I ordered a melt meal with buffalo wings on my order side it's correct but it printed out to them as honey bbq, the manager Christina told me unfortunately; even though there was a glitch in the system and they gave me the wrong item! There was nothing they could do about it! To which I have to say if your app is glitching, how do you have nothing to do about it! This store has gone downhill since Miranda was let go and it shows in their management style! Only get one star because Cristina was amazing. This place has gone down the drain. Smells bad the food was horrible. Waited more than 15 minutes and no new pizza was taken out . Ehh it's Pizza Hut.... If you've been to one, you've been to them all. This one is a classic location with the buffet...except it wasn't open. The interior was dated, and not in a cool retro way. Also, it could have used some cleaning. Food was what you would expect from Pizza Hut. I had a salad and a classic pepperoni pizza. My kids loved it, so that was stereotypical. This restaurant has been here a loooooooooooong time! With that being said, don't sit in the smaller dining area as it smells really bad! All those years of spilling sweet tea and soda on the carpeting you would think they would either shampoo it or better yet remove it altogether! Almost a month now and I still have not been compensated for hours worked. I've reached out several times to management, HR, and corporate and get the run around... time to contact my states attorney General, and the department of labor and file a complaint. The waitress (Britany) was the nicest person I ever met, she was caring and relatable and very helpful!! Honestly the best service and atmosphere I ever been in, the food was amazing!! Stopped in for the 4.99 lunch buffet. Busy place. Fast service probably the biggest salad bar I've ever seen at a Pizza Hut. Well stocked and fresh. Pizzas on the buffet came out fast and left fast. Hot and fresh. Definitely coming back. read more

Pizza isn't bad. Not great. Wings always tasted & seemed under cooked. & they were super light with the sauce on the wings. A lot of wings didn't even have sauce on them. Ordered delivery wings. Got the wrong order. Got honey bbq wings. So called back to request our original order of mild buffalo wings. We were told our correct order was on its way. Almost 2 hours later we called pizza hut back. They (mgr) was/were waiting to contact the customer before sending out another order. .(our correct order)Though our receipt was correct. Our phone number was not. Apparently they had entered the wrong phone number, even after confirming the correct number the 1st order/time. So finally we get our correct order~super fast delivery time, by a young man that was very professional & friendly. They forgot the ranch. :( We didn't want to wait another hour to eat so we said f it. We only had to pay for our order & didn't have to return the 1st delivery. (they can't resell it anyways) Pasta was dry & chewy. (separate occasion) Not worth the price. If you do get pizza hut, try the pizza fav crust. Its pretty good. I have also noticed that the Jacksonville pizza hut is MUCH better. The toppings on the pizza is not only what you would expect,(Imagine if you ordered a pizza with half the toppings. & those were the toppings spread over the entire pizza. Like you ordered light toppings, when you did not. Or the live oak pizza hut is short on toppings, but charges you for full toppings. Standard not double. Same with the hot sauce, or any sauce for the wings for that matter!) but more than what you would expect, & so is the cheese! I mean it's really nice when the cheese actually covers the entire pizza & not just in splotches, here & there. Plus even the crust taste crunchier. Like it has been cooked correctly at the right temperature & time! Also they don't change where they deliver to according to who answers the phone. They have delivered to our house here numerous times. But on several occasions, they have told us that they do not (could not or would not) deliver this far. (Um our house hasn't moved!~lol) & we were told that nothing had changed in accordance to where they deliver. So like I sais. Depends on who answers the phone. Also, at the Jacksonville location. The wings are cooked enough to where the skin is crispy & not burnt! Plus the sauce Covers the wings & even had some at the bottom of the tray. When as live oak's location is lucky if the sauce barely covers the wings. The pasta was tastier, seasoned, gooier & saucy & not stale like in live oak. The break & cheese sticks were perfect in Jacksonville fl also. Don't even bother asking about live oak's in comparison. Ha! read more

I love pizza and I love Pizza Hit's online deals! However. The reason for the 3 stars is because it's a 50-50 crap shoot whether I receive a awesome pizza (my fave!) or a terrible one. I'll order extra veggies and be lucky to get 1-2 of said veggies on each slice! Even when I call and ask them to make sure there truly is extra veggies! 1 outa 5 pizzas is the best pizza ever! read more
