Ramsey's Grill serves delicious Greek food that will hit the spot. I was driving from Sawanee to Nashville, and needed something hearty, wholesome, filling, and delicious. I love Mediterranean food, and this seemed to be my closest option. And I'm so happy that it was. My volcano plate (chicken and gyros with onions and peppers) was fantastic. The meats were tender and flavorful. The pita was soft and delicious. The plate was absolutely stacked. The meal was exactly what I needed. The family that runs the place (I think they're a family) are also so kind and eager to please. So 5 stars for the service as well. Ramsey Grill doesn't look like much from the outside. It's unassuming and easy to miss. But make no mistake. The food is well worth the stop. read more

Sadly, while the service was fine, and the food was OK at the table - all three of us in our family had long trips to the restroom after we got home. We had a kid's chicken and rice, a chicken gyro, and the volcano platter. Business was pretty steady on the Thursday night we were there - 6:30 to 7:15. Recommend avoiding. read more

Never knew this establishment was here, but I'll be back that's for sure. The food here is amazing. From what was ordered today, I doubt you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The employees here were very friendly and accommodating. It's small inside, but has some seating if you'd like to eat In. The place is very popular considering the amount of people who came and left with Togo orders. I'm trying to figure out why I have never had this considering I'm from the area. Drove past this place a few times and was looking for diner food. So we went inside. The place is a bit small but was crowded with big lunch crowd. So that was a good thing. I got a gyro and wife got grilled chicken gyro. Mine was very good as reminded me of Greek food back home in NY. Wife enjoyed hers as well but thought the tzatziki sauce was more like yogurt than sauce . Overall experience was great. Good portions and good prices and food is made fast. Real Greek Food has arrived ! I'm from Detroit where Greek food is second nature. I have found it here! Greek Salad with chicken. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh. Did I say Fresh greens!? Hole in the wall Greek food! We were randomly trying to find any food here at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon. We were surprised at what you could get here! We got grape leaves as appetizer. Yelped up this as a recommendation while we were passing through on our way to The Caverns. Place was hopping with only two folks on shift and a number of folks waiting for their take out. We ordered a gyro platter and a combo platter plus some stuffed grape leaves. The portions were huge, the food was fresh and flavorful, and everyone was nice. Very authentic Greek food. I had the mix grill platter. It was a combination of well seasoned chopped chicken, house made gyro meat, yellow rice, small side salad and some pita bread. All generous portions, and I totally devoured it - so good! The kitchen is right in front, a real family operation. Glad I found this place. Try it. read more

With the look and feel of a little greasy spoon, this place serves up some delicious food. I went in the other day and got a gyro platter, came with a little Greek salad, a ton of rice, and a ton of delicious might-have-been-lamb-but-i'm-not-sure. :) The guy who took my order, probably the owner, was very friendly and cooked up my food very fast. I work in Franklin and Brentwood and have eaten and Taziki's and other Greek restaurants. I can tell you that the big name places have no comparison to Ramsey Grill. I had the gyro mix platter. You can watch them prepare the food right in front of you and the gyro and chicken was super tender and flavorful. I highly recommend stopping by here. read more

Delicious! My family of four were all thrilled with our yummy dinners. My six year old said his chicken was so good that it is his new favorite. His Dad said the hummus was so good he could drink it. I noticed the business had just opened up recently and I was amazed how fast the parking lot was filling up every time I went by. Decided to check them out. Very clean inside and plenty of staff to keep things moving. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and I have to say it's one of the best that I've had in a long time. From a beer standpoint, this is one of the top breweries in Tennessee. They are well known nationally, as well. The building is a warehouse looking structure on the outside, but they have nicely decorated the tap room. Ample seating both inside and out and they have bands on some weekends. I have tried the flatbreads, a couple of sandwiches, and the Dinosaur wings (only kidding, but they are the largest chicken wings they can buy, so ample sized). I prefer the wings most of the time - except their rendition of Nashville Hot - but this time opted for a meatball sandwich. If you are trying to be an Italian food afficianado, this might not be in, but the sauce works well with these meatballs and there is ample cheese. As one normally focusing on Keto, adding a fork meant I could eat the kibbles and bits and leave the bun. Two thumbs up. As for the beer, they have some of the best IPAs and I finally tried the porter this go around. Many of their beers are rated above 4.0 on untappd and it is not just a local bump kind of thing. The brewery, as a whole, is 3.92 and also well deserved. To my normal "Will I be back" question, I think the answer is already clear. I do return almost every time I pass by.

Had the sampler platter. It was pretty good. Would probably order without pita next time just cuz it was too much to eat and didn't want it to go to waste. Tzatziki wasn't the best I've ever had, but given it's a small town vibe, it wasn't awful either. Staff were friendly. Would visit again. Heard their Philly Cheesesteak was great. read more

From an out of towner just passing through, Ramsey Grill was a treasure to find! I ordered the most wonderful fresh Mediterranean salad with a side order of Naan bread and hummus. It was delicious!! The employees were so friendly and gracious! I will be back!! read more

I tried their cheeseburger with fries and the burger was one of the juiciest ones and the fries were hot and crispy. The waitresses have worked here for decades and very friendly.
