I still have nostalgia of Pizza Hut back in the day, and today's restaurant is not the same, but it's not all bad. They deep dish pan pizza is still one of the best buttery crispy tastes out there that other chains can't quite replicate. read more

While the customer service is great, there's a 9/10 chance you'll find a piece of hair in your order. It's happened to me twice. The first time it was in the sauce. Came here with my daughter. We were the only eat in guests in side. The walls are full of history and fun decor. My daughter had the personal pan mini pizza, I had the chicken Alfredo and a slice of garlic bread. Both came out delicious. Their fruit punch is delicious (I think it's Hawaiian Punch) and the pink lemonade is good too. read more

They were an over an hour late delivering our pizza. When I tried to call the restaurant, I was put on hold for over five minutes and then disconnected. I called back and asked not to put on hold and then they hung up on me. read more

I love pizza from this location. The crust is always excellent, food is delivered hot and the ingredients are fresh. I also love the fact that if I order extra, they make sure I get enough on my food to notice it. The only thing I can comment negatively is the P'zones- on the TV and online they look like they have quite a bit of filling inside. But when you get one at home, you can barely find any filling and all you get it crust and I don't want the P'zone for the crust, i want the filling. Please try to get this corrected. I would order one again if it had some filling inside. read more

I just tried to order a pizza from this place. Forty minutes later I had a message on my phone from a number I didn't recognize. The voicemail said it was the delivery man. I called the restaurant and they told me that I had to use a credit card to order since we were a new customer. I had ordered from this place multiple times with no issue, and so me being a new customer was not in any way correct. We were beyond hungry at this point and the pizza wasn't even out for delivery yet, so I told them just to keep it and we wouldn't be ordering from them again. I don't expect the greatest meal ever, but this was straight amateur hour and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time. read more

The staff at this Pizza Hut was very friendly and very efficient. They had my pizza done even earlier than they said and it was actually very very good. It looks wicked take pride in their work at this location. It is very clean and everyone is very personable. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni, sausage pizza with extra mushrooms, green peppers, banana peppers on the whole pizza, olives on one half. What I got was one half with pepperoni, sausage, two banana peppers and one mushroom. Then when I called, I asked 8f I could upgrade to pan and would pay the difference which they refused and they said to return the pizza. So if I have to use a chain, I'm going to go with Marco's or Domino's. This restaurant used to be really good but the management is horrible! It's run by kids and the language you hear is horrific! F this and f that. No thanks. So $42.40 plus tips (I tipped both drivers) added up to $50.00. read more

On 11/18/17 approx. 5:07 pm, I placed an order that was taken by a kaitlyn. I asked to purchase 2 "lava" cakes along with 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. Anyway, I picked up my order and then noticed that I didn't get the cakes, but brownies. When I called to inform them of the mistake, the only thing I got was major attitude and not able to speak to a manager and was told that corporate might have a recording of when I placed my order and what was placed. There was one girl who told me, when I asked for her name, that it was not my concern. I don't care how busy a pizza place is, there is absolutely no need for rudeness. The manager, whose name is Ana needs more guidance on how to deal with customers. I will never, for whatever it is worth, ever recommend the Pizza Hut on Cooper-foster Park Rd to anyone. They have made it very clear that "customer service" is not a concern of theirs. read more

I believe this location to be one of the best, if not the best. I always do carry out and they have it ready when they say unless I order online - it starts a 15 min. timer and sometimes when they are busy, I end up waiting a few minutes. The staff is always friendly. The food is always exceptional. They will even honor coupons over the phone if the online ordering states "this store does not except that coupon". read more

Honestly the worst experience I have had ordering pizza in a long time. The first time we called the store we were put on hold for 10 minutes without any end in sight. After we had gotten tired of waiting on the phone, we hung up and called back to find that the woman on the other end was now miraculously not busy at all. After ordering over $30 of pizza, they didn't bother to ask whether it was for delivery or not and 1 hour later we called back to find that our pizza had been waiting for 45 minutes and the store had not made any attempt to call us or discover their mistake. After calling them back, the only thing they were willing to offer was to remake the pizza we had originally ordered and deliver it 90 minutes after we first called. I could not possibly recommend this pizza hut to anyone in good conscience. read more

Waited for over an hour for my carryout order. I saw the Manager inside, but he never came to the window to apologize or to explain the delay. He left it to the window clerk to deal with an upset customer (me). It was the worst display of management I've seen in a long time. Clearly he possesses no management skills, and the owner should take note of who s/he hires. When I went back through for the line yet again, this time to get my money back, they had my order ready. No explanation. No coupon. No free drinks while we waited. Nothing. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut. It's worth it to go to Oberlin Pizza Hut. read more

Decided to go out with the family and sit in and eat some pizza. Waited like 5 mins to be sat/addressed. Once we were sat server was rushing us for orders. When food finally comes out I take a bite of first piece and notice a hair stuck to the crust and cheese. Made server aware and they apologized and offered to make a new one but I'm trying to be optimistic and say it's ok we will just eat the rest of the pizza, just making you aware. Come back to eat more pizza and find another hair in the pizza. At this point I am furious. Not one hair but two hairs in our pizza, semi long too. I tell the server we don't feel comfortable eating this any longer. They take it off the bill but we still get charged for other items. We decide to leave because at this point our dinner was breadsticks and cookie dessert very frustrating. As I go to pay I peer into the kitchen and environment looks very unsanitary and workers look sloppy with hair not properly kept up and tucked in work hat. No wonder there is hair in our food... server had the attitude of "yeah sorry about that, but seemed too busy and preoccupied to do everything he could to make us stay or happy". I will never eat at Pizza Hut franchise again. It's been many years since I've been back and this ruined it for me. Local is the way to go, these franchises have just lost there once great quality and once great customer care. Night ruined and family had to go elsewhere to spend extra money because we really didn't get to eat. read more

I've used this pizza hut for about 15 yrs now being tht its the closest to me. However, over the past six months they've went down hill. They get something wrong every order, and if you complain you get a free pizza coupon in the mail tht you cant use online, you have to call the store and let them know you are using this coupon, so you might as well order spit or pubes as a topping cause they know how you obtained tht coupon, so no thanks. On this most recent order, not only was the order wrong, but there was broken, sharp harden plastic pieces on it that would have definitely injured me if I hadn't bit down on it first, and what do i get when i let them know? nothing, not even a sorry, so never eating here again. Too many other options in Amherst that wont attempt to kill me. read more
