During this time the manager and employees continued to take orders while the costumers crowded up waiting to pay. As someone who eats Jersey Mike's almost everyday this was the worst location and unprofessional. Although the employees simply did what they could it did not take away from the results and that the manager was not helpful. They were not remaking sandwiches which should have been discounted or given to customers free of cost for the inconvenience. If the employees informed customers upon arrival that they had an extended wait period this would be acceptable as the customer could make the choice for themselves. I left without the soggy sandwich I was expected to pay for. I will never ever come back to this location as there was not thought for the customers and respect for their time and ultimately for the food as I'm sure there were was a lot of spoilage.

Plenty of table seating. Customer traffic was fairly consistent with orders at the counter and online orders for pickup. They have outside and inside seating. It's a fairly simple process. You find the corresponding brown bag for the sandwich you want. Mark what you want on your sandwich with a marker that's provided. Include your name at the bottom. You hand it off to the person behind the register and answer a couple of questions. Do you want fries or chips, a drink, or a milkshake. My first visit I tried the Italian Beef, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. It didn't take long for everything to be made and hear my name called. The Italian Beef was pretty good. The fries were ok. The milkshake was too thick to use a straw, so I took it home and ate it with a spoon. This visit, I had the large Wicked sandwich. The wife had a regular Italian. After a few minutes, our names were called. A large is a little much for me. Both sandwiches were good. We will dine here again. Recommend giving this a try if you're passing through or want something quick. Bonus: the gas station is connected with a small hallway where the restrooms are. You can grab drinks or other items from the gas station.
