Great local pizza shop in Downtown Hutto. It's located a few doors down from the Hutto Wine Bar and was a great option for a bite after enjoying a wine flight. The service was fast, friendly and helpful with recommendations. The venue has been updated but still had some of the historic elements present. The pizza was delicious! They make their pizza dough daily. We tried a mix of red and white sauce options on a single pizza based on the waiter's suggestion. It was a great suggestion.

Right off the bat, the music is BUMPIN' they have the jams and it's a great surprise right when you open the door. They have a bar with a nice selection of alcohol and tables in the back. We sat in the back for lunch and ordered a kids cheese pizza, Cesar salad, and the mio capriccio pizza. My son loves the cheese pizza, you can't go wrong with a simple cheese. The Caesar salad was pretty massive, especially for being the smaller of sizes. It was good, simple. The Mio Cappricio had the most perfect spicy little jalapeños on it which I LOVED! The shrimp was a bit on the fishy side which I thought was very odd. I've never had a "fishy" shrimp so I picked them off and put them on my husbands slices. He had no problem with the taste and rather enjoyed the whole pizza. I do plan to go back and try their Margherita pizza and maybe a cocktail to pair with their music!

We popped in today to try a pizza for lunch because #supportlocal Thankfully it's not crazy busy for lunch during the weekday and I must say I LOVE the interior of the place. It's so clean and inviting! We ordered half a LumberJack and half Queen Margherita. First off crust was crunchy..Love. I was worried since the middle had liquid but it was on point! I enjoyed both pizza toppings. I did not get a photo of the wings we tried since I was in a hurry to get back to work. The sweet Thai chili and buffalo medium wings were good. It's not that chewy meat you get from chain pizza places. Service was awesome. I have to say the server was rocking it was she was the only one. Great service. Can't wait to try another pizza.

This is a nice establishment on the inside--nice bar and seating area. I ordered my slice of pizza and waited at the bar until my food was ready. The person ordering my food was friendly and I waited thinking this would be a nice spot to come back to sit at the bar to eat and grab some drinks. I was eager to try the pizza (due to some of the reviews, it being a new spot, and of course I was hungry). After I took the first bite, I noticed something was off with the pizza. The pizza just didn't taste good. So I thought maybe it was just the first bite. As I continued to take a few more bites, I realized there was something off with the cheese. The cheese tasted fake and made the pizza taste awful. Due to this, I couldn't finish my one slice and was thankful that I only had one slice. I can say that I was very disappointed. Needless to say, I will not eat the pizza again, but I would entertain going to grab a few drinks at the bar.

Nice selection of toppings but the dog treat sausage and bland sauce spoiled the beautiful crust on this pie.

East Street is a decent pizzeria with the potential to be more. When I walked in the door, I thought the dining room was really nice-a renovated old building with high ceilings and lots of room to spread out. Service was friendly and reasonably attentive so kudos for that. Dinner started with a house salad. It arrived at the table in a tub-sized bowl with the croutons and cheese all layered on the top of the greens. It was accompanied by a teeny-tiny plastic ramekin of dressing. I'm happy I didn't order the large salad because the smaller one could have fed four people (seriously). The large amount of lettuce in relation to the other ingredients really became offputting, especially by not including a sufficient amount of dressing to go with it. Other than the neatly arranged crusty croutons, the salad had a feel of freshly opened bag of pre-made Dole garden greens. Not a good start. I really enjoy pizza and was looking forward to eating here based on friends' recommendations. The pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time and was very hot as it should be. The crust was actually quite good, thin and delicately crispy and better than most of the pizzas I've experienced in the Austin area. The toppings were plentiful, also a plus. Unfortunately, the pizza sauce was pretty bland and lacked much character. The tomato flavor was very mild and there was a definite absence of spice in the sauce, or in other words, as if it were just dumped out of a can. The most egregious sin though came with the sausage. It has the appearance of my dog's favorite treats with those perfect little morsel sized balls of meat (see picture) . Once you get that thought in your head it's hard to not think of it that way. If you're making a pizza by hand, why not take pinches of ground sausage and press place them onto the dough? I wonder if these were pre-cooked before putting them on the pizza judging by the texture. It's too bad because this could have been a winning entry in the local Austin pizza market. This venue has a lot going for it and could be so much better with some minor adjustments to pizza making. Right now though, it's not a whole lot better than making a Tombstone pizza in the oven. Disappointed, but I hope that it will improve because this could be an awesome little pizzeria for Hutto.

Fried Pickles (we already munched on them)

We had another outstanding meal. We tried fried pickles for 1st time. Definitely one of best fried pickles we all ever had. The Pepperoni Rolls are the best anywhere! Their dough is so perfect anything made with it is superb. This is our Pizza restaurant and you will not regret making it yours as well!

I have been here several times. Great little hidden gem in downtown Hutto. It's in the historic building with a charming vibe. I was greeted promptly upon entering. They have a full bar with good pricing; tonight I was in the mood for Chardonnay. Ordered the house salad and it was huge. Great value and tasted excellent. Also ordered the pepperoni rolls which were fantastic. Overall, the food and service were excellent. The staff were very prompt and attentive the entire time. I love this place.

Friendly service, great drink prices. Atmosphere is nice for sitting at the bar, and there are options for families towards the back. We're happy to see more options coming to downtown Hutto. Unfortunately, their pizza is missing the mark. Pizza prices are in line with Pinthouse or Tony C's, but the quality is on par with Papa John's. The cheese tastes like an ultra-processed 'cheese-like' product that is only designed to melt - it has no flavor, no stretch, and doesn't brown. Crust & sauce were fine but forgettable, and toppings were just average. Honestly, if they could just get decent cheese for their pizzas, it would make a world of difference. With a few other tweaks (a door on the kitchen, some dimmer lights for the bar, background music) this place could be a great addition to Hutto, and hopefully they're able to find their way.

Got slice for $6. It's just ok at best. The cheese was mediocre. Sauce was extremely thin and barely noticeable. Crust wasn't bad, but wasn't what I expected. It tasted a step above microwave or toaster oven pizza.

"Cheese pizza with black olives" not fresh, and not good!

I love pizza and I will say that I'm quite picky with certain foods, and pizza is one of them. Customer service was good, but the pizza was not good at all. The ingredients are not high quality and not fresh. I paid $31.09 for very lackluster pizza and salad. I'm disappointed but it may be totally fine for others, just not for me!

Great customer service! They were very attentive and food came out hot and fresh. The pizza was very good and in my opinion the best pizza I've had in the area. It's definitely more on the pricier side, but I wasn't disappointed with our visit.

Clean, interesting, Santorini type of vibe.

Pizza was good, but was very very, very salty. You can only have one slice because of how salty it tasted. Have to have a drink nearby.

We went yesterday afternoon and its a really nice property with tons of space. They have a cool stage area, a playground, several tables near the bar with view of the tv and some open inside space next to cornhole. I want to say they had about 8 of other breweries beers on tap (real ale bock and Pinthouse Scorpion Disco are the two I remember) and then they also had cocktails and 2 of their own beers: an amber, and then what I got: the tangerine cream ale. I thought it was pretty good which was surprising as usually, new breweries take a bit to get things figured out. It would be a solid beer for a warm day. The bartender was friendly and they also had a bbq truck on site that smelled delicious but we didn't have time to check-out this time. The only negative I'd say is there is zero inside space with A/C, its all open air. That's not a dealbreaker for me but as its only going to get even hotter, I'm curious how it will impact their business.

Finally made our first visit so we could try "the best fish & chips" in the Austin area. The service was enough to want me to go back hopefully for us in this area they end up somewhere close by as I know how hard it is to find good workers. Pretzels were good! Onion rings were our favorite! Their version of the Philly was just okay, was very plain with not much flavor hubby didn't even finish half. But the star of the show was the fish and chips. My son was over the moon! Couldn't even finish half of it and he wanted to haha. The mushy peas were yummy and added an authenticity to the dish. I didn't really use the curry sauce that also came with the dish. To me it doesn't go with fish or chips. Chicken quesadilla was great. Seasoned waffle fries with gringo dip was also very good. Not so good: Management. I ordered a double Jack and Coke in a short glass. I deliberately mentioned the short glass to the waitress, in spite of the fact that a typical double whiskey and Coke drink comes in a short glass. Unfortunately she didn't catch the ask for short glass (she said she'd never had someone yet ask for that order, but I think she meant at this restaurant). Someone delivered a tall glass instead. I asked our waitress to give me a short glass and she tried to do so. When she came back she said the manager wouldn't let her, which was weird, so I asked to see the manager. Josh. Josh did not handle the interaction well in my opinion. In his opinion it was the same alcohol in a short or tall, so he thought I should just drink the tall. That's obviously not a great experience. Ultimately after a (too) long discussion he didn't charge for the drink. But the experience was ruined for us and since this was our first visit to this location it was simply a bummer and we likely won't be back.
