The service sucks. The food sucks. This Pizza Hut sucks. I went in, and waited 6 minutes before the cashier dragged herself from the back to "take my order" "May I help you," she mumbled half-heartedly. Half the items I wanted to order she said were not in stock. I finally settled on thin medium green peppers and onions. When I got home, the onions were burnt, and the pizza ice cold. The service last night was supposed to be a 18min pickup but turned into 1 hour and a half. The service was awful people were upset and so was I. I went into the store twice order not ready and when I got my food it was cold and no one cared to answer the phone when I called back. If they don't get better their business is gone. read more

I always thought Pizza Hut was the best but now I feel like people. I am a rewards customer but it is almost impossible to redeem my reward points. I've called customer service for assistance and have be told that their system was down on numerous occasions. We placed an order through their app for pick up through their delivery window. The store looks great from the outside, haven't visited the inside the few times I've been here. The associate at the window have always been kind and courteous. The food was hot and fresh, (had an order of breadsticks too but didn't like the picture I took), and was able to place and pick up the order without incident. If you're a die-hard fan of Pizza Hut than you won't be disappointed with this chain. read more

Ordered online well ahead of time. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff informed me that one of my pizzas had been accidentally dropped while being taken out of the oven, so.i would have to wait an additional ten minutes to get a replacement pizza. They were very apologetic and asked if I wanted any additional item to compensate for my inconvenience. I asked for a Pepsi, which I was given when my order was given to me. The food was delicious as always, and I do appreciate the honesty of the staff on what happened. read more

My wife and I were trying to have a pizza delivered to our home. We live just outside the city of Kinston, and have had pizza delivered to our home FROM THIS PIZZA HUT as recently as last month. Apparently, they no longer deliver "past Wal-Mart". So if you need a pizza delivered, and you live north or west of Wally World, Pizza Hut won't help. I'm a regular in the drive-thru line. I love that I can order online and it's always hot and fresh when I pick up. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the food is not always consistent. Sometimes, the pizza is excellent, other times the pizza is mostly sauce to the point you can't taste anything else but sauce. But when it's good, it's delicious! read more

Wonderful!!! Our company was building a site in Kinston and we wanted to reward our hard working employees with lunch. Who could go wrong with Pizza? Right?!! I called the previous day and spoke with manager Benjamin about the order I wanted to place. He was very professional and polite! I arrived at my scheduled time for pick-up and all 18 pizzas were getting cut and boxed up. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I placed an online order for delivery.. To only get a call back saying they couldn't deliver it because they had no drivers....I was then asked to pick it up and I said no thanks... I eventually ordered from Papa John's.... I checked my bank account to see I was charged by Pizza Hut even though I told them I didn't want the order..... I shouldn't have been charged since they couldn't provide me service..... I see no reason why they didn't have drivers but now my son rather have Papa John's then Pizza Hut...... read more

I gave one star because it will not allow me to give less. Came for lunch buffet and had to wait 20 minutes for pizza to be placed on buffet to eat. After pizza was placed on buffet, the entire restaurant got up at once like vultures and it was cleaned off in 5 minutes...leaving us to have to wait another 10-15 minutes for more pizza. Lettuce on salad bar was sitting in BROWN water...and was changed only after we requested the wait staff to please put out fresh. My husband had to walk up to the counter to request a refill. We requested plain pepperoni pizza for the buffet, as did several other patrons in the room. When they finally did, half of the pepperoni pizza had hamburger or sausage on it. Overall, I am not pleased...and the only reason I am paying full buffet price for my half bowl of salad and 2 slices of edible pizza is because it is obvious the management doesn't care anyway so why waste my time to complain. The food is pretty good for chain restaurant pizza and the wings are very good. If you like hot food, try the burning hot buffalo wings. They will light you up! The problem with this Pizza Hut is the staff. These people are trash. I can't believe the low standards for hiring people that exist at this location. If you eat from this location, have it delivered so you don't have to deal with the waitresses in this place. read more

We waited a while to get seated. Seriously! And they're not even busy. Our table was not properly cleaned, they feel sticky (like somebody poured Pepsi & they didn't wipe it right). The place looks & smells old, especially the greeting area/main entrance. The food was good, however. Came here a few weeks ago and dined in, food took forever and the breadsticks arrived AFTER the pizza. Decided to give it a second chance with take out tonight, according to the email it was supposed to be ready over 20 minutes ago. I was told it would be right out, they were just waiting on the last pizza. Finally decided to go inside to just get my money back and my pizzas were sitting on the counter while they waited for sauce for the breadsticks. Not sure I will be giving it a third chance. read more
