I ordered 1 PIZZA , at 7:30pm it's currently 9:40pm and they still don't have my pizza. Absolutely will never order here again.

Hubby and I wanted to get a pizza from a "throwback" pizza place in Hutto and due to the reviews of delivery and ordering online on this platform we decided to go into the store to order and we had a good experience! There was 2 younger girls in there working their butts off and were very friendly and helpful. They got our order in right away and we only had to wait 10-15 minutes before we had a fresh and hot pizza. It was perfectly cooked and had a generous amount of toppings. No complaints about taste or quality. It was super hot in the building due to the ovens and the early July TX temps. I hope they upped the air for the employees. The pizzas are average size, but more expensive than other options in the area so it won't be a regular spot for us.

Four stars for dinner tonight! I received a promo via email and my mom has been craving pan pizza from Pizza Hut so I thought it was good timing. This was my first take out food for the New Year. I placed an order for carry out via online. It was quick and simple. Added some wings since I haven't tried the WingStreet wings. The order was scheduled to be ready in 15minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and my order was already done. When I walked in it was quiet. Everyone in there was busy. Somebody came out to greet me and I paid for my order. They showed me each item to be sure I looked at everything and that it was correct. I noticed they place orders in a warmer until pick up. That's a great idea! I'm used to another chain just placing them on a shelf/rack. My mom enjoyed her pan pizza. I was ready to try the wings. The garlic Parmesan wings were better than expected. It's not a dry rub. It's a wet sauce. Tasty. The buffalo burnin hot wings were spicy and had good flavor. Sorry for the lack of pics as we devoured everything. Pizza Hut now offers a rewards program where you earn points towards free breadsticks or pizza. You earn 2 points for every $1 you spend. They have birthday offers and game day deals when your favorite team plays.

Ordered cheese sticks and the pepperoni melt. Both times they have been overcooked. Had ordered the second time because they gave me a credit for them being over cooked. They know the food is over cooked and they still send it out. - called and spoke with the manager and she stated she personally made my order. I'm sorry but this not what they should look like.

Not a good experience. Ordered a thin crust, light pep and light burger with EXTRA CHEESE. Received a over cooked extremely DRY pizza. Had them remake and it came back better than the first one but still not a good pizza. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location.

I usually love Pizza Hut, especially their stuffed crust, but this location suprised me in a bad way. I walked into facility that was short staffed with a pair of grumpy employees that wore their emotions on their sleeve. I paid for my pizza and was able to make light conversation with the grumpy cashier, so hopefully I left him in a slightly better mood than I found him. When I got home, I found the MOST pathetic pie that I have ever bought. There was almost NO cheese on it, and it just looked sad. I'll be sticking with Domino's from now on. I'll post a picture as well.

How the cheese stuffed crust looked as soon as I opened it. I've had bad pizza but Never have a received a pizza like this.

I don't like to complain much, but new to Hutto & second time ordering from this Pizza Hut, I placed my order through the app but then after check said it was a 2hr delivery, so I figured they were busy & called asked them how long for pick up which turned to be only 30mins, that's not issue for me as I understand things happen & sometimes you become short staffed. But what was disappointing was that I came home with my 2 stuffed crust pizzas & cheese bread & opened up the cheese pizza and literally there was a huge hole as if most of 2 slices of pizza were completely gone & to know that an employee sliced it & boxed it like that was pretty disappointing & the other pizza someone sliced it up sooo much half the pizza was tiny slices the other large & then I had to cut up the cheese bread myself. I called & the lady who answered said she would let a manager know & they would refund me for that pizza but wouldn't be until later because they were busy. It's annoying to say the least but I hope they aren't so busy they forget cuz I will be calling back.

Waiting for the manager after giving (& spelling) my address 200 times to the girl that took the call originally.

This was a very difficult reviews because it involves the food and inappropriate staff…read more It did smell very inviting from the parking lot so wanted to give it a try. It's a local mom and pop establishment from looking from the outside, but was confirmed clearly it was from staff. Not sure where I want to begin. I'll start with the food. I got the lunch special. 1 slice, 3 knots and a drink. They were "short stocked" on drinks so only had 3 choices. Beverage was in a bottle and was not cold. I was told they had no ice either. I got the mushroom and spinach slice. The toppings and sauce were very good however the crust was black and burnt on the bottom so I just picked off the toppings. The same with the garlic knots too. You can see in the photo too. The marinara dipping sauce was cold and was told they do not do warm dipping sauce. I do believe if the pizza and the knots were not burnt, they would have been enjoyable. I am not sure if management reads this but your staff does like you very much. However, you might want to let them know discussing other employees and past employees love lives, jail records, arrest records, making fun of someone's disabilities is not ok in the workplace let alone with customers in the restaurant. I learned wayyyyy too much about the "person" that just got fired and their age and why they were arrested and closing up your restaurant an hour early. I felt extremely uncomfortable having to listen to this!

Could not believe how good it was! The crust was thin and crisp, and the oil dripping from the bottom. And was told by someone on staff that the water comes from NY, and the recipe has not changed since before the mayor of Hutto took over the business. As I drove home, I struggled to save a piece for my wife to try, but I succeeded. And she was also pleasantly surprised. However, given that she was just in NYC a few days ago, she said it's not as good as the one she tried out there, but if she hadn't tried a slice in NYC recently, she would've said that this one is very good and reminiscent of NYC pizza. This is the first time we come really close. Prior to Anthony's Pizza, we tried Russo's in StoneHill, but this one is much better. Will definitely go back for more, with the family, either to go or eat-in. My only complaint is the price for one simple cheese slice is $4.00 + tax. A legit NYC slice in New York is not selling for $4.00, probably $2.50, but $4.00 is over the top. But if the water truly comes from NY, maybe I could be reasonable. Staff was friendly and informative. The place looked neat and clean.

I feel like this review has to come now before it never has a chance to exist again. I'm always…read moreheartbroken to find out a place is closing its doors, especially a local business. Earlier this week, East Street Pizzeria announced on social media that they were closing up shop permanently. I feel at times guilty for things like this when I'm not the root cause. If only I came back more, they would've survived, but I probably would've just been more devastated at their closure. Hutto has a lot of pizza establishments. From the chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's to lesser-known locations like Mr. Gatti's and Double Dave's, as well as the locals Bella Sicilia and East Street, there are nine pizza establishments in the city limits and three in the ETJ. For a city with only one grocery store (also in the ETJ), it's a lot of competition. All of the chains are carry-out only and operate in a shotgun house sized unit in a strip. The only places you can actually eat a pizza are MOD and the two local establishments. East Street shows something that is plaguing Hutto: the overreliance on chain restaurants. Chains don't care if you skip them for a local place. A local place needs your business or they might shutter their doors forever. East Street itself is difficult real estate with the rent reportedly being high, meaning these small establishments have to operate at a high enough margin to survive in such a beautiful area. That's why so many businesses are opting for the Affordable Storage shopping area in the ETJ, because the barrier to entry is lower and actually allows them to survive. It's sad to see. I only ate at East Street Pizzeria once. When I was visiting Hutto before moving, I thought about going and trying their pizza (I love a local place), but it was completely empty, so I opted for another local place. A few months into living in Hutto, I went back with a co-worker during lunch. I got my slice and a salad, and I was impressed. It was your standard local affair (good local pizza is better than any chain), and the slice was cheesy and well done. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The owner was super attentive to us, and it was a quick and easy meal. I wanted to go back, but I never did. That's my fault. I haven't supported any chain pizza joints in Hutto, but I'm an outlier. If 12 (now 11) pizza establishments can exist in the Hutto area, maybe the consumer preference is out of whack. Support local, because local will always support you. RIP East Street Pizzeria. RIYL: Grieving since you can't actually go here.

I will come back for the pizza and wings but please work on the ranch recipe! Texans like to dip pizza in ranch. Had a cauliflower crust pizza (my new favorite in the area) with burrata and pepperoni. Also ordered a mini Sicilian with pepperoni... delicious. Crust was super light and didn't disappoint. Our only comment was on temperature in restaurant (pizza oven in front, 100 degrees outside, no shades) left it pretty toasty. Some shades or tint might help with temp! Not scoring down for this because everything else was exceptional! Can't wait to come back and or have food delivered! Thank you!

Amazing fresh cheese all the ingredients from the toppings to the onions to the pepperoni to the different types of cheeses all on that amazing fresh crust the dough is incredible. Let's start with the pros and then I'll list the cons. I gave my review a four out of five because it frankly has more pros and cons. Pros: Amazing thin crust with no flop Fresh crispy undercarriage Dough is light and crispy Plenty of cheese on all the pizzas Each ingredient on each pizza you can taste on its own Cons: The garlic knots didn't have a strong enough garlic flavor The marinara sauce was too watery The Sicilia Panino sandwich to me, didn't have the price it cost vs the value. It cost too much versus the value that I received. It just didn't have enough meat to arugula to bread ratio it was off. I wish it had more of that white sauce. Incredible bread though. The supreme pizza in my opinion is the best out of the three. The supreme pizza had more toppings. You can really taste each ingredient in the overall American cheese on top was a nice contrast to the other two pizzas that tend to have more white cheese plus you can taste sausage. The diavola is a straight cheese, pepperoni pizza. Love the amount of ingredients on top. I appreciate the sliced meats and the cheese was great. The burrata had to be my least favorite because the mozzarella on top melted and it sort of got all over the pizza and leaked out the box. I was hoping the mozz would hold its shape but it's fine. To me the sauce underneath was not tasteful enough because I couldn't taste the sauce. I wish it had more sliced proscuitto. Overall great experience and I ended up having a food, and I went to bed

It's like a traditional pie but where you usually get a Margherita on a thin dough with no crust on the edge- this one has it a thicker crust! I LOVE crust so this perfectly encompasses everything I love in a pizza. This time around we ordered the cheese pizza also and it was super delicious- very standard but what I loved is it wasn't super greasy!

Dropped in to kill some time and grab a bite to eat... and left super impressed yet again! The vibe here is perfectly laid-back....chill atmosphere, no pretension, just a spot to relax with great drinks and food. Shoutout to the beer master Eric behind the bar! He's incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what he pours. He shared this awesome line that stuck with me: "Every good beer has a story, and the story should be told!" Made the whole experience feel more personal. I went with tap #13, Juicy Fish--a hazy IPA from WeldWerks Brewing Co. at 8.6% ABV. Wow, what a juicy, flavorful beast! Packed with tropical hops, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink for that ABV. Definitely hit the spot. For food, I had 5 wings tossed in the Blazin Ghost Pepper sauce. It's described as a smoky blend with mild ghost pepper heat, and it delivered exactly that....great smokiness upfront, building warmth without incinerating your mouth (perfect if you like heat but not torture level). Wings were crispy, juicy, and tender too. Rounded it out with the Carnivore pizza, loaded with meats and just the right amount of char on the crust. Hand stretched and fresh, it paired really well with the beer. If you're in the Pflugerville area and love craft beer (especially with knowledgeable staff who actually talk about it), wings, or pizza, this place is a winner. Will definitely be back again and again to catch more of the rotating taps and hear more stories from Eric! Get em while you can. They are Beer today gone tomorrow.
