My hubby loves him some pizza he has been anti g to try viola pizza company since we moved here…read more Decided to finally give it a try yesterday Called it to place a to go order The young lady who took my order over the phone was very nice and explained all my pizza flavor options Upon arrival pizza had just got out the oven and was ready to go They do only offer one size that was the only complaint I had as it's just me and my husband and a 16' is way too much pizza for just us We also ordered the garlic knotts because they looked so good and had great reviews unfortunately we did not look them they were to sense for our liking the flavor was there but the bread needed to be more light and airy and would have been perfect The pizza was delicious Great place to go eat for a family spacious inside and great customer service

Small town pizza company has a taste that beats everyone else. Welcome to Viola Pizza company small…read morebusiness but big heart . They have a small menu and limited hours but so worth going here. We were greeted by the waitress at the front counter and placed our order. Now we planned on getting there pizzas for lunches the following week and they did warn us they are a 16" large pizza. (So come hungry). My wife had a Hawaiian which she created off their menu. I did the Tractor Pull which is a lotta meats, pepperoni, sausage.ham, bacon&ground beef. We also had their Garlic Knots, so good. We had a couple of slices of our pizzas and boxed the rest. So day 2 we placed a few slices in the air fryer and it was exactly like we just got a fresh pizza from them. A few things about their pizza, this is like NY style but the crust is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The Garlic Knots so buttery and soft with some perfect tasting sauce to go with. Yes a little pricey but compare this the big city and it is right on. We will be going back here.

It's one of those places that's consistently good and easy to keep coming back to. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. They have a patio area that's not fully outside, but the windows open completely when the weather is nice which makes it feel really open and airy. I actually had my rehearsal dinner here, and the staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating throughout the whole process. Food-wise, I love, love, love their Italian chopped salad. The dressing is so good and it's something I end up ordering every time. They also offer pizza by the slice, which I like because they always have specific slices available plus a rotating "home slice" each day, they're also pretty generous size wise. The slices are good, but ordering a full pizza is definitely better because it comes out fresh. Another thing I really like is the adult fried cheese appetizer, which is basically like a spicy pepperoni and cheese egg roll and it's really good. Parking is typical for downtown. There's street parking or a lot across the street. Most of it is paid parking except for nights and Sundays. Overall this is one of my go-to spots in Chattanooga and somewhere I always recommend when people ask where to eat downtown.

Had some drinks there the first time and they have a great selection and the bartender does a superb job. The garlic knots are really good although they could use a bit more oil and garlic. Being from the city, I wasn't sure if I could believe the online ratings. Based on crowd-sourced…read morereviews, Marioochi's is the highest rated pizzeria on Highway 70 in Tennessee! Hence, it was an important stop on my cross-country trip while driving the entire length of the highway from Phoenix to the Atlantic Ocean. Could a pizzeria out in rural America in the tiny town of Sparta actually be making legitimate pizza? And could it impress someone like me who's visited the entire list of top 50 U.S. pizzerias and eaten a lot of pizza in Italy? I'm here to tell you that indeed Marioochi's lives up to the hype! The crust is very thin but bubbles up around the edges, perfectly cooked in their massive pizza oven to be lightly crispy while retaining a soft, doughy texture. The Big Cheese features five different types of cheeses including a soft fontina and a stretchy mozzarella. Admittedly, I really couldn't taste the Gorgonzola, which is too bad because it's one of my favorite pizza toppings. Maybe I should have offered to pay extra to quadruple the Gorgonzola? The cheese gets a nice char in sporadic spots and obviously has tremendous quality! If you don't mind a cheese pizza without a red sauce, definitely order the Big Cheese. Their various meat pizzas are also popular and look fantastic! And any pizzeria that offers prosciutto, capicola, and especially salami scores major points with me! They'll also bring you garlic butter for crust dipping if you request it. And you can pay the bill with your phone by scanning a QR code on the receipt which is very convenient.
