Saw this place while I was dropping off a package. It's a cute little mom and pop pizza restaurant. You can eat there or take to go. We ordered the meatballs to start (sorry for not having the best photo) they were delicious! I would go back just for these meatballs. My husband ordered the Diavola and I got the Italian style sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and huge! My husband enjoyed his pizza. We will be going back for sure! Staff was also very nice and attentive.

Bella Sicilia Pizzeria Summarized in a word: Bella Sicilia Pizzeria in Hutto is authentic. On a Friday evening, my co-worker and I made plans to try the new and buzzing Sicilian pizzeria in Hutto. The place used to be Anthony's Pizzeria before changing ownership to Bella Sicilia. I never tried Anthony's when they were around, but these new cats can cook. The place was packed, with most tables occupied, and even an Uber driver waiting for a pickup. You order at the front, but they have menus so you can sit down and decide before standing up and ordering. The place is small, but the space feels real. The owners are both super friendly and conversational and gave us great service. There are plenty of options from their antipasti selections, salads, desserts, sandwiches, and of course their pizzas. From the antipasti (appetizers), I ordered their mozzarella arancini. I've grown to love arancini recently, and the version here was excellent. Very crispy, extremely cheesy, and the sauce was so delightful. You would never expect a place in Hutto to do arancini this well. For my main, I ordered a 10-inch Diavola pizza. It has soppressata and pepperoni on it. The soppressata adds such a bold meat flavor to the pizza, and I was a big fan of the addition. The pizza itself is phenomenal. The dough is a perfect balance of crispy and soft, and the cheese and sauce almost go over the edge of the pizza. A 10-inch pizza makes a great six-slice portion perfect for one. I took two of the slices home and ate them for breakfast the next morning. There was no ranch or parmesan cheese needed to salvage the pizza; on its own, it carried the team. I didn't eat my buddy's food, but he got a monstrous calzone that looked incredible. He enjoyed it and only ate half of it. Two meals in one. I plan to come back, especially with my girlfriend, who loves Sicily to death after studying abroad there a few years ago. Bella Sicilia simply gets it right.

This is my chicken parmigiana...SO GOOD!!

We've eaten here several times and haven't been disappointed once. I've had the meatballs (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), chicken parmigiana, several types of pizza, and my boys and husband usually get calzones...they are authentic and so, SO good! Please come see them when you want REAL Italian food. They will wow your socks off-I promise!

So glad to finally have tried Bella Sicilia Pizzeria! We were wanting pizza, and I came across this place so decided to try it with a take-out order. We ordered two 12" pizzas, the Mini Sicilian, and the house salad and all were SO yummy! The ingredients were fresh and the dough the perfect mix of fluffy and crispy. My parents picked up our order and said the staff were friendly and our order was freshly made and ready upon arrival. Will definitely be back to try different things on the menu- there's a lot of options aside from pizza as well.

Nice little pizzeria in a strip mall on the south side of Hwy 79 in Hutto. Owned by a husband and wife who operate the place. We arrived around 12:30 for lunch. We easily found a seat as we were the only customers. We ordered a pizza but they do not offer beer or wine so bring your own. The pizza was good but the middle was slightly undercooked. This pizzeria needs help so give them a try! Remember to byob

First the service was friendly and quick. They were pretty busy for a Sunday and we got our food freshly made in no time. The sandwich was on the most amazing bread. It was soft and warm and paired so well with the sandwich toppings. The lettuce was tossed in a really good dressing, so it was like an additional salad. The pizza crust was crispy on the bottom and held up with their delicious sauce. Definitely a great addition with authentic food to the Hutto area.

DELICIOUS!!! Soooo good!!!!! Amazing service and it's a cute place inside! The lasagna special came with garlic knots that we immediately devoured. Since we wanted to try several things, I appreciated that they brought each item out as it was done so we just kept moving to the next.

It's a local mom and pop establishment from looking from the outside, but was confirmed clearly it was from staff. Not sure where I want to begin. I'll start with the food. I got the lunch special. 1 slice, 3 knots and a drink. They were "short stocked" on drinks so only had 3 choices. Beverage was in a bottle and was not cold. I was told they had no ice either. I got the mushroom and spinach slice. The toppings and sauce were very good however the crust was black and burnt on the bottom so I just picked off the toppings. The same with the garlic knots too. You can see in the photo too. The marinara dipping sauce was cold and was told they do not do warm dipping sauce. I do believe if the pizza and the knots were not burnt, they would have been enjoyable. I am not sure if management reads this but your staff does like you very much. However, you might want to let them know discussing other employees and past employees love lives, jail records, arrest records, making fun of someone's disabilities is not ok in the workplace let alone with customers in the restaurant. I learned wayyyyy too much about the "person" that just got fired and their age and why they were arrested and closing up your restaurant an hour early. I felt extremely uncomfortable having to listen to this!

Could not believe how good it was! The crust was thin and crisp, and the oil dripping from the bottom. And was told by someone on staff that the water comes from NY, and the recipe has not changed since before the mayor of Hutto took over the business. As I drove home, I struggled to save a piece for my wife to try, but I succeeded. And she was also pleasantly surprised. However, given that she was just in NYC a few days ago, she said it's not as good as the one she tried out there, but if she hadn't tried a slice in NYC recently, she would've said that this one is very good and reminiscent of NYC pizza. This is the first time we come really close. Prior to Anthony's Pizza, we tried Russo's in StoneHill, but this one is much better. Will definitely go back for more, with the family, either to go or eat-in. My only complaint is the price for one simple cheese slice is $4.00 + tax. A legit NYC slice in New York is not selling for $4.00, probably $2.50, but $4.00 is over the top. But if the water truly comes from NY, maybe I could be reasonable. Staff was friendly and informative. The place looked neat and clean.

The service was not great however, and this wasn't a unique experience as we've been here before and experienced poor service. Our waitress started out attentive but after our appetizers came, she didn't come back for about 15-20 mins to take our order. Our main dishes took about 30 minutes to come out. Once they did we never saw our waitress afterwards. We waited about 30-45 more mins and then we finally went to go find her to ask for to go boxes and the check. All in all we were there for about two hours, but not for good reason. I think this place has great potential, they just need to better train their staff to be more attentive.

The servers are so friendly, making sure you have everything you need. The food itself was decent. Nothing was bad, but nothing really impressed me either. Like I ate it, and it felt very "yep I just food" and felt like something I could make myself. I would say this is a good spot to visit when you're just craving some quick Italian dishes, especially because the pricing is really decent. But it's not necessarily a spot I would bring others to. I did really like the complimentary bread though. The outside texture kind of reminded me of a pretzel. But the inside was really doughy and soft. The bruschetta balsamico was good too. I've never had it with artichokes though! It wasn't a bad addition, but I kept thinking it was chicken because we didn't really have any protein besides cheese. And then every time I bit into it, I would remember that it was artichoke. But I really liked the arugula salad underneath. We also got the pasta combo with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, thinking everything would be sectioned off with its own melted cheese on top, and we'd be able to try a little bit of each type. So we were kind of surprised when it all came in one pile, and everything was completely covered in cheese. But I liked the red sauce a lot because it was on the sweeter side. It also came with Caesar salad which I liked, since the pasta was heavy.

It's now located in the old Gordough's location. Not surprised they closed down, honestly. Maybe ignoring their customers wasn't the best way to stay in business. See my review for them. This is also the old south Austin Good Eats location. Remember them? The best chicken fried steak. Anyway, their pizza is still pretty good. I do have a couple of minor complaints. The pizza is rolled out so thin, that it does not support the weight of the toppings. If you get a red sauce, you're going to have a soggy crust when you finally get the pizza home. Still nice and chewy, so that's good. I also bought some pizza rolls. I didn't realize that the Americana had Italian sausage in them because I did not read the description closely enough. BTW, the Americana contains Italian sausage? Think about that for a minute. They were nice and spicy. The side of red sauce wasn't enough. Also, it's gotten really expensive. $20 for the pizza. Another nine dollars for the pizza rolls, and since I ordered online I got charged a $2.50 convenience fee. That's not on the restaurant; I understand. I just wish that the platform had told me I was being charged a convenience fee. I would have placed a phone order otherwise. BTW, if you order online through yelp, you get charged $19 and change for the pizza. If you order through DoorDash, it's $20.80. I also had problems getting to their website. That made viewing the menu difficult. I would eat here again, probably. But like I said I don't live in Austin so it's unlikely.
