I gave two stars because the guy at the pick up window was nice. But I am beyond upset my pick up was scheduled for 6:10 arrived at 6:20 the wings weren't ready so they asked me to circle around so I didn't hold up the line and I did. Then Waited behind 4 cars again to get to the window to be told that the kitchen didn't cook my pasta. And was told they would need an additional 8 minutes so I just parked off to the side, legend has it I'm still waiting.... while I write this review and no one's in line or has pulled up in the last 10 minutes . Im guess they only cooked my pizza and forgot the rest of my order. It's now 6:52pm and I'm still waiting. Almost an hour wait from my pick up time is insane! They say their food is ready in 20 minutes. I guess u wasn't given this courtesy. I really hope my pizza and wings aren't all soggy or cold by the time I get home read more

We did an online order, they took forever to come to the drive-thru window,, someone finally showed up and they told me to wait, they were taking my order out of the oven..... 20 mins go by, still no pizza and no one has come back to the window, finally somebody comes to the window and they tell me to pull up and they will bring my order out to me.... 40 mins later and I'm still waiting..... finally got it... food was horrible! read more

I ordered online and waited until the app said my order was ready to go in. It was several minutes before someone came to help me, and she told me it would be 5 more minutes. ​I sat up front for 15 minutes and finally went back to the counter to ask about my order. They pulled my pizzas from the warmer where they had been for some time. (I was sitting in full view of the warmer, and no one had put anything in for several minutes before I asked). She handed me my pizzas and told me to have a nice day. When I asked about my cinnamon sticks she went back to a different warmer and pulled some out (presumably from someone else's order). Best Pizza Hut around! Time efficient, friendly, and competent employees every time.

It's not as good as I remembered. The sauce is missing something and has too much of something else. All in all in a pinch it will suffice.

Sitting here now. Been here now a half hour. Only two workers at first then two more showed up. Dirty tables the whole time. Worried what the food will taste like. Watched folks walk in, wait, and couldn't get seated so they just walked out. 15 minutes later....they just delivered the wrong pizza so we walked out. I would not waste my time stopping here. Walked in , stood there at the counter and couldn't even get a hello or anything close to being acknowledged that me and my family was there. And this was after I held the door open for a delivery driver to come in before us. Not even a thank you or anything from him. The one person that I believe was a manager didn't even speak just looked over us not speaking or making any sort of eye contact. Management is really lacking in training. read more

I sat alone, in a booth, on the evening of August 29th and had GREAT SERVICE. The veg lovers pizza flavor was excellent; although cooked by a conveyer machine these days, and it was running just a tad too fast to produce a proper browning. No complaints though; it's more consistent than depending on the cooks preferences. Most honorable mention ------ One REMARKABLE server was Danyel (not Danielle) who remained highly attentive throughout my experience, even though serving the whole dining area by herself. It is common for servers to ignore single seating, and cater to larger tables in hopes of a big tip. I tipped heavily, but I received a fond farewell, calling me by name ... even before she received the tip. I tip by quality ... not a percentage of the tab. She IS good management material. This experience left me with a very good impression of Georgians. read more

Had a Super Supreme. The 14' was plenty for 2 people, and we went for the thin and crispy crust, which really was. I thought it was excellent. They were preparing to close ahead of a hurricane so things were a little chaotic: difficult to judge the service. read more

Restaurant was not busy. I ordered wings, and was told it would take 10 minutes. We left after 45 minutes. Wings never arrived.

I have nothing good to say. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Service sucked. Server sucked. Table sucked. Food sucked. My server even went outside to smoke then came in and brought us our food. I saw her go get the food. DIDNT WASH HER HANDS!! Brought a Pepsi instead of a sprite. Gave my husband bone in wings instead of no bone. Gave us breadsticks instead of mozzarella sticks. BIGGEST AIRHEAD EVER! And they weren't busy so she can't use that as an excuse. It was my husband and I and another couple. I also waited 30 minutes for a 6 inch personal pizza THAT I NEVER GOT!!! Walked in and waited approx 5+ mins to be seated while a worker just ignored the people piled up at the door. Got seated and the tables feel completely nasty and dirty & there is writing and food on the walls. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, I don't think it has been cleaned in weeks. There is 1 lady catering to the entire dining area and 1 cook and 1 lady having lunch while her coworkers are clearly struggling to keep up with the Sunday lunch rush. read more

While parked in my RV at the Grassy Pond MRA, I ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut. I did the ordering on-line, requesting delivery at 6pm. The on-line experience was pretty good, nothing to mark it down for. The delivery guy was about 10 minutes early which is okay, but it would have been better if he'd showed up when requested. Delivery guy was very nice, had brought plates too, which was thoughtful. The pizza was very good, pretty much the standard good quality pizza I've always received from a Pizza Hut. The only downside was, my order of garlic bread should have included 4 pieces, but only came with 1... something I didn't discover until 10 minutes after the delivery guy left. So, we split the 1 piece and it was very good... we just rather that we had two slices each, than 1/2 a slice each. The dessert we ordered was Hershey's Chocolate Brownies, and while it is chocolate, and that's always good, these were less than I'd hoped for. But overall, the meal was good and we were *very* happy that they delivered to our campsite. 3 1/2 stars. read more

I just left Pizza Hut here in Lake Park after getting my money back from an order they did not bother to start cooking until I got there. I ordered online and the time given for it to be ready was to be 15 minutes,. I gave them 20 and showed up. they took my money and disappeared. Ten more minutes of sitting and waiting and they just started looking for my pizza. they claimed someone took it out on delivery. they are the most incompetent group of people I have ever seen trying to run a business. I finally got my money back and I think they said that the store number was 5298 I think. It's the one in lake Park, Ga. My order number was - 3160708145547001182013076 if you care to look it up. Don't order by internet there or by phone either and if you go to the store don't pay for the pizza until you get it in your hand. When they gave me my money back they asked if I wanted to wait 3 or 4 more minutes as they had started cooking me another one. I told them "HELL NO"!!! I may never go back to that store again.
