We discussed sending some of the food back but then someone would be eating after everyone else is done. I hope the owner empowers the waitstaff to reject customers' food at the kitchen versus sending out substandard food and hoping customers don't say anything.

There are a number of sauces to choose from for the wings, and they have both boneless and traditional wings. There are some package deals aka specials posted at the counter; they are a good choice if you want a combo. We have not tried any of the Chinese food (yet) except for getting fried rice (instead of fries) with my combo meal. We are regulars and will continue to be regulars, which is probably the best endorsement I can give!
