ranch dressing! Just like their sign says there is ranch and then there is their ranch. Wings were spot on, cooked right, juicy and tender and plenty of seasoning! Fresh cut fries were spot on as well! Cooked just right and not dripping with grease. Store was nice and clean and tables were cleared promptly when anyone left (you leave trash in table and they come out and clean it up). There was a steady flow of customers and seemed average wait time for wings was about 5 min. Not bad considering they're cooked fresh to order. Never washed his hands. Went behind the counter. Messed with the mop and mop bucket. STILL never washed his hands! Pulled my wings from the fryer. This is our first visit to this location and so far I am very pleasantly surprised. The ambience inside is very bright and lively, even though it's a small space. We havent received our food yet, but apparently someone accidentally took our order and the multiple members of the staff have come out to check on us and assure us the food is coming and offer additional food for the wait.
