Ordered on line for carry out. Picked up pizza and got home and was wrong pizza/order. Verified email confirmation and in fact was wrong. Called store and they said they still had my pizza and I could come back and pick it up over an hour later. I said just refund my $18.16. Manager said she wouldn't do that but would give me $10 credit for future order. I told her I did not want the credit and to take the $10 and give it to the girl at the front. She was condescending and dismissive. I told her I just won't return. If you get charged for something you didn't order you should be refunded. Not told to drive back and pick up a cold pizza. I was craving melty cheesiness so ordered a basic large cheese pizza on hand tossed crust. So disappointed that it was very over cooked so no gooey cheese and the crust was thin and crunchy... and to further the salt in the wound they have a minimum order amount so I added bread sticks.. no sauce.. just dry salty bread.. needless to say dinner was a bust tonight and I'm out 30+ dollars. read more

We ordered pizzas yesterday at 6:32pm via the Pizza Hut app. AFTER I ordered, they told me it would be 8:42pm when it was delivered. And my pizza arrived shortly after 8:42pm. It took over two hours to deliver luke warm pizza. I love Pizza Hut pizza, but the service was just terrible. read more

I order Pizza Hut pretty often and love it. It's usually really good and while they do mess uosometimes, I'm often satisfied. Just satisfied. I've never felt compelled to leave a positive or negative review, but tonight I was. We ordered pizza as usual and the email said it would be here at 5:12. At 5:20 the doorbell rang and a very nice lady said "I'm sorry we're late, we threw in an extra pizza!". What?! A free pizza? For being 8 minutes late? Whether this was a nice gesture or just getting rid of extras, I was shocked at how kind that was and very impressed. I have order pizza many times before and up to now it has been good. I was a big fan of their thin crust pizzas. However, the last time I ordered the thin crust Supreme Pizza, it was lacking enough cheese, so I started ordering extra cheese. This is a problem because Pizza Hut doesn't want to put extra cheese on their pizzas, so they put extra tomato sauce on it and cover it with a little more cheese. Apparently their quality control measures the extra cheese by weighing the entire pizza and if it weighs a certain amount they cook it and ship it. By adding extra tomato sauce, they circumvent my request for extra cheese and now the pizza tastes worse than it did with a normal amount of cheese. I don't like tomato sauce but can tolerate a small amount of it to make all the ingredients on the pizza blend together. Too much and it just becomes tomato sauce on toast. It is too bad because most of their employees are really good with customers and a pleasure to work with. So for a few extra bucks in profit, Pizza Hut has lost me as a customer; I won't fight it with them - the corporate money grubbers have made their choice. I will add Pizza Hut to the list of Pizza fast food companies that I won't go back to: Dominos and Papa Johns. read more

I ordered 2 of the 'Stuffed Garlic Knots' Pizza and an order of cheesy bread sticks on super bowl Sunday. Both were so over cooked, dried up and hard, not sure if they turned up the oven heat too high or what cause how can you mess up a pizza when it cooks on a conveyor belt on a certain temp? Anyway, the little cheese bites were hard and the cheese inside them was all dried up :( so that was a complete waste of cheesy crust. The cheese bread sticks were hard and cheese on top was hard. So disappointed that I paid $37 for over cooked, dried up pizza. read more

Used to love Pizza Hut decades ago. Now they weigh their ingredients, got chintzy on the meat and the pizzas are not the same. This particular location would not sell me a pizza special when I went inside the store unless I ordered it online or used their gddmn app. Take your business to Dominos or any other private pizzeria to avoid the hassles of signing up to buy a pizza. I love Pizza Hut. Yet they failed me today. I made an order at 2:06pm. They said it should be there in 45mins. At 3:14pm no pizza. I called them back no answer called again, no answer. I called at 3:18pm and asked what's taking so long. They "don't have me in the system". The Pizza Hut employees told me. I won't order from here again. Compared the Little Ceaser's I reckon Pizza Hut pizza is fairly good, but not when compared to every other pizza franchise on earth. Greasy like the Exxon Valdez spill site, its literally eating through the box as I type this. The lack of sufficient tomato sauce has made me want to pour ketchup on this thing. Oh, the toppings are not tasty whatsofreakinever! And the cheese... I don't know how to describe whatever is melted all over the top of this thing except to say it'd probably patch a flat tire. I'm so frustrated with this pizza hut, it's ridiculous..... I made an order on June 7 and I should've known better because every single time I order from this place late at night, my order is always horrible. My order of wings were singed beyond belief, hard as a rock and covered in the wrong flavor. I called June 8, asked for a manager, spoke with the gentleman and he said we'll credit your account and your next order is free. I called today June 24 and was on the phone over 15 minutes with a young lady named Amanda. She basically said because there was nothing on record, I could receive a 20% discount on my order but nothing free. I then asked for the owners number and immediately she said she could send the wings but NOTHING ELSE.... I told her I only asked for wings. Her voice was attitudinal and she talked to me like I was lying. I'm offended and appalled that I was handled this way. I order from here constantly and never had this problem if something was wrong. I placed an order for delivery at thePizza Hut by Mama Juanita's in Montgomery for my son & myself at 11:05am on Friday August 3rd and was told it would be about 55 mins. I said it was fine since it was so early anyway. The lady on the phone took my credit card info & placed my order. An hr & a half later I still hadn't received our pizzas, so I called & spoke with a Chelsey who said they had no record of my order/call & it must have gone to the call center but they could place the order now. Ummm, no thanks!!! We were starving & couldn't wait another hr plus to eat. I told her we would eat somewhere else. Then I thought to check my bank account & there was a pending charge from them! So I called Chelsey back & she said there was no record of my credit card, but to call back on Monday if the charge didn't fall off or went through. You bet I will!!!
