I'm always up for a deal. On their app they have a deals section. 2 or more medium pizza's made your way or specialty for $8.99. I chose Pepperoni Lovers w/Parmesan sauce hand tossed and Veggie Lovers W/Parmesan sauce hand tossed. I had them delivered. Was quick and hot!! The only problem I had was they seemed not fully cooked. They were mushy and the crust didn't seem browned like it was fully cooked. I was really hungry so I ate 2 pieces and it was delicious. What a joke! If only I could give zero stars ..... pathetic.... Ordered a pizza at 9.20pm for delivery to the hotel ... told it could take up to one hour and I accepted that ..... 11.20pm called them to ask about the pizza ... I was not given the chance to even ask them about my pizza .... Immediate response when answering the call was " we are closed" ? If I could give zero stars I would. Half our food was missing from our delivery order. The delivery driver simply left the food with the hotel front desk, so we weren't able to catch him before he left. When I called, the receptionist put me on hold forever. When I called back and finally got through (and said "no I won't hold"), the receptionist was very unhelpful. After I said I'd just dispute the charge, the receptionist finally said they'd redo the order, but 45 minutes later when I called back, she claimed the food was just put in the oven. I asked her to cancel my order and will be disputing the charge. Awful. read more

I just want to say that the service here is terrible and very disrespectful! My mother went to get pizza from here because everywhere else was busy. She ordered two deep dish pans and was told it would take 15 minutes. FOURTY MINUTES PAST BY, she goes to ask if her order ready because she had been sitting waiting on it. She goes to the lady who she ordered the food from and she tells her that she thinks she seen it. When the lady brings the food back she tells my mom "Why are you waiting for someone to bring it to you?" (With attitude). Mind you, I work in a restaurant and that is very uncalled in customer service. My mother said, "I was wondering when they were going to be ready." Then lady says again, "Why are you waiting for someone to bring it to you?" My mom asked for a refund and wouldn't be coming back. The SAME lady, told my mom, "I hope you don't come back." I haven't ate here in years. It still looks the same but in a good way. I had desired a Real buffet and not cici or takeout only. I ate here recently with my dad for lunch buffet. There was about 4 Small families here at the time. Never a crowd unless its nighttime. The salad bar has a big selection including chick peas/garbanzos. The pizza buffet was ready halfway through eating my salad. There wasn't a whole lot to choose from and only one pan toss pizza where out. I had a coupon but the waitress paused and said honey you have to purchase a drink and it's only saving you a dollar. I don't drink soda anymore and she could have said it in a better way. I would come again although I've been eating papa j's for 5 yrs now. Good to eat good buffet pizza. read more

This place is so old the tables are sticky. The pizza seemed to be mushy, the crust not cooked. I felt like if I touch anything I would get some sort of illness. Paper towels on the tables. I used them as a place mat. The salt and pepper shakers on the table were just gross. Water was good. Seems like among a lot of other things is a new oven. read more

Called in to order. Placed on hold before my cc info was taken, then disconnected. I had to call back. Order came in 45 minutes, but it was barely warm. I was in a motel and could not warm it up in the microwave because I had no plates or napkins and putting food on cardboard into the microwave is a big no-no. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza hut. Buyer beware. We ordered online. about 20 minutes later they called me to tell me that delivery was backed up an hour and a half. so my fiance went down there to pick up our food. they did not give him about half of our order but charged my card for all of it. The delivery driver was in the parking lot blaring music and his car was emitting more than just gas fumes if you know what I mean. I called the restaurant back, they asked me to come down and I insisted that they instead refund my card the missing food. I was passed around to multiple employees all of which told me they would get me a manager (I dont think I ever did) they then told me I could not be refunded til Monday. Ordered online and told 30 minutes. Got there in35 and couldn't find my pizza said would be 15 minutes. Only 9-10 cars outside and girl called out three names of pizza orders ready. None were mine. Manager said two to three hours behind and internet problems. They had my order bc girl found it just no pizza.
